Arsenal will face a tough away game today. Brentford is one of the better teams in the Premier League. It wouldn't be a surprise if Arsenal dropped points today. I don't think Arsenal will lose, but a win won't be easy either. Brentford is a team that tries to play attacking football, and if Arsenal have practiced this, I wouldn't be surprised if they win comfortably on counter-attacks. If Brentford waits for Arsenal to attack, Arsenal might have a hard time. I expect a result other than a draw. My priority is a Brentford win.

Arsenal was definitely no going to find the match against Brentford easy, the evidence was clear, because this season Brentford are a very formidable force at home! They transit with speed and with purpose going forward, they just don’t seat back to absorb the pressure, they press and attack as well and any team that loves playing on a attack structure will definitely find that uncomfortable. The result shows it a 1;1 draw is good for Brentford but not so good for Arsenal cause that’s clearly another point dropped.

Manchester City knows exactly what they have to do and they absolutely have to win all the matches because Arsenal is what they will do in their next matches, but i can't say that the challenge won't be exciting, i think that the championship is a little more favored by Arsenal and for once i have to say that I'm happy for them.

There's definitely nothing favorable for Arsenal, the moment Arsenal allowed themselves to be only 4 points ahead of Manchester City while Manchester City recovered.

So Arsenal has already lost the title even before the league ends, even with that 4-point advantage.

One of the worst scenarios for Arsenal was having Manchester City in second place and recovered. This takes us back to the past where for two seasons the scenario was similar to this season and Manchester City were champions. For me, Manchester City will be champions.

Arsenal game yesterday nearly run out of luck the team really need to set up this is not time for jamboree, I only commend them for equalizing the goal and maintain not been defeated as the whole thing would have been, I never expected yesterday game turning out near loss for arsenal, that is the reason I always argue that football most time can't give expected result as luck may not runs in one part always, arsenal case is epitome of it and the management need to identify the course of this slack else the next may be a loss to them.

But Arsenal players only had 7 shots in the whole match. Only 2 of them were  on target. Brentford were not a very strong opponent either. Arsenal failed to win only because of their poor performance.
Manchester City is now 4 points  behind Arsenal. If Arsenal continues such erratic performance, this gap will decrease further in the future.

Arsenal took an early lead at Brentford, meaning the home team had to equalize after going a goal down in the second half, as neither team had scored in the first half. So, it could be said that Arsenal were unlucky when the home team equalized ten minutes later through Madueke, closing the gap on points with Manchester City in the current standings. As for their next match at Wolves, it seems unlikely that it will be difficult for Arsenal to win, as Wolves are not a slightly stronger team like Brentford.

Arsenal needed to win but Brentford played impressively and kept their defence strong. Arsenal world-class forwards were unable to capitalise on the ball in Brentford area. Arsenal managed just 7 shots in the whole match, only 2 of which were on target. Brentford were aggressive and kept their defence strong, so they were level in no time. I had predicted a draw based on Brentford's recent performances. I have won the bet.

The result of this match has given Manchester City a good chance of reaching a comfortable position as they are not far behind Arsenal and if they win their next match they will be close to level on points. Arsenal's form is gradually declining and Mikel Arteta may be able to find a solution as he will be able to find the best way to understand the players and motivate them.

Before this particular game, I was with the opinion that it's going to be a stern test  for arsenal because it's a derby game, and my predictions were right, because Brentford wasn't in the best of form before they played this game, even though they were also not in a terrible form, but because derby games always comes with surprises and the desire to win the bragging right, anything can happen, that's why I wasn't really surprised by the final outcome of the game.
As for the league title race, it's still very open, so if arsenal fails to be consistent during this defining moment of the season, they may lose the title race to Manchester City, just like in previous seasons.

That header and equalizer was the sixth goal for Lewis Potter this season.  The goal was beautiful but the set piece most beautiful.

Arsenal they say still remain favorites and that they still stay leading the league. There will ne no atom of excuse for Mikel Arteta if he doesn't win the Premier League, he will be sacked. The league is the most important treasure.

Yes,, I think Chelsea's draw in this match is quite embarrassing. Besides Leeds being a relatively weak team, this match was also held at Chelsea's home ground, which is what makes this draw so embarrassing for Chelsea. Therefore,, I don't know why this team is like this. They've done everything they can to make their team great. But the reality is that Chelsea can't maintain consistent performance,, and therefore I doubt they can break into the top four in the Premier League this season. Because we've clearly seen that Chelsea's performance has really declined. So, with that in mind,, I think Chelsea really needs to change their management, because I think the core of Chelsea's problems lies there.

yeah, Chelsea shouldn't have underestimated the team they were facing, Chelsea clearly let things go and all that happened was that in the end they conceded a goal and the others believed in it and took the game to another level, i definitely don't think they can play another draw like this.

Arsenal are slowly losing their lead on the premier league table. With just four points separating them from Manchester City, the race for the league title is still open. Looking at the next 5 fixtures for both teams, Manchester City have the best chance of winning all five games.

What? Brentford is not a strong team? Like seriously? Hey! Brentford are on form right now, you can check their recent performance both home and away. Arsenal is still leading the table with at least four points and they still stand a chance to win the league this season. They're human too and can make mistakes, they can't possibly win every match as we wanted them to do. Whether Arsenal win the league this season or not, we should acknowledge their efforts at least. Arsenal is the only team giving the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool competition in the Premier League at the moment because other teams like Chelsea and Manchester United are bullshit.

Bad days are about to begin for Arsenal because Manchester City are in good form. Brentford are a good team, currently seventh behind the top teams, but Arsenal absolutely needed to win after all, they are a team aiming for the top. This match was a real advantage for Manchester City. Arsenal will be under a lot of stress because of this loss of points and may make more mistakes in the coming weeks.

I was actually looking forward to Arsenal winning this match and thought as much they were going to put in all their efforts to see they don’t miss matches like this but I was not paying much attention to the performance pulled through by the Brentford guys too lately and never thought they could easily match Arsenal with same energy to the finish considering how hot and determined Arsenal has become to win this season’s league title. Arsenal next game will be against Wolves and the last 5 games both teams met, Arsenal was always beating them with a goal deference throughout. Whether the same thing is going to happen now again is something I have no idea about yet but what I know for sure is, Arsenal doesn’t need to start drawing matches or losing any game henceforth so they can go for the title this season.

Most people certainly didn't expect Arsenal to draw against Brentford. But considering Brentford's previous matches, beating Aston Villa and Newcastle, it's understandable that they would draw against Arsenal. I also didn't expect Arsenal to draw against Brentford, as Arsenal's squad is certainly superior, but this is football, always full of surprises.

Arsenal should have won against Wolves, as they are ranked significantly different from Arsenal, and Arsenal has won their last two matches. However, we need to be cautious when betting, as the Wolves coach will undoubtedly develop a sound strategy. Arsenal's past matches against Brentford will undoubtedly identify Arsenal's weaknesses. In my opinion, Arsenal needs to keep winning, as the points gap isn't too great with Man City, and it's certainly possible that Man City will have more points than Arsenal at the end of the season. However, I'd probably favor Arsenal when betting, as favoring Wolves is a high-risk bet.

Although fans complain that Arsenal is basing most of their goals on dead ball plays instead of beautiful football that Mikel Arteta promised, this is in fact very good way of remaining in title run in 2026. Today, dead ball plays make up 38 percent of goals scored by Arsenal, with their recent draw with Brentford receiving bad talk because of lack of new ideas but winning is more mostly than being liked in tight fight with Liverpool and Manchester City. Similar to successful but boring Jose Mourinho-led Chelsea teams, Arsenal is focusing on results to point that they may miss their expected goals, at times like in their 0.84 season low against Brentford. In the end, if this win at all cost spirit ever brings them Premiership trophy after 22 years they will be remembered in history for what they managed to do but not always how they did it.

I like to believe that when somethings has happened to you over and over again that you want to learn your lesson and ensure that you fight with all you have in ensuring that the possibility of such reoccurring is almost as good as zero. Arsenal are as it stands the favorite to winning the league except that there past record is suggesting something different. dropping point at a time that one should be gathering point is not something that gives this champion team kind of personality. Bretford had one duty and they did it really well and if not that they were unable to effectively convert their late chances, the gap between arsenal and Manchester city would have been too small.

It is very difficult to predict this because Arsenal's problem has always been the same, namely their inability to maintain consistency, so towards the end of the season they fail to hold the top position, and this seems to be starting to show now. We can see in the last few matches that Arsenal has been very inconsistent and has dropped a lot of points. On the other hand, their competitor Man City has also experienced the same problem this season, so that is the dilemma in predicting it. And I think because of that, it also increases Arsenal's chances of winning the title this season, despite having those issues.

Hahaha I understand, but I'm still optimistic that Arsenal can win the title this season no matter what the scenario, I know 4 points is not a safe position it's just that I don't want to see last season's mistakes repeated. In the remaining 12 matches, of course, there are still many scenarios that can occur and from all the schedules i can see Arsenal only have 3-4 tough games ahead so, by any means they must be able to get through the match without losing. On the other hand when we think Arsenal can slip up then the same thing can happen to Manchester City right? let's wait and see how this drama ends.

It is to be expected that this will happen to Arsenal, if the difference in points is getting thinner, then it is only a matter of waiting for the right time for Manchester City to take over the top of the standings. Arsenal's problem is always like this every time towards the end of the season. It's a shame if that really happened and Arsenal failed to win the EPL trophy, Brentford this season has indeed become a team that is difficult to guess so that Arsenal players after the match was over looked very disappointed with the draw.

I wouldn't have said it, but Manchester City, with their consistency, have managed to get close to the hated Arsenal.

Not likely. Arsenal’s fixtures are more harder than Manchester City’s, plus they also have to play City at the Etihad.  That’s 3 points lost already. Arsenal also has Tottenham at home. Tottenham may be shit but they play their best when they are up against Arsenal. Chelsea are also not easy opponents, they are on a good run and may possibly take a point from that game.

Liverpool made a total of 22 shots in this match. But only 3 shots were on target. Liverpool's attacking players are not able to perform as well as expected. As a result, Liverpool won only 1-0. And today Liverpool was saved by defender Van Dijk. This also proves that Liverpool's midfield and attack have become quite weak.

Arsenal will bottle this league again, they lack to play under pressure, 4 points ahead of Manchester City is not enough to win the league, they have been doing same thing for the past seasons and they haven't make any changes.

They have more tough opponents than Manchester City, and Manchester city has experience in play under pressure, they can manage it, they might not lose any matches again this season,but Arsenal will still draw more games and lose too, Arsenal will only fight for the top four and not the league again.

It's true as you said that Arsenal can't afford to lose any more points because the gap between them and other teams isn't that great. So there's still a chance for teams like Man United to compete for the title considering they're currently quite aggressive in their matches, which has resulted in their victories.

Manchester City is definitely a team that can create problems for Arsenal because the squad is really strong and like every year they improve it by buying excellent players who can always do very well, this year i have to say that they can be the only ones who can stop the Gunners' army
