No one knows if this season could be the end of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, but if he doesn't improve the performance of Manchester City this season, I am 90% certain he will take a break from football. I even thought Liverpool and Arsenal would end in a draw since they played upto 82nd minutes without scoring a goal, but Szoboszlai lucky free kick separated Liverpool and Arsenal, and it was enough to earn Liverpool the three points.

I do not think Manchester City will sack Guardiola. Guardiola is the best coach in Manchester City's history. He transformed City from a mediocre club into the best club in europe. The team consistently showed great dominance in the Premier League. City also won the Champions League and FA Cup with the help of Guardiola.

Anyway, it is possible that if Guardiola fails this season, he will voluntarily leave Manchester City. Guardiola is only 54 years old. He will not think of retiring so soon. He will probably want to take on a challenge with a new team.

Guardiola's contract with City ends in 2027. So even if he fails, he may decide to stay at the Etihad until 2027. Whatever, I am pretty sure that Manchester City will not be the Premier League champion this season.

Crystal Palace vs. Aston Villa, Crystal Palace won. The Crystal Palace players played very well, always able to attack with accurate attacks, which ultimately led to Aston Villa's defeat in that match, conceding 3 goals. Mateta, Guehi, and Sarr played well because they scored goals. Initially, I was going to bet on Aston Villa, but in retrospect, Crystal Palace is currently in better form, as evidenced by their success in winning the Community Shield and defeating Liverpool in the final. As the host, Aston Villa was truly humiliated by Crystal Palace. Of course, this means Aston Villa must learn from the experience. Sacking a coach that's given them their greatest achievements in history over few defeats? No I don't think they'll do that to him, if he had lost like 10 matches or more then they could consider replacing him but not sacking him so early the worst that could happen is Pep Guardiola resigning by himself if he noticed that this season is going to be a blunder with him as the head coach.

 I would love him leaving Manchester City with a good record, I know that if he doesn't win the league or any trophy this season he might likely resign, he's a manager I admire so much and I'll love him to leave or resign from coaching in the EPL with a good record in his last season just like most legendary managers in the league.

This match is a match of the week by virtue of the two clubs playing and it has been a balanced match reminding us the equal strength of the club. At half time now none of the team has broken the deadlock with all the set pieces, which is consistent to their strong defensiveness with all that chances on goal. In their last match it was a draw with  4 goals scored and with what we watching from today's match both teams having the I can not lose attitude on the pitch I am short of belief for goals in the second 45 minutes.

Indeed it is a balanced game in the first half and I like the tempo of the game. When you are watching two title contenders playing you will know. Initially I was expecting goals in the first half but since both teams were unable to score, the game will likely end with just one goal from any side because with how they played in the first half there was no much attempts on the goalkeepers and the second half might probably go in same direction. From the current statistics of both teams, it is difficult to tell which of them will get the win, maybe they might also end the second half in a draw and I think a draw will still keep both teams in good position.

As hard as the match was for the two clubs it was Liverpool that finally broke the deadlock with that perfect  breath taking free-kick from the Hungarian AMF, Dominik Szoboszlai which left the Arsenal goalkeeper helpless on the ground.
Your guess on a one goal surfacing from this match was exactly how it went. All the time the match was going on I was missing Bukayo Saka in that his wing for Arsenal, I wasn't having those R2 shots of Saka  from any player. With the loss of Arsenal to Liverpool tonight there will be no unbeaten run for the gunners this season.

I was looking forward for Arsenal to break the deadlock in the second half because they were a better team than Liverpool in the first half. I was also impressed with Milner's penalty kick, and after his goal, the Brighton players became even more enthusiastic. It seems that now the Brighton players will definitely be more enthusiastic for the next match because of course Brighton's mentality will definitely be stronger.

Gakpo said it before the game that Arsenal would want to prove a point in the game, but their task in Liverpool is to win.

Bournemouth always seems to have some sort of magic to create miracle result when the odds are against them before the start of every match against big teams. I believe most of the gamblers are expecting Bournemouth to lose their away match against Tottenham today but instead Bournemouth totally dominated the game for the whole 90 minutes and Tottenham could only just kept on defending to prevent themselves from conceding more than 1 goal right in front of their home fans.

Honestly even from last season I already knows that Manchester City will definitely be under performing this season season toward the end of the premier and even the championship their started performing poorly to the point that smaller clubs in most other leagues start defeating them or playing draw with Manchester City which is something that have extended to this current season and a big blow in the last two matches against totteham and Brington which all lost to those club's.

I think is it's coming to the end of an era for Pep guardiola in terms of dominance in the premier League, lots of clubs have studied his players tactics since the beginning of last season, and up till now, he hasn't brought up something new. Brighton gave Manchester city a good fight, they didn't back down on their effort to try, given the fact that they were 1-0 down during the first half. James milner got me cracking with that goal celebration, he showed that, he is a veteran in the game 🎮.

Bournemouth won against Tottenham with a good performance. Bournemouth's dominance in Tottenham's  home match was extraordionary. Tottenham players only took 5 shots in this match, but Bournemouth's boys took 20 shots. And  6 shots were on target. The team played great and they deserve  3 points in this match.
Bournemouth  lost against liverpool in the first match , but their performance was quite good. Bournemouth was able to score 2 goals against liverpool's strong defense. Even after losing important players like Zabarnyi , huijsen , kerkez and ouattara, their performance did not deteriorate. We must definitely praise the ability of coach Andoni Iraola

Chelsea could indeed be quite a lethal team this season if they continue to improve and avoid making fatal mistakes in the Premier League and the Champions League.

Chelsea deserved a win in that game by all means. it was a better decision from the VAR and a good one from the referee as he paid attention to every detail of the game. Fulham's #30 could’ve avoided spreading out his arms that wide in a game, inside the penalty box. Some say it was an unjust conclusion on the referee's part; others say the VAR stood by Chelsea and made sure they claimed the 3 points.

 Looking back at the challenge, you'll realize it wasn't a fair one since the other player stepped on someone else feet, and that was a clear callback. It's only painful to see such a thing happen after a goal has been scored, but that's why we have the video assistant referees.

In the previous  season, we saw Manchester city lose several matches in a row. We saw city lose 5 successive  matches. This was the highest consecutive defeat record of Pep guardiola's career. Even then , he was able to stabilize the team. At the end of the season,  we saw a very consistent performance from City. And the team was able to occupy the 3 rd  place in the table.

While they started this season with a big win in the first match against wolves, but their  performance is weak now. Even then manchester city management will definitely not make a bad decision like firing Guardiola. With the help of Guardiola, City may not be able to play well now , but where will Manchester City get a more experienced coach than Guardiola at the moment ? I guess Guardiola will stay at etihad  until the end of his contract.

I do not know why guardiola did not keep De Bruyne in his squad. The contract with de bruyne should have been extended. De Bruyne is 34 years old but he is one of the best midfielders of the current age . De Bruyne's absence is quite visible in City's gameplay.

What you said is true. It is now obvious that most of the teams has discovered pep pattern of play and they are not afraid of Manchester city like before. Bright performance was really it and there are teams that may not have survived it especially after being 1-0 down. I also noticed that some of the new players in Manchester city are still finding it difficult to fit in properly to the team pattern of play. I still believe pep will definitely do something about his pattern of play and  there is still time for him team to turn things around. So is too early for one to just conclude.  Manchester city will definitely comeback to there fit in no time

Throughout the game arsenal looked like they were trying to find their feet but it was not a completely poor one for Arsenal and they had a fair performance, the Injury too at some point affected arsenal but hopefully they snap put of that mind frame so their psychology does not get affected in subsequent games ahead.  I believe Arsenal will still beat the odds in other games ahead and make this season worth the while much more than they had last season.

Maybe we should expect for more, if this one really hit us big and we see them less performing to our expectations, i think its now time i will also be more interested in playing a single game than combining a multiple of them, because one out of the selections made will always cause the break and the whole ticket rendered to loss, Manchester City has caused many of the fans who has played bet that they are winning but end up not.

I was hyped up about the game between Liverpool and Arsenal. They were the top two teams last season and were performing with 100% win this season too. They are great team but the game was not as interesting as I thought, less attacks and more passing back and forth. Liverpool again proved themselves to be the better team among the two. Arsenal too was not bad but the team that scores wins. Arsenal still would have chance but considering the performance till date, Liverpool is the favorite to win the title. They have already taken the first place with 100% win record.

Being an Arsenal fan leaves me utterly disappointed when ever they lose games I thought they should win, if I say that I am not highly disappointed with the outcome of todays match between Arsenal and Liverpool, then I lie to you guys and to myself as well, Arsenal played a good game for sure but like you said, records and the score table arent looking for good game, they are looking for winners and as long as its football we are talking about, who ever scores the highest number of goals is always the winner regardless of how good the other team played their game.

What makes you feel that Arsenal can win Liverpool in that clash. This was why you were disappointed because you expected too much from Arsenal. Liverpool is the defending, they know that Arsenal isn't a weak team and they came out with all the intention to win the match. It's a pity that the brilliant performance of Arsenal yesterday was thwarted with a free kick from Szoboszlai.

That's football and life itself for you, sometimes things don't actually work out the way we intend it to be and that's why I guess he is disappointed.  I don't know if you recalled the first game that Arsenal themselves actually won, I believe the same faith was directed to Manchester united because united played that game with all their strength and at the end lost to a corner pick set peice by Arsenal.

Exactly, Arsenal won that game and they were happy with the results. What I habe noticed in football is that, you can play pretty good throughout the game but if you can't find the back of the net, you ball work is useless because the club that waa able to net the post will be honored and not the one who excellent ball work and zero goal.

We have seen a good performance from Aston villa in the last season. Villa was able to qualify for the Europa league. But this season , Aston villa has performed very badly in all three matches. The team has not been able to win any of the three matches, after sharing points with newcastle in the first match , Aston Villa has lost against Brentford and Crystal Palace. An interesting thing is that Aston Villa has not been able to score a single goal in the three matches. We can see a very weak attack. If they perform like this, Villa will not be able to be in the top 10 of the table.

Aston Villa of last season was very competitive in the league which is why they were able to qualify for the Europa League but coming to their season they have become very poor in person after dropping points in the 3 matches they played, the season is already becoming the reverse of what they achieved last season and they aren't doing anything to salvage the situation in the team if they continue with the level of poor performance they are they will be relegated this season.
