Manchester United is a wealthy club so money to buy quality players is not a problem. It is the responsibility of the coach to sign quality players and build his own team to his own standards. If coach fails to build his own team that would help him compete at the top level,the blame would fall on him. Pep guardiola would gladly sell off almost all the players in the Manchester United if they are inconsistent because he takes responsibility for the team performance. I think sacking managers is the right steps when team are inconsistents

This is why Amorim was telling the world he was hired as head coach and not manager and he wanted to be manager. A top five finish is actually going to be a good one for Manchester United and finishing on this position will make them to look better than they were last season. Arsenal is very good and Aston Villa is no doubt been on a very good form since last season and I commend their performance so far in the premier league. I've seen several reports about the club fans protesting against the current hierarchy at the club but I think they've not done much to make their voices to be heard and for actions to be taken. It's time they take their protest more serious than they've ever protested, the club used to be one of the best in not just England but Europe and watching them literally become an average club is just too disappointing. Whatever measures it'll take to force a positive change should be taken please.

Right now Xabi Alonso free because he resigned form Real Madrid after losing a final against Barcelona...

So now it's all depends on Aron Slot if he didn't even make any good progress then probably they will go for Xabi Alonso and honestly guys Xabi Alonso is still quite good like if we look at his stats at Real Madrid then probably he still has a good record, although he has been fired from Real Madrid.

any not saying that the coaches alone should be blamed for the problem in Manchester United, that is why I said that the problem is from the both parties involved. But looking at the different coaches that has come to united apart from Mourinho, I can't single out one coach that is that world class. Ask yourself after leaving United as a club has any of these coaches find any top club to manage and even in the clubs that they are managing what is the quality of their performance.


Okay just look at the lastest coach that, is about taking over as head coach what is his level of his experience and how many teams has he coached. Infact Amorim is better than this coach and  I see Manchester United struggling under this new coach when he eventually take over as head coach because this is Amorim promax.

As a Liverpool fan I have been extremely disappointed this season. Winning the title last season and signing Isak, Ekitike, Wirtz and Frimpong I expected us to win it again this season or at the very least be right up there competing for it.

We have been very average for most of the season and the blame lies with Slot. I would not be disappointed if the owners sack Slot and bring Alonso in, especially as he is so familiar with Wirtz and Frimpong.

I have always mentioned it that Manchester United has a situation that is very much foundational with the management of the club, they have to get to the point where they reduce how much they interfere with the happenings in the team, after appointment of a coach and managers, they should allow them do the job they are been paid to do and let the team thrive, their interference I'd beginning to affect them a bit.

Another person actually missing out the whole point of what Manchester United is lacking, same suggestion to actually change the defense and attack again yet again. You really made a lot of sense here, and after reading through your post I was so much convinced that Manchester United problem is not actually from coaches nor players. Manchester United problems are actually couase by the owners themselves. And from the few things I have read so far I came to understand that amorin was never giving full control over the Manchester United team so ridiculous. No wonder amorin was unable to fix the team. and fan's were busy pressuring the man without knowing that the man is not Manchester United problem, rather those who claimed they owned the club are the once causing chaos. I love how this game is going currently, it’s almost half time and none of the two teams have score a goal that’s really cool..both of them are performing somewhat good but I’m surprised about Manchester city’s performance..they have the possession but no big chances so far.

Newcastle doesn’t want to let this slide and also Manchester City, so maybe this game could end in a draw..if the second half is same as this first half and the penalty shootout decides who moves forward. When a coach isn’t signing players sometimes, we shouldn’t blame the coach for that, it’s the coach responsibility to sign players, but sometimes the management is the one that will tell the coach the kind of players they want, and coach won’t really have choice than to do what the management wants.

Manchester United have signed different players, and different coaches, but there is no improvement in Manchester United performance, then you should know that the problem is not from the coach alone.
