After watching Manchester united suffer a humiliating defect in today's game against aston villa, all both far and near have been heavily confused about Manchester United's inconsistent performance and where tempted to ask what the important of spending in the last concluded transfer window could be as all effort to revive the team seems useless for now. Its clear Manchester United's problem has gone beyond team reenforcement but needs serious prayers because the teams management has done everything humanly possible to make a change but all to no avail

I did tell us at the beginning of the season and even the few weeks Manchester United were doing exceptionally well that I am still not convinced enough that the Manchester United team under Ruben Amorim will be strong enough to win or compete for any major trophy this season. I remember a Manchester United fan who told me that they'll do well in the English Premier League since they're not competing in Europe which will give them fitness edge over the other top teams who are playing in Europe but despite their absence in any European competition, Manchester United is still underperforming.
Aston Villa didn't just humiliate them, they reminded the club management that they're far from being formidable enough to compete for the biggest trophies in England. I expect them to make signings in January but I don't think it'll make any significant change from what we've been seeing this season from Manchester United.

Nevertheless anything can, if you check their head to head , the favour is on Manchester united side. My prediction for this game is Aston villa 2 Man u 1.

I need my flowers guys  , I said this game was going to end in 2-1 this afternoon and It happened, Man. U don't have the chance to be this in form Aston villa. I don't know why Manchester United bought sesko, like bro I prefer to have hujlund in that forward than that tall guy. We can tell that Aston Villa this season is basically something else, as we never expected this performance from them. To me I won't say it was an easy win as they also strive for it. Injuries are starting to take a toll on this Arsenal team. If Arsenal can manage not to drop points they may just win the league even if it’s by a close margin. I don’t think Arsenal should concern themselves about which teams are going to drop points, they need to focus on themselves and play each game like it’s a final match.

Manchester United to me had no chance in this game, they even seemed lucky they got a goal, I think with that I will commend them for such brilliance in contending, they obviously did the best they could, considering their best players are unavoidably absent.  I hope Manchester United does not fall back so terribly before their return as that will be too bad for them to get something decent this season.

FYI, Arsenal has been topping Premier League during christmas 4 times, but it never end with a trophy. We're still at the middle of season, and have not yet entered the boxing day. To call this is Arsenal year is obviously wrong. There are still many matches need to get passed. Seeing Arsenal won their last two games with no proper goals from open play is worrying me.

As for the team to drop the points between City and Villa, it seems Villa is gonna drop it. It's considering Chelsea is a tough opponent at bridge. It's also confirmed Delap and Estevao will be back during Villa's game mean Emery squad has to face full team of Chelsea. Their unbeaten streak may be stopped at Bridge.
Meanwhile, City is facing a weak one with this top performing squad, they can bag three points easily.

Yeah totally agreed, I mean Aston Villa even won arsenal when they were in their best form in the premier League and walked away with the three points at villa park so I did expect the same today although don't know if the outcome would have been any different if actually Manchester United had their playing stars @ amad and mbuemo featured in the game.
