I don't think that Sunderland can make the result of tomorrow match go against Arsenal. But you never can tell,  they could do wonders since they are coming from championship, they have not been mastered yet.

I watch them play freely. Sunderland plays without pressure and is always solid on each line. This will be their initial capital to make a surprise tomorrow. Granit Xhaka is quite long time on Arsenal, and has to know how their ex-team works. Of course, this match will be the real test for the promotion club. We don't have a surprise if they can beat Arsenal tomorrow, because we often see this happen in the Premier League. But, Arsenal have the best defense for this time, this is their main strength to supplying directly ball on front with their long pass, and this will be frightening for the club who haven't much experience on premier league.

Manchester United got some good matches recent weeks while other big clubs in Premier League were inconsistently with their performances. MU has been bouncing back, and they're far better than they did at early season. However, i have no faith for them to win this game. They are still terrible at defense. You know they always lose to the Spurs in the last three games. I admit their h2h can't accurately predict the result for the upcoming game, but we know how Spurs are also improving.
Beside that you're concerning spur's lose against Chelsea, but they successfully bounced back. Also the home game is gonna be one of the reason why they can once again beat MU.

So based all of those reasons i pick them to win the game. 2.70 for Spurs win is very tempting and hard to miss it. It will be so good if Van de Ven does another solo run against MU and score the winning goal. 

It's not like I'm going to be betting on Man UTD to win but like you said, the stats or h2h have favored Tottenham Hotspur so there's a slight chance the scales might tip in the favor of Amorim's boys and when you add the fact that they're finding themselves, maybe this is yet another opportunity to go against the big six and get something. Remember, no one expected Man UTD to beat Chelsea and Liverpool but they did it. So I'd reconsider my options if I were you though.

Seems normally seeing Arsenal have good performance during the early until middle season but few matches left before premier league match over Arsenal back to downtrend performance. Truly, Manchester United has improved lately but when i look at their away performance they have played 5 games at away and could only win one match, played draw in 2 and lost 2 which is to show that they might not be able to win Tottenham but also looking at Tottenham's performance, they seem to be more vibrant while at away than when they are playing from home because after 5 games at home they could only win 1, played 1 draw and lost 3 games so going by this statistics, it should be a draw match otherwise Manchester United can get a narrow win since Tottenham has lost many matches at home.
     That notwithstanding, since 2023, Manchester United has not been able to win Tottenham in every competition they met and the saddest of it all was in the Europa League finals last season when Tottenham won Manchester United by 1:0 and got direct qualification to the Champions League games. But we  can see  that Tottenham's defense is stronger than United. Also, we know that the players of  the home teams are more confident. And home advantage is a very big thing in football. The audience also increases the confidence of the players. So I am  sure that Manchester united will face big problems in this match.

For the past seven seasons I can't point a time when Manchester United were better than Tottenham, I will say Tottenham has been better than Manchester United that's why the results between these two clubs has been favouring Tottenham more than Manchester United. I actually thought they would be in the top 4 after that game because I already saw them winning that game because of how bad Nottingham forest have been playing recently. I still see them coming close to the top if they can keep up their performance because as it stands now all top teams are inconsistent with their performance and Arsenal is the only team that is consistent currently. Manchester united have difficult games to play in coming weeks but I am sure they won't be as bad as they used to be.

I will be so happy if Manchester united can qualify for any European competition next season but then if they can make champions league it will be a great step for them but if they can't then at least Europa league is not a bad place to be.
