What you're saying makes perfect sense for Mikel Arteta, as he's also been Arsenal's manager for quite some time, so he already knows how to instill focus and consistency in his team from the influence and pressure created by Aston Villa and Manchester City. Both teams are indeed great teams, and this season they've both developed very well, keeping pace with Arsenal, who are currently at the top of the table. Seriously, the greatest weakness of Arsenal right now is a lack of consistency and at this very moment what they need is to stay consistent, Arteta rellay need to find a way to motivate the players to stay very focused and committed and above all they should try and turn that cautious pattern of play into more goals, because they will need it because Man City is really not backing down anytime soon, they will keep on mounting that pressure but if Arteta can find a way to make the payers stay steady and keep converting chances to gaols the they have that hope of holding on to the top spot.

Chelsea played well in the match, they were even winning in the first half of the match, but things changed in the second half of the match. With the way Chelsea played in the first half of the match, I never believed they going to lose the match, they dominated the match and didn’t give Aston villa much opportunity in the first half of the match.

Aston villa scored two goals in the second half of the match, and am still going to blame Enzo Maresca for Chelsea losing the match. By now I think Enzo Maresca should have his first 11 already, he should have a specific position which he will be playing each player, and he shouldn’t be playing players in new positions.

Chelsea doesn’t deserve anything more than loosing the game, I don’t really know why someone will feel that Chelsea deserves more, thy have been terrible in that game, even when they scored Aston Villa I know they can’t win the game, because the defense looks a total disaster and that isn’t a good game for a team who wants to qualify for the Champions League position.
