Leading a team to success isn't only by experience but tactical knowledge and strategy are also necessary in order for a coach to deliver.  Carrick doesn't have much experience but so far he has been able to achieve a lot just in a few weeks if being the coach. Manchester United are now doing better than they have for a long time. their gameplay has improved and it seems like whatever strategy Carrick is using is actually working. let's see how they perform in their next matches, so far they have being consistent and they are still keeping it up.

Bringing a team to success is a difficult thing, especially if you already find yourself with "malus" on you.
I'd say Manchester United are making huge leaps, they're slowly shining again but they're uphill.
She's feared on the pitch now and tactically starting to do better, it's difficult to reach Arsenal, but second place could do it seriously.

So for now,, Arsenal just needs to be consistent with their good performance because that is the final key, which in my opinion is the most important to make Arsenal become champions. Because if Arsenal can not maintain their good performance until the end of the season,, Arsenal's hopes of becoming champions will certainly be slightly reduced. So that's why Arteta must be able to get his players to continue playing well no matter what. Because even though Arsenal is currently busy with several competitions they are participating in. But what can be done, if they want to be champions, they must be able to perform well tirelessly.

Arsenal is trying so hard this season to remain consistent despite the challenges they are facing in some games but the manager still has to be very intentional with his signing this time around so that he will not sign players that will come in and destroy the relationship between him and his players. Arteta needs to keep his players in check to avoid them getting injuries that could affect their performance, they are doing so well in the league and champions League so this is their best opportunity to make history by winning more than one trophy this season because they deserve it.

It will be difficult for any of the coaches that we are  rumoured to take over from pep as manager of Manchester City to just come and fill up the gap that will be created when eventually pep leaves at the end of the season if he wants to leaves. Pep has raised the bar and standard in Manchester City in such a way that it will be very difficult for any coach to come and replicate what he has been able to achieve and done with this Manchester City side.


City should look at building all over again just like the way pep did when he took over as manager of Manchester City,  city should not look at immediate results but look at what they are going to get on the long run because Manchester City has lost quality and momentum as a club.

Yes,, if Manchester City were to change their coach, it's highly likely they'd have a much harder time getting back on their feet. Pep,, even as an experienced and arguably excellent coach, hasn't been able to help Manchester City bounce back quickly. Imagine what would happen if a coach other than Pep were to take charge of Manchester Cityy. I think it would be a major disaster for the team.

That's why I agree that Manchester City shouldn't fire Pep just yet,, as it's clearly the wrong move for them. It'll be even harder to find a coach with Pep's qualities. Rather than replacing the coach, I think it's better for Manchester City to replace the existing players with more suitable ones. I think this is better than replacing the team's brain, the coach.

I don't doubt the fact that Manchester United is a good club currently and winning games with ease. They have the best frontline when it comes to counter attacks in epl in my opinion. This is what the fans wants to watch, to see the Red Devils perform to the highest of their capability. The Red Devils wouldn't have secure a spot in the top four race if the owners of the club didn't take drastic measures and relieved Ruben Amorim of his managerial role.

Man United has indeed performed impressively since Michael Carrick took  over the helm. They didn't just get three consecutive wins, but two of them were particularly impressive because they  beat Arsenal and Man City (the top two teams in the current standings). When Amorim left , Man United was faced with two choices: Solksjaer and  Carrick, and it seems they made a good choice this time. One more  win against Tottenham, and I think Man United might get a ticket  to the Champions League next season.

The Random conceiving of goals makes me not to fully trust the capacity of Manchester United yet because I know that is an indication that they will be having narrow victories too often because all the goals they score will be cancelled by the goals their opponents are going to score, so they will have to make sure they keep scoring plenty goals to give their opponent too many goals to score to get a draw or win them, a very unlikely situation that will be better if they can score and defend it.

True, Manchester United has conceded many goals against their opponents. They have difficulty defending against opponents which is the why they have been concerning goals lately . Manchester United must fix their defense and make it stronger so that when they scored opponents, they can repel any goal attempts,this way they can't conceds goals anyhow. Manchester United attacks is strong, they must strengthen they defence so that they wouldn't be any weakness.

I also had a similar thought after Manchester United's win over Fulham at home last week. It would obviously be much better, as you said, after Manchester United took a few early goals, they had to be able to defend to avoid conceding goals when their opponents attacked them relentlessly. Winning without conceding is a truly brilliant thing for a team like Manchester United, so Manchester United must seriously consider this next week so they can truly be considered strong by all their current rivals.

It seems that Man United focused on attacking without paying attention to their defense which was eventually conceded by the opposing team and indeed this is where their problem is why they have difficulty winning because their defense is still quite fragile, Man United has a fairly sharp attack but if not accompanied by a solid defense it will make them unable to win the match easily. Man United rarely wins a match with the last cleansheet score the last time they were able to do it against Manchester City even though they should have been able to do it against Fulham whose strength is weaker than Man City.

Liverpool is the only team that is not doing well and has not sack their coach and still want to finish at the top. I have seen Manchester United been in better place. I doubt them but you see this time, three matches in a row isn't something we should doubt about, they are going to likely finish at the top of the league. Liverpool started not well, as they are yet to change their coach, they will remain like this until the end of the season before they decide.

I don't see anything unique that Liverpool is going to do this season. There was a sign last season, it's just that we didn't pay too much attention or maybe the club wasn't ready to spend significant amount of money to buy new set of starters after selling most of their greatest players and some old players that couldn't renew their contract for another season.

Liverpool could be excluded from the competition for this season since their performance is inconsistent even though initially Liverpool was one of our favorites unfortunately until this week it did not meet expectations instead of competing in the standings, Liverpool actually dropped out of the race for a Champions League ticket. Aston Villa have been very good this season but I'm not sure they'll stay there for long time and we can see Manchester United continue to try to catch up including Chelsea doing the same thing.

Manchester United are enjoying their honeymoon with Carrick but the latest winnings don't cover a fact about their weak defense as well as many reasons in their squad. I don't know why the media and some Man United fans where eating the Man U management up for there decision to let Amorim go, I didn't see that potential alot of people saw in Amorim but with Carrick, although it's too early to judge but I can see something cooking up in that locker room. I agree with you that with this current performance, Carrick has made Man United better.

No doubt the team improved so far under his management, the past match tells a lot about Manchester United ability and how they were unable to win their opponents mainly home games, Michael Carrick is a good one definitely everyone is with the opinion concerning time stating facts why we should not trust the early process and I strongly disagree to that. Both Amorim and Carrick are two different people likewise their thought most especially winning, it’s clear Amorim left for better as seen the team can now confidently play any club not minding how strong the club might be, we’ll just hope they continue with same energy.

Actually I feel it is too soon for Manchester United supporters to call for a formal appointment of Carick as a manager, for a team we know how they go with trends, when they get new manager they do perform  like this, remember after Ten Hag exited and we had an acting coach, he did this well too and when the new coach who was recently sacked came in, we had all hopes high and confidence, so they should give it some more time

Liverpool have everything to win every match in the Premier League, the team only needs a coach who will control them and give them a better plan on how to win their games, which position did Liverpool need currently? Liverpool has good players, they are among then top four teams in the Premier League and that shows that the teams is capable of winning titles.

Arne slot can not coach Liverpool, he won the league fr the club last season but it was Klopp that made those things happen and Liverpool players are in good shape, there are many players in Liverpool that can win matches for the club and Arne slot did not wants to give them a chance to prove themselves, if a coach has favourite players to play every game that means he is not ready to win games, as a coach, you have to make every player feel important so that they can perform well any time they have a chance.

So we have noticed, he seemed to have changed so many things over night but sincerely, we have seen this happened previously with other managers, they come in and change things then we all feel that the club has arrived. I still remember back then during Ten Hang, I was one of the people that beloved in him to change the team. Manchester United were playing well as at that initial time and boom they were back to default settings. But again, I always believe people are different untill proven otherwise. I still believe that Carrick can be different and will do better. For me, I will be observing and still be giving him his flowers after each good performance with the team. I'm glad he knows there's still lots of work to be done and didn't allow the 3 wins so far to get to his head, I just love that part. He will keep on working and making sure the team improves by all standards.
