With the level of sluggishness I saw yesterday I don't think Arteta is going to win all the titles they're competing for, it could happen but I feel the Gunners are just going to panic and yesterday they did panic against Nottingham. The energy they came with was filled with desperation to get a goal and that start making them rush the game, I don't know about you guys but Arsenal are not getting all 4 trophies this season but my major fear is them losing the EPL title to either City or Villa.

But in fact Arsenal should have beaten Nottingham yesterday, yet Nottingham played very well in defense. Besides Arteta might already be thinking about the Champions League match, while City completely lost their game, so for now Aston Villa remain a more likely rival to Arsenal for winning the English Premier League. Today they need to beat Everton to keep that chance.

I don't know how it's gonna happen but it must surely happen the fact is just like Manchester United manage to beat Manchester City unexpectedly same way they are gonna win Arsenal because this Arsenal team seems not to be serious how can they draw Nottingham Forest that is no where in the the English premier League standings, how can they be thinking of champions League while they still have an important game at hand they want to use one stone to kill two birds impossible now that act will definitely cost them, and for Aston Villa I like their energy they should just keep it up maybe something unexpected might happen.

Man City made a big mistake by failing to earn full points in 4 matches. A seven-point gap is not impossible to catch up, although it seems it would also require a lot of luck. There are still about sixteen matches left, so Man City still has many opportunities. The match against Man United was also unexpected. Losing by 2 goals was truly beyond my prediction. Man City must immediately improve the team's condition and continue striving to win in the remaining EPL matches this season. As for Arsenal, this is an advantage, but they should not be too happy because the points gap can still be closed with the remaining matches.

Seven points isn't an insurmountable gap. Arsenal have started dropping points. Not winning in four games is really bad for City. And then they lost to Manchester United. It's hard to predict what Arsenal will do. City aren't consistent at all; not winning in four games is not normal. There were times in the season when they were good and had good wins. I think City will improve their situation and catch up with Arsenal, they need to do that.

This week has seen some very interesting results. Aston Villa lost 1-0 at home to Everton in a match that went down to the wire. Manchester United beat Manchester City, and Manchester City lost a crucial three points. Arsenal drew 0-0 against Forest. All the teams in the title race have started dropping points this week. It's proving to be an interesting week. If Arsenal continue dropping points like this, Manchester City will catch up to them again. Arsenal need to avoid dropping points in matches like this. If they had won their games, they would have extended their lead to nine points, but currently it's only seven. Manchester City is a team that can close that gap.

Hopefully that hope can be achieved very well this season, however Arsenal has been fasting for a long time for a prestigious trophy, this time they might be able to get the whole league which they have never imagined before, but if it is really capable as you said it will be a very valuable history in the world of Arsenal football, there is little doubt in me that they are able to balance stamina and also energy in every match in different leagues, not only that, they need a lot of additional strength and good strategy on the field to be able to win every match.

The top 4 teams in the Premier League have lost their rhythm, but why? The answer to that question is still unknown to me. Maybe because of a busy schedule or due to negligence. However, at the same time, there is no reason to threaten Arsenal due to the disasters of the top 4 teams. Arsenal drew, Manchester City lost, Aston Villa is very close to defeat and Liverpool also drew.

I also have my doubts about the Arsenal vs United match. Before that, Arsenal will have to go through a difficult time against Inter Milan. Manchester United can do anything, there will be a possibility of a big win or a loss and a draw.

Aston Villa have failed to take advantage of the opportunity to go ahead of Manchester City and closer to Arsenal. They were expected to win at home to Everton, but Everton snatched the win with a goal lead. Arsenal at the end of the week maintains their position with the point advantage that they have.

Premier League football does not always go the way expected because how come Arsenal could not win Nottingham Forest yesterday, and Aston Villa could not take the advantage. Is it possible we see some late drama from Carrick's men, a title charge by Manchester United?

So Manchester City was defeated by the unstable Manchester United and all the teams that could have taken an advantage of this result ended up not taking it. Look at Arsenal playing out a 0:0 draw with struggling Nottingham Forest and today Aston Villa has also failed to use this opportunity to overtake Manchester City instead they lost to Everton, could not even hold a draw. It’s very disappointing.
The table still remains as it is no changes from the top three. United and Liverpool are back in contention for the fourth position.

But City's defensive signing is not yet complete and as it has already been established, was the cause of there despicable lose to Man United, the attack was too cautious of the fragile defense that's why the issue escalated, hope the signing of Guehi brings some difference to City.

Honestly, this you statement is true, this is the lowest and most boring tittle race in a very long time in England, and Arsenal getting away with the tittle will be very irritating because contenders are just fooling themselves.

I was more than certain that Watkins would do wonder's against a struggling Everton, but  surprisingly they really made their chance count to grab all three points against a hot favourite Villa.. which also slows them down in trying to catch up with Arsenal.

Aston Villa had a chance to finish second in the new season's PL points table, but I was suddenly shocked at how they were defeated. We think it's a shame that Villa lost to a team like Everton because this team is inconsistent and we saw their performance is not yet at a high level. But it is true that sometimes even weak teams compete very strongly, as I saw today, however,it seems to me Aston Villa have already squandered their chances so their next step should be to play well in the upcoming matches and snatch a win from there to move up the points table.

Arsenal were indeed very sluggish and relaxed when facing Nottingham forest yesterday. They were lots of goals opportunities for Arsenal but they weren't smart to convert it to goals. Arsenal may have loss securing three points against Nottingham forest,they wouldn't lose the premier League title to Manchester city or Aston villa. Arsenal is ahead of both city and villa in terms of points and goals differences. They may not win all four trophies definitely they won't fail becoming  premier league champions.

This has been one of the weakest performance from Arsenal and all they did looked like they are preparing for the champions league game against Inter, could that be the reason? I don't think so, they came with all their good players but they were over confidence and when Nottingham started fighting back they felt a different atmosphere, it wasn't about them any more. This was a game the Gunners are suppose to win and feel relaxed a bit but it wasn't like that, they forgot that Nottingham Forest too need to get a point to save their skin. This is the moment that the teams at the bottom of the table will become stronger than we know them, if not for anything but to get a point and frustrate teams at the top 4 especially Arsenal and Manchester City.

I don't understand this Premier League team anymore, every single time they have the chance to close down the gap between them and Arsenal, they always lose. Today, Aston Villa have ever advantage, including home advantage. Playing against an Everton side that has not won them at home for the past 10 years.

It was 6 points gap, now it is 7 points gap. Anyone who is still hating on the Arsenal might be making a big mistake this season, because both Aston Villa and Manchester City are not doing better as well.

Sometimes football always comes with surprising results.to be honest, I was really surprised by this result because, as Aston Villa was the host of the match, I was thinking they would even find it easy to win. But it turned into another story.Seriously, Aston Villa played well, and they were the team that deserved to win the game, but the other team was just lucky. Aston Villa was the team that controlled the ball possession and created more chances, but they were not lucky enough to convert those clear chances into goals.

For last two weeks, gunners have played two consecutive draws and if they keep playing such football then they might finish as runner up for 4th consecutive time.

Arsenal had previously enjoyed good consistency, but for some reason their old illness is like a relapse-- they are so difficult to be able to maintain performance in moments like this, especially when the pressure and expectations for them increase, they seem to be so dull and difficult to keep the game.
If only they could win against Everton, maybe the point gap with Manchester City could be wider. But now it is only 7 points, and if they are held to a draw again by Manchester United, then the pressure would likely increase, and that could hinder them from winning the title this season.

Isn't that how football sometimes is? A team that plays very well can lose. Isn't that why it's so hard to predict who will win? Because on paper, the stronger team is more or less obvious. Teams with impressive statistics can still lose the match. That's exactly what happened to Aston Villa. They had great statistics, but they lost the game. Perhaps this is the inevitable fate of football.

If Arsenal wins the Premier League at last, i will say they won it by luck and not really through hard work because they have had more than 4 cases where they would have gotten a big gap, but they always end up losing points and what is saving them is that whenever they lose points, Manchester City and Aston Villa who are 2nd and 3rd in the league table also loses point too. Since Manchester City lost their match today, if Aston Villa is able to win Everton tomorrow that means that Arsenal will only be topping the table with just 4 points gap which is very close.

Arsenal are really messing up now, i don't think if Arsenal wins the league it has anything to do with luck, aside from the fact that they miss chances they have put in a lot of work this past few months, winning the title is something they deserve because they have won over 80 percent of their matches. it is just so disappointing that they didn't take advantage of today's game against Nottingham forest, if they had won this game then they would have enough gap between the teams in the second and third position

The reason why i said that if Arsenal wins the league that they are just lucky is because any week they drop points, those teams that are chasing after them also drops points as well. Yesterday, Manchester City lost 3 points to Manchester United and today Aston Villa lost 3 points to Everton so you can understand the angle of luck am talking about because just imagine if either of Aston Villa or Manchester City won their match the gap would have been reduced to just 4 points. Arsenal is doing a good job by remaining consistent at the top, but they should try and take up advantages when it surfaces and not to be keeping their supporters in tension.

Speaking of yesterday's Manchester United vs. Manchester City match, it was a very tense match. Everyone knew it would be a losing day for Manchester United, but the surprising fact was that Manchester United ultimately won decisively, while Man City couldn't score a single goal against United. That's how the Red Devils are. When everyone doubts them, they play well and win. But just when everyone believes that Man United will be on the winning track, they lose, even against a team that isn't particularly favored.

And the following week, Man United will face Arsenal. This will be quite an interesting match, because, as usual, when facing a big club, Man United suddenly plays very well. It would be surprising if Man United again takes full points next week.
