Arsenal played well today, their performance wasn’t bad in the match, they were not just lucky in the match. The only complain which am having is that Arsenal should work on their midfield, Arsenal midfield is kind of weak which is really affecting them.

It was a great match, I really don't like to say what I'm going to say, but Arsenal just lacked luck. At the end of the day, we saw that, even though in the last 7 minutes of the game , Liverpool managed to push back an Arsenal that went all out Against them It's incredible , that's how Beautiful football is.

I discussed with a Manchester city fan about their derby with Manchester united and from all he said he is not confidence in his club city going into this match with United. Quite a few analysis he made in the 3 games City played and the outcomes before going to the int'l break in contrast to that of United, with the injuries suffocating city squad, he felt United has a big prospect to win. Whereas, my prediction still on a draw.

It's incredible how City's performance has dropped Personally, I've always said one thing City is City, but for me, MU isn't good right now I mean, I don't see much improvement this season, I see them the same as last season, so these things can lead to a draw , so your prediction is very accurate.

I'm quite curious now about what Nottingham Forest will be able to show under its new manager, Ange Postecoglou. Will this team improve or will it suffer? Arsenal has always been doing well for over 4-5 seasons now and they have also been topping to some extent but their problem is that they are not consistent and they don't have the winning mindset because why would someone top league for some seasons now but later end up not winning, it is really crazy and not encouraging at all. People where saying they don't have a good striker but now they have good strikers and I'm waiting to see what people will complain about this time if they didn't win the league this season.

When arsene winger was coach,Arsenal last won their premier League trophy around 2003, ever since then Arsenal haven't won it again, though Arsenal under Arsene winger was much interested in buying & selling of players to generate income for the club but things are different now because Mikel Arteta is more interested in winning trophies for arsenal. I think what have been affecting Arsenal over the years is just hard luck,they have doing well in previous seasons by topping the tables but in the end they wouldn't win it. It isn't because Arsenal under Mikel Arteta doesn't have the mindset of winning  trophies nor because they weren't consistent enough but it's just Hard luck. I think this season Arsenal will make a big difference,they are gonna surprise the world by beaten every other teams to win the season premier League trophy.

I thought by now that City would have been back or even better than they were last season but after that big win they had against Wolves, they went back to default settings and that's where I don't really know the cause of the problem, the faces in the squad are new and they can show something new that we haven't seen in a long while but it seems Pep Guardiola has ran out of tactics, like nothing is working for him. This is an opportunity for Manchester United to get into the game without holding back and play more of the attack just like what Brighton did to the Citizens, they might get all 3pt if they stay sharp till the end of the game.

This is slowly becoming a fundamental question for Manchester City as a whole. Pep Guardiola has forever been the coach who put up high standards and he couldn't stand himself when he didn't deliver the results he wanted to.

When they had all those bad games last season, I thought the time could be over for him, but the bosses set an example and proved the doubters and gave him a new contract. Now I am interested in the next few weeks. If Manchester City does not get its winning streak, I think it could finally be over. Money was never a problem for them. Signing the greatest players in the world was no problem and they got Haaland. Now the question arises what the problem is and there aren't many things they could change.

You can't blame Pep Guardiola, he's one manager that has gotten used to winning and whenever he doesn't get the result he expected like you said is like he has failed completely. Sometimes I believe he has forgotten that there are some days you win and lose as a coach that's why you see him beating himself each time his boys fails to deliver.
I thought Pep would have left City after winning the 4 EPL titles in a row but he stayed and all the clubs they made a mess of came in hot and strong and I believe that these days there are no underdogs or favorite, anything should be expected from the smaller clubs.
Talking about winning streak, I feel is not yet time to see the Citizens as a team to do that in as much as they bought many good players, they are not yet giving that signal of becoming hard to beat, let them face Manchester United and get a win and maybe win in the next 3 games that's when is ok to say they'll go on a winning streak, for now there's a possibility that they might lose some games after returning from the break.

Injuries are always unwanted thing for any club or coach which happen to them with their new arrivals are taking time, but they could be able to have good depth after some experience which will increase their performance, and they could be able to stay in top ranks. Recent poor results clearly increasing rumours about his future at this club but still he is one of the best Manchester derby is going to be important because with this game things will be clear, and they could be able to have some good confidence which is much needed right now.

I think Reuben Amorim made a right  choice here because Onana doesn't really suit the team or will I say he doesn't know how to keep or something? The formal club Manchester united bought him from had a good defense and they were protecting him that's why his ass was covered but Manchester united doesn't have a good defense and so his ass has been opened. A good goalkeeper would always prove himself where they find themselves and in whatever condition they are into but his case was different since they bought him, I remember how people over hyped him back then but he wasn't worth it honestly. This new Amorim choice needs to be trained well and he should learn to have confident in himself and he should take this as a challenge to prove to everyone that he is the right person for the task.

Manchester City got the right players that statistically they feel are the best fill up for those who left. You can never know if a player will immediately start performing better in your squad unless you buy them to find out. A typical example is Mbuemo and Cunha. Manchester United thought so far their game will change completely after signing these two players but honestly their performance dont yield to a fruitful end. Florian Wirtz is also good example. He is an extremely good layer but so far so good, we haven't seen the Florian Wirtz we watched at Bayer Leverkusen. I know he is yet to come out of his shells, same thing goes to the Manchester City players. Let us give them more time.

So given these issues I don't think Man City's journey will be smooth sailing, and I predict they'll only be competing for a Champions League spot rather than a Premier League title. What you have just said is exactly what is happening to City. Personally, I feel that Pep bought average players to replace professional players which he sold. How do you expect to balance the team performance. Pep had the best squad initially, because he got the right players into the team but currently, I feel Pep got the wrong players and that's what's affecting City performance.

Actually, the new city players are not that bad, Reijnders, Rayan Cherki, and Donnarumma, they are good players, but it's just that because there are several new players, it makes their game still not fully cohesive and needs time to adapt to Pep Guardiola's playing system, this is a big transition phase for Manchester City, and it's quite natural that their performance drops, but I just didn't expect it to drop so much that they suffered two consecutive defeats from Tottenham and Brighton, and made their position quite worrying. but if these new players can adapt quickly, they should be able to make a comeback in a shorter time.

After suffering a painful defeat to Liverpool Arsenal are naturally disappointed but considering the long season ahead I don't think they want to dwell on the disappointment for too long and will want to bounce back fresh when they face Forest. This disappointment should motivate them to get back to winning ways.

In their loss to Liverpool, Arsenal didn't actually play that badly. Statistically Arsenal dominated the game, recorded more shots, had more touches in the opponent's penalty box, and used good passes. They didn't seem panicked but they were less effective in capitalizing on their chances. Against Forest I'm sure Arteta has improved and will go for the three points in this match. Well I think BTTS is a good choice actually, safer bet for Manchester derby because both of them not having a great defense especially Manchester United, whatever the results, they will get conceded at least one goal.

The coach knew why he allowed these players to leave. Besides their performance, there might be other reasons why the club is allowing them to leave. Also the coach has reasons for letting them depart.

Kevin De Bruyne deserves to get at least a year contract extension. But we are all aware that the Belgian international has suffered from recurrent injuries, which have reduced his quality and playing time. But I was surprised that they allowed Ederson to leave.

It is very obvious that this young man is way more better than Onana I'm glad that the Coach choose him over Onana because Onana is also a headache for manchester united, Altay bayindir is a good goalkeeper the reason why he couldn't showcase his talent is due to the fact that the coach has not been using him. I could remembered his total appearance as goalkeeper last season it was as if bayindir is not even part of the club because the coach have been benching him in several matches, you know when a player is been Benched in several matches his performance will be very low compared to when he's active in all matches even if he will not be included in all matches the coach is not supposed to skip him for more than 3 matches. But now that he has find out that he has Alot of potential let's see how it goes.
