Manchester united are indeed veey wealthy but their biggest problem is not being able to spot out the issues they have on time and solving it. maybe changing the managers would improve the team but we would see how that goes next season because it is too late for them to bounce back on their feet this season. They just need to work on their defense, this has been their main issue this season

There are a lot of things that are not being published for public to see, Manchester United is a wealthy Club but despite that they should have look into their matters with full concentration because changing coaches seem to solve some problems but in the case of Manchester United they have changed ten managers after Sir Alex Ferguson resign, and up to this moment they have not find a better way for themselves.

I think the manager's position is influential for half of it, of course the players are the spearheads to advance in the match, perhaps by choosing talented players can be the key to success but it is not entirely with a large enough budget, Manchester United should be able to have a better manager and reliable players.

Manchester United owners and board members have been inconsistent with their management strategies for the club. In seasons when they had good players, they picked bad coaches, and in seasons they had good head coaches, they did not believe their coaches and chose star players instead. Like how they sacked Jose Mourinho and put their belief in Paul Pogba who with many seasons after Mourinho sack, did not show his full capacity and enough contributions for the club.

Last season they sacked Ten Hag, chose Ruben Amorim and in this season, they sacked Ruben Amorim, consequently put their club into another chaos. If Manchester United can not choose a good head coach and give him full trust and rights to do his management job, their club will not be able to return to top level in the near future.

I don't think Manchester United will be ready to be the coward to hire a man they sacked. I have not seen such contract before. Even if Manchester United want to bring him, Amorim will not want to come back because leaving the club was the best decision for him, the pressure and the demand from fans were getting too much on his skin, there is no way he was going to finish at the top with such awkward performance, he has done enough with club by now.

What I want with Manchester United now is screening of the players. They have change coach many times now and some players have been on their neck for some period of time. It's high time they change them, loan the ones that are not making any contribution at least it will help the club find compatible players but it should be done with sense. The last time they loan Rashford, man is now Barcelona property and they are ready to make him a long term deal.

I don't think the coach has the desire to come back and i don't think there's the desire to rehire someone who was fired, so i think this is the end for them, certainly now the players have to take control of the situation and try to win, even if i don't think it's easy

The match between Newcastle and Manchester City, while seemingly favored on paper, is very open to surprises. The tempo of the game will be key. I may have had my doubts at the start of the first half, but after that i realized Manchester City would win. Fortunately, i took the winning gamble. Of course, it wasn't a very favorable odds, but i won, that makes me happy.

any not saying that the coaches alone should be blamed for the problem in Manchester United, that is why I said that the problem is from the both parties involved. But looking at the different coaches that has come to united apart from Mourinho, I can't single out one coach that is that world class. Ask yourself after leaving United as a club has any of these coaches find any top club to manage and even in the clubs that they are managing what is the quality of their performance.

Okay just look at the lastest coach that, is about taking over as head coach what is his level of his experience and how many teams has he coached. Infact Amorim is better than this coach and  I see Manchester United struggling under this new coach when he eventually take over as head coach because this is Amorim promax.

Precisely, the coach has a fundamental role but certainly the responsibility cannot fall entirely on him.
The team is made up of different figures beyond the players and the coach, if there is a lack of harmony or complicity any team with even the best players in the world, will never have the performances it deserves.

Guys here I saw some rumors on X that Liverpool has seeking for new coach and new will be Xabi Alonso....

This season Liverpool performance is not too good like Aron Slot is not making any good progress and that's why Liverpool give him a last dance that til the end of the season he should need to do something good like to win any trophy, and if he doesn't, then they will sack him off and will bring another coach. Right now Xabi Alonso free because he resigned form Real Madrid after losing a final against Barcelona...

So now it's all depends on Aron Slot if he didn't even make any good progress then probably they will go for Xabi Alonso and honestly guys Xabi Alonso is still quite good like if we look at his stats at Real Madrid then probably he still has a good record, although he has been fired from Real Madrid.

I don't think he's capable of doing what he's done elsewhere and taking a great player who's capable of winning is certainly not Xabi Alonso who is a great coach but he knew how not to impose himself on the team for this i don't think he will be the next Liverpool coach

The public is being to tough on United yet the board has been mismanaging the circumstances. It was never going to be a stable thing to sack Amorim and leave him without a proper replacement and it is unrealistic to expect an interim coach to give instant results. The appointment of Michael Carrick, also does not give one hope as he has been fairly average during his time at Middlesbrough. In this case, rehiring Amorim could be more stable than another experiment in the short term. United desperately requires a long term plan.

I am sick and tired of United poor performance management decisions. Are they the only club that has faced a decline in performance for a while that they cannot end the problem by hiring a good coach to fix the club challenges when they have the resources to do that. Look at a club that is still struggling with Amorim has been abandoned to an interim coach. Are you sure Jim isn't happy with the club current situation for making such decision.

Man United suffering is not over yet after the legendary coach (Sir Alex Ferguson) decided to retire from the coaching world. Several managers have come and gone but none have ended up waking Man United from its long slumber. I don't know when this suffering will end, but Man United is the only team that has struggled to recover from this slump, despite having spent a lot of resources. I don't find the chances of either team scoring very realistic. I don't think Nottingham Forest will score against Arsenal, but Arsenal will very likely score. Of course, before that match, they need to beat Chelsea in today's EFL game. Arsenal is a fantastic team and they can easily beat any team this year. They didn't struggle against Bayern and beat them too. The Chelsea match will be another good test for them. I really like the way they play. Arsenal is one of the most serious and magnificent teams in the Premier League title race this year.

Forest have been in very poor form lately and it doesn't look like they'll be able to recover easily. I agree that Real Madrid players didn't really respected Xabi and what he has achieved and found his excessive demands as too much. But the reality is that, if Xabi comes to premier league, there is a serious potential same could happen. Not like he will be coaching Wolves, it would be another big team, and those big teams do have ego problems with players.

Even if he goes to United, who doesn't official have a coach right now just an interim, those players will not be great for him neither, it will cause some trouble for him.
