It looks like Tottenham will lose, their performance in first half aren't enough to beat Chelsea even though they play in their home. Tottenham start their season good, they even able to beat Manchester City, but since the last month, they turns inconsistent.

Anyway Xavi Simons have played for 11 match in Tottenham, but we see nothing from him. Tottenham is ruining his career.

It's still too early to decide who wins and who loses in that match. Tottenham is rather looking very understood about the match. I can't feel much of their energies in the match. Chelsea isn't playing at their best if you ask me but their average performance is enough to beat Tottenham if they continue playing lousily.

The referee is actually giving the home team some home advantage else the stamp on James should've attracted more severe penalty and such gave Spence the morale to stamp on another Chelsea player but the referee looked the other way.

Vicario is a gem for Tottenham to be honest, I sometimes feel jealous he is not in my team but still I must commend Sanchez form because I always speak bad about his terrible performances and now that he is doing well, good job for him.

Vicario made good saves but it was also fault of Chelsea players to hit the ball on point, at last 3 points was all that was needed but adding more goals would have strengthened the win. Another 3 points to collect from Wolves and next Burnley, both teams are not performing well.

Yeah, Tottenham's goalie really helped his side from conceding much more goals. Chelsea had a really good performance and I thought it's a pity they only had a goal as they deserved more goals going by their performance in the game. I had envisaged both teams scoring but it was difficult to break through Chelsea's defense as they were pretty occupied with defending theirs. Chelsea had a really good game and a well deserved win at the end.
Their next game against Manchester united is going to be an interesting one. At this point, It's difficult to make a prediction on who would win that game. Can Man united be able to play and win against Tottenham on their home ground?

What an awful performance that was from Spurs. At times it felt like Chelsea were playing against a Championship team and if not because of Vicario's heroics in goal, coupled with wasteful finishes, the game ought to have ended with a scoreline of 5-0 in favor of Chelsea.

Maybe this finally the time Tottenham break the curse. I fancy them winning tomorrow's match, as I find Chelsea totally unreliable and unpredictable. It being a local derby, home advantage may not be of much importance, but I don't think Tottenham hotspurs can take in any more humiliation. That's the problem in both teams, if this goal never came in I believe the game would have ended goalless because the red card Chelsea could not convert most of their chances and Tottenham didn't even look like a team that wants to get a goal, it was as if they are playing a club friendly game. I was wondering if this is tye Spurs side that was winning game to stay I the top 5 teams on the log, maybe they're about to switch to their poor form again. Like you said the Blues was lucky and to me they are also careless for missing up to 4 to 5 good opportunities in this encounter and I can't bank on Chelsea to win games anytime but they stood firm in their defense today that's one good thing they did well.

I was unable to watch the Manchester United match today. But when I checked the internet for the score line I discovered that Nottingham Forest was leading Manchester United 2:1, I was actually sad and wished Manchester United good equalized the match but it was already 80 minutes. But I was happy when I finally got home and check the score line, I discovered that Manchester United was able to equalize.

I personally will not consider this to be a bad result, this is because Manchester United already got three consecutive wins, and when you include today's result it becomes one draw. So, it is not a bad result at all. Let's see how Manchester United will fare on their next fixture.

I was quite worried about Liverpool's performance against Aston Villa, even thinking they might lose again. But Arne Slot finally managed to end their losing streak with a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Anfield. Mohamed Salah opened the scoring with his first goal in the first half, and Gravenberch completed it with his second in the 58th minute, assisted by Mac Allister. This time, Liverpool's dominance was also quite strong, both in possession and their attack. Salah was much better this time.
