They've conceded 26 goals so far this campaign and no big team has conceded that much. Also, I don't think United's defenders are not good enough. I feel like the system is the problem.

The club you should even be saying of qualifying is Liverpool because Manchester United competitors are many and when they take all the position you will be seeing Manchester United on the fifth or sixth so they can't be favoured from this two positions and Liverpool is weak but not as weak as Manchester United, so what team should loss form for Manchester United to go up?, my doubt for Chelsea is not certain because this might be the second time they would qualify after those days of there consistent appearance, can Manchester United win on the Villa Park? because Aston Villa has not lost more than four match on the Villa Park this season.

This game can not be predicted most times,  Manchester can be the only club to beat the at home,it can happen, because they defeated Arsenal doesn't mean a club like Manchester united can't beat them, of we look at the teams previous forms, Aston Villa should win this game especially with the way Manchester united conceded 4 goals to Bournemouth recently because if a club like that can score 4 goals against them, It means there's a serious defense issue and that's one of the things  Manchester united need to work on right now before that game. That Man Utd vs B’mouth game last night was ridiculous, the defending was comical. It was like a school yard game of football where there are no tactics and all the players just run to the ball haha.

Great for a neutral fan to see 8 goals though. It was not a game with two top teams on display though, crazy game.

The game was crazy indeed, i like watching a matches where both teams keeps scoring each other as if it's a basketball. It makes the match interesting to watch unlike some 1:0 or 0:0 matches. Manchester United has a very porous defense and it affected them so much in the second half which cause the much goals they conceded but thanks to Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha who helped the team to get a draw. On the other hand, Bournemouth was also ruthless in their performance and we can just say that Manchester United was lucky if not Bournemouth really played like they want to win the game.

Manchester United should have won that game but they missed a lot of chances, they dominated every part of the game in the first half, I think it was Bournemouth first chance on goal they scored through Antoine Semenyo (that guy needs to play for a big club). The second half was more entertaining absolute Cinema from both teams. The third goals were both free kick goals…… It was a great and entertaining match for us neutrals but United fans will not be happy with the results, they should have won.

They actually played well but like you said they lost a lot of chances and coupled with the fact that they have a bad defence. I feel like Manchester United can be better if they work on their lapses. United fans were not pleased based on the fact that Bournemouth isn't a team that is supposed to give them a tough time but at this point it shouldn't be surprising when they lose woefully like this

He's playing well, but I don't see any fundamental difference between Chelsea and United yet, at least in the sense that his flashy performances don't have a significant impact on the final result.
As for the cup, all three home teams are simultaneously favorites in the tie, so there's little intrigue. A City win is priced at 1.50, Newcastle at 1.69, and Arsenal at 1.62. The only question is whether the main squad will play or not. If the favorites win, the semifinals will be fiery.

The main squad will not be played they will sit sweetly on the bench maybe will play only 20 minutes in this match --- EFL more often rests many core players so the second player will be in charge in this match, so I doubt the odds mentioned that even though the favorite still they can lose playing at home because it could be that this is not a serious match losing is no problem for the big team.

Lol, well, you have just spoken the way you see it. And it's okay and might happen the way you have predicted. But I will just say that it is football and anything, just anything can happen..I have watched Manchester United over the years, and just like Chelsea, that match that you think they would loose completely, you see them pulling a stunt and coming out with joy. Am not saying that Manchester United will win Aston Villa, No. All am saying is that it might go the other way round. Who would have believed that Wolves would score all 3 goals against Arsenal within the weekend without Arsenal scoring a single goal of there own?

Yes, they aren't very consistent and can sometimes pull off surprises. It's not accurate to say that Manchester United will definitely lose because the match hasn't been played yet. Considering Aston Villa's current success, we all expect them to have the upper hand against Manchester United. However, we need to remember how tough the Premier League is. Even the last-placed team can sometimes win matches. It's difficult to predict who will win, but I think the competition is at a high level and we will see some great football.

Yeah at United he was not playing badly as well but Manchester United performance was so bad that it affected a lot of players and made  them look like they were not performing well, same thing happened to Ganarcho then. From back then at United I have admired Ganarcho, I knew his qualities and knew Manchester United was weighing him down. He is doing well now as well at Chelsea but I don't think he is at his best yet, he is still a bit shaky and you will see that he has not yet adapted fully that's why. I'm sure if he adapts fully he will even perform better than this.

I believe all teams will use their main squad for the cup because everything team now knows value of winning a trophy no matter how small it is and because of the kind of opponent they face. In stages like this most teams make use of their main squad. Chelsea used their second squad because of the kind of opponent they faced.

I can't just let the displeasing performance of the Red devils in their last match slide... Missing Maz, De ligt and Maguire hurt the fans and this one felt like just one of those players would have really helped the team at the back with experience and organisation.

The attacking play and finishing was good, but their defense needs improvement. They score a lot, but they also concede a lot. If they reduce the number of goals conceded, they can get more points. Manchester United have to adjust and fix things gradually. I understand that in Amorim's first year, there are still about 3-4 positions that needs to be improved if he must have his dream team. Some players don't understand just yet, Amorim's style of play and don't fit his tactics.
