Can we all generally agree there’s a curse at Manchester United Football Club, Just see how everyone who was supposedly doing well before they come to Man U eventually turn out, and the ones that seem to be flops at Man U when they leave they begin to shine again.

The MU was on a very good path, it improved a lot when CR7 came on but Ten Hag destroyed everything from the beginning, in my opinion a very bad formation and the fact of leaving one of the greatest in history on the bench is a mistake that is still costing the MU, very bad for them, and the truth is that with today's game very good for City.

Erling Haaland is something else this season, and he's putting everyone on a Suprising performance both in the club side and the country side, even with Manchester City losing two games already this season, and with this performance so far and if he can maintain this energy, I bet Haaland will hit more than 30 goals in the Premier League.

We have seen some genius performance from him this season and I give it to him, kudos to his performances so far, he has been able to prove that he is still in good shape and will be able to deliver in all case. He has the consistency so far because has been able to replicate this same form even at his country home when he played for them in the world cup qualifiers, I believe city will continually appreciate his contributions.

Yeah, obviously, he will spotted more and more goals because he is one of the best strikers in the world. This season he is trying to make something great like if he continues like this then probably he can win the EPL Golden Shoes or even European golden shoes. In previous season initially he was on the top of the scoring board, but at the end of the season he was a little bit slow, and that's why he failed to grab the European golden shoes. Now he has capped more goals and will try to more and more but if he behaves consistently like a monster the he can win the golden shoes.

Apart from this, his team is looking bit skeptical, like their performance is not too good and maybe because of this, Erling Haaland would show a little bit sluggishness.

In contrast, Pep Guardiola seems to have found the ideal formation for the season. Manchester City is winning with relative ease and looks solid even without dominating possession. With this kind of performance, Manchester City has a great chance to bounce back and become a strong title contender this season.

I do not think as like you. In the first match of the season, we saw Manchester city win 4 -0 against Wolves. And we all praised  Manchester city's performance. We thought Manchester city would be one of the worthy contenders for the title this time. But in the next two matches, the team performed  badly against Brighton and Tottenham  and lost.

Before Ruben Amorim came onboard as the Manchester united coach back in 2023 or so (if I am not mistaken), majority of us believed that the issue with Manchester United's underperformance was due to improper coaching, many of us argued that the previous coach, in the person of Ten Hag wasn't well skilled in the coaching profession and that as soon as he is replaced, things would turn around for the club, eventually, Ten Hag got replaced and Amorim came onboard, majority of us celebrated and referred to him as the messiah that will lift Manchester united again, but unfortunately till this day, Manchester United's performance hasn't improved but rather, it's getting worse..

Who can we blame now for Manchester united's underperformance? Is it the players, or it's the coach, or can we say it's from the management of the club?. 🤔

On the first Manchester Derby game of season, Manchester City is already 1-0 up against City. Both Manchester clubs are performing bad this season and the next match United face is against Chelsea.

I wanted to enjoy  a fiercely competitive derby. But the match did not seem to be that competitive. Both teams are playing defensively. In  50 minutes , Manchester city had only  4 shots and Manchester united had only 1 shot.
In the 18 th minute of the match, Phil Foden scored a marvelous  goal from a pass from DOku. Manchester City is leading 1- 0. Manchester United should have increased the pace of attack to make a comeback in the match. But United's players' attack is quite slow. I don't know why United are performing like this even though they have players like Sesko and Mbeumo in the attack. They will not be able to get points if they play like this, that's for sure

A disappointing end for the Red Devils, as they returned home empty-handed. Besides failing to pick up a single point, they also failed to score a single goal against Man City, resulting in a crushing defeat for United.

The way it has been with the manager at Sporting CP can never be the same with these sets of players at UTD because they lack so much to maintain the use of that formation and I'll keep saying this that Chelsea are the only club I saw used such formation and it worked perfectly well. Playing a 3-4-2-1 with two CB who are only better if they're in-between the right back and left back, but on this occasion you can't allow them to be too exposed to an attacker who's having so much hunger for goals talking about Haaland [I must say, that Haaland has been different this season, he's doing pretty well this campaign], instead of playing a 3 man defense Amorim should have tried playing a 5 man defense knowing fully well that his back 3 are incompetent for that job. Yoro is not active in that game and Matthijs de Ligt is not helping matters and we know how fast Manchester City are, ones they get past the midfielders it is finished for UTD...I feel that formation is not helping the players to do their thing and is slowing their strength, that's why Amorim is suppose to know what kind of formation suit the players and their opponent.

The team misses open-goal opportunities. Inside the penalty area, it seems like everyone is confused about the ball and doesn't know how to shoot.

I have said it over and over, and I will continue saying it that Amorim isn’t the right man for Manchester United, not because he isn’t a good coach but he isn’t the right man for Manchester United, his style of play and formation isn’t good enough to flourish in the Premier League, And he seems to be a very stubborn coaches from his press conference, he is literally saying he will not change is formation and style of play that if they want him to change his formation then they’ve to change the man, C’mon you’re a coach and and coaches do make tactical changes to suit a particular game, even Pep Guardiola do change his formation to suit and adapt to his game and a particular style, a coach that wants to be successful and get results then you have to be ready to make changes in your team both formations and tactics, when you watch the Manchester City third goal you’ll understand that this formation isn’t working at all, how can a manager be playing only two midfielders against a Manchester City three midfielders, what was he expecting to win the game? Manchester United need to think well and get this man out of the club immediately before the damage gets worse.

I didn’t watch the full game, I only watched the highlights on YouTube and I saw Onana made some interesting saves but I can’t speak on his overall performance in the game. After winning 3 consecutive matches, it was not difficult to predict that they would easily defeat Burnley. But it was surprising that when everyone accepted a draw in this match, they came and continued their winning streak through a penalty shot by Salah. Although Liverpool won, it was due to pure luck. If the ball had not been in the hands of Hannibal Mejbri in the D-box, there would have been no chance of winning. Although Liverpool played about 27 shots in the whole match, there were only 4 according to the goal. It is definitely understood that Burnley defended well according to their performance.

Liverpool got lucky to have not dropped point today, else how would you describe them having yo secure that last minute penalty. It was game over for them and Burnley was certainly at the top of their defensive play today.

That late red card didn’t do Burnley no good, it just put them under so much pressure with Liverpool which is known for pressing high and the hand ball, undeniably with his arms out, just hoping the ball catches somewhere else on his body.

Manchester City just showed us how bad Manchester United has become, it wasn’t the derby I hoped.

Well it was a very difficult game for Liverpool, because Scott Parker’s Burnley style of play was very hard and difficult for them, just imagine playing a whole game defending and your opponent doesn’t want to play football instead of defending, Liverpool was literally the only team playing football, that is a horrible style of play, they made Liverpool suffer and no one expected it, and Liverpool deserved to win because they were the only team that wanted to win, Burnley was only interested in getting a draw, which would have felt like a win for them, the penalty was also deserved because that is what you get for defending all through 90 minutes, Burnley doesn’t deserve a single point in that game, and they got what they deserved for playing such a horrible football.

After watching yesterday's match between Man City and Man United, I saw that Man City's performance has improved and it seems that Man City has the potential to rise again. Therefore, I think that any club facing Man City in the next match should be wary because I can see that the Man City players have regained their confidence and are performing even better.

Man City performed exceptionally well against Man United, scoring three goals. In that match, we saw Erling Haaland play exceptionally well, scoring a brace. Foden also played exceptionally well, scoring a goal. Fortunately, I bet on Man City to win that match, and they did.

From the start of the season until now, Manchester City has won twice and lost twice. Of course, Pep now needs to improve Manchester City to make them even better, but there is still plenty of time for Pep to make Manchester City better and have the opportunity to win the EPL trophy this season.
