Liverpool losing against Manchester city today doesn't mean that they are out of league race, there is still a long way to go and out of 38 games they have only played 11 so there is so many games to play and currently I can't really tell who will even win the title because it may not even be the top 3 teams now or teams we are thinking as favorite to win. I think it's just the premier league that Liverpool is having this tough time because they use to do better in the champions league. Manchester city is now possing a threat on Arsenal because they are just 4 points away from Arsenal.

There is still a long way to go but this is about the mentality of Liverpool players who are increasingly losing confidence, so today defeat was very embarrassing for Liverpool because they could not score a single goal against Donnarumma. Of course I agree with you about Liverpool optimism but to win the EPL title is a different story. so now it's more about Arsenal and Man City who deserve to compete for the trophy this season.

Wow the match was a very wonderful game however I did not believe Brentford will win Newcastle United with such number of goals however the reason why Brentford was able to win Newcastle United with that number of goal was because of the red card that was given to Newcastle United, since it was Brentford home I knew it won't be easy for Newcastle United to win them this season Brentford is inform and they are doing very well, Brentford have a very good defense they are really trying.
Newcastle had a little bit of more ball possession than Brentford, but Brentford had more shot on target than newcastle united.

I wasn't surprised of the outcome of the match because Liverpool have shown some weakness in recent of times. I don't know why luck was not on Liverpool side today, they had quite a few ball which hit the bar. With the result of this game it seems that Liverpool really have a lot to do because how can a defending champion be humiliated this way, I was just waiting for this particular match to see whether their victory against Aston Villa and Real Madrid is a real wake for them, but with what I saw in this match is that they are seriously left behind. Yes i see my Manchester city as a difficult opponent for them but despite that I don't expect them to end the match without conceded goal.

Pep Guardiola I've started again to be a threat arsenal, because when ever arsenal have a clear chance to win the trophy that is when Pep Guardiola wakes up from behind and over take them. The Manchester City’s performance I see today is entirely different from that of Manchester City of last three weeks, they did very well, they were well prepared for Liverpool because they wanted the three points, and for the fact that the game is been played at the Etihad Stadium, I also expected Manchester City to win the game which tied out to be the exact thing that happened.

Haaland should have converted that Penalty earlier, the match could have been tougher than expected and Manchester City could have scored more than three goals because Liverpool management are yet to realize how bad their defense is becoming every game.

As an Arsenal fan, I am not happy with this outcome, I was expecting a draw so that I can maintain my six points gap, but unfortunately, Manchester City won to to reduced the point gap to four points which is still not bad if everyone can perform better till the end of the season.

I observed that many sports gamblers has expected that Liverpool would be a pain for Manchester city to defile. But I understand what gave them that conviction on Liverpool was because of the victory they had in their last two games against Real Madrid and Aston villa, it was as if Liverpool are back to winning ways again.

Liverpool were completely overwhelmed in this match, they were powerless even though all the players had worked very hard. Liverpool continued to try to find a goal, but didn't really manage to find any chances and barely had a shot on target until the end of the match. Arne Slot tried to rotate players, but the results were nil and they had to swallow another bitter defeat in the league match.

It was a very lackluster performance from Liverpool, I expected more from them in this game after their very impressive performance against Real Madrid last time in the UEFA champions league. Losing 3:0 to Manchester City is quite embarrassing for a team like Liverpool, at least I expected them to just score a goal in this match especially after when Erling Haaland missed the penalty kick in the first half, I thought it would have been a kind of a morale booster for the Liverpool team to be able to give their all in this game and get at least a goal for the fans. I think the Liverpool coach needs to do something fast to be able to blend this team back to winning ways, they’ve spent quite huge amount of money in the transfer window especially paying over $150m on a player like Isak who is not even performing and has been dropped to the bench.

The way Doku hijack this match, I don't think he has done something incredibly ever since he went for injuries last season, the bounce back was crazy. It's understandable that Etihad remain one of the best place Manchester City dominate anytime they have a game. Liverpool had a good lower line but I still don't know what weny wrong, assuming Haaland scored the penalty the goal would have been 4 in total, that's crazy for a team that is sitting in third place in the table.

Arsenal has a way of making people to commited and when you need them the most, they ran away like an decapitated teams. 1 loss or 2 draw now from them and everything will change in this table. Manchester City doesn't look like they here to play, neither is Arsenal but they don't sound dominant like Manchester City. When a team is going to win the league, you are going to see the reaction from there aggression and performance, Manchester City has the both bit Arsenal I doubt.

After that 3rd goal from Doku, the commentator said, even if Liverpool had 2 goalkeeper, they wouldn't be able to stop that goal. Doku scores his first league goal of the season and it was against Liverpool from outside the 18 yard box, he cut and unleashed a shot past the goalkeeper. For those of us who use to play PS we call that (R2). When a player successfully bends and curves his shot to go past the goalkeeper into the net, that's R2. That's the kind of goal Doku scored

Smiles! I played play station(PS2) very well and I understand how beautiful R2 goals can be, and Doku shot it well. Pep celebrated the win like he hasn't won Liverpool before. Well, I understand the reason. He really needed the win as his team is recovering very well.

I don't even know what's happening to Liverpool again. I know that they're not in their best form right now because they have been facing a lot of losses in their previous matches, which also turned out to be the worst time for them in this season, but Liverpool actually improved due to the performance and efforts that were being put into the match between them and Real Madrid in the UCL. Liverpool beat Real Madrid 1-0, and they also beat Aston Villa 2-0, so that made some people stop doubting their losses and that they have come back to their form. Unfortunately Liverpool tried their best today, but Manchester City isn't a team that will accept a defeat from Liverpool because they are in their best form too. However, the match has ended well, and it favours Manchester City achieving their victory.

Liverpool probably got disstabilized from the goal that was cancelled and the second goal that Manchester City got that resulted from a deflection of the ball hitting  van dijik, all of these put together definitely added to making Liverpool not having the mentality to win and Manchester City was at  their very best today so it is not really surprising they won but I did expected Liverpool would have gotten a goal at least.

I knew this how the game of Manchester city against Liverpool will end because people were looking at Manchester city as if they are weak but at the end Liverpool have been collecting back to back  and imagine 3 goals and Liverpool was unable to score a single goal like the pressure that Manchester city were given Liverpool was an expected action. I was telling a friend that Manchester City is the closest title contender Arsenal should be looking at for. They are gradually getting better every single day, a huge thanks to Pep, Erling Haaland and Phil Foden. These 3 persons has been exceptional this season. I wont write out Jeremy Doku as well, he looks very promising in that left win.
However, I trust Arsenal to keep playing better. Yesterday draw came as a shock though, they have learned their lesson and would be prevent such from happening in the future.
