I just hope this won't be another rounds of temporary performance like Amorim who started with some momentum but ended with inconsistency and the replacement of him with Carrick. One goal, but 3 solid points made making them 4th in the position of the league table.

Everton certainly played a really bad game, but you have to recognize the performances of Manchester United who are gradually returning to their working group.
He's maintaining a certain consistency in the games and it has to be said that Carrick is doing a good job and also thanks to the cooperation of the players, because it's not just the work of the coach.
They only scored 1 goal but that's enough for the score to take home, bare minimum maximum goal.

Firstly I will join in appreciating the fine performance of Carrick so far, it has been such a brilliant ride at Manchester United since he arrived the team, but that trust for me has not be built solidly, I still have some forms of doubt that it is possible this will not be sustainable enough because I am yet to see that capacity and stability with the performance I see from Carrick and his boys but in the fixture against Everton was a narrow win for Manchester United and so it was Clear Everton did well to have held that game to that scoreline, they were not so bad with their performance actually but if they had done better, Manchester United would have shared points with them.

For now it's five points gap that separate them from Manchester City, but if Manchester City won their game at hand, it's going to reduce to just two points.
As it stands now, it's only arsenal and wolves that have played 28 games each, while the rest of other English premier League teams has only played 27 games, so with the harbit of arsenal always throwing away the league title when they are in a position they would have won if they were more consistent, I wouldn't be that too surprised if they also bottles this one because the signs are there that they might do the same this season.

Every team will definitely drop points and form at a point in the season, so I don't see why most people believe that Arsenal will bottle the league because they played a draw against Wolves. I believe a lot of people will be disappointed at the end of the season, because I strongly believe that Arsenal will win the Premier League this season. I understand that they have lost the league in previous seasons, but I think this is different,  because Arsenal has a better squad and are more consistent right now. I know most people still believe that Manchester City will overtake them, but I don't see that happening,  because I am very confident that Manchester City and Arsenal will still drop points before the end of the season and the most consistent team will win the league,  which in my opinion that team is Arsenal.

Does Man United need a new coach right now? They are in good form with a series of wins. Carrick is inexperienced but his impact is very noticeable. In six EPL matches under Carrick, Man United has not lost. It seems Carrick is able to boost the players' mentality so that they show improved performance. Currently, Man United is in the UCL zone, with a chance to overtake Aston Villa since they are only 3 points behind. They will play on March 15. So they have the potential to rise to 3rd place.

Manchester United doesn't need a new coach. What they shall do just to extend Carrick's contract, and never appoint him as a permanent manager. He has been the anti dote for Amorim's toxicity since he came to the squad. So why do they need to replace him with someone else?
It makes no sense to replace him when bring back MU to mastered the art of winning the game on the pitch. He's also rarely gave controvercial statment during post interview. So i see no reason to change him. He's fit club's hierarchy well.

Every team works hard to be the best, but what happens is that there are many predictions or support for the team they are superior to based on the points they get, but everything is not certain, but looking at the latest League statistics and what is happening, Arsenal has a big chance to become champions even though it is still overshadowed by Manchester City, which must still be watched out for.

After winning at least two matches i was expecting a loss surprisingly they have managed to maintain a good performance. Micheal carrick might not really have all the experience but he's definitely making a tremendous impact in the club.

6 games unbeaten isn't anyone can do on their first appearance for the job, they have done well to retain the 4th place in the Premier league but the job isn't done yet. I want to see the team complete the job and stand firm at the top. I also don't want to see this as an incomplete job for not doing what's well deserved, they are now at the top only for you to see the team struggle the next day looking for how to even finish at the top 7 to qualify for Europa.

The current state of Premier league, all I can say now is that the team are not looking good and are not ready. Even Aston Villa can be overtake from the way things are looking now for them. If they can strive hard and win more matches since they are not even participating in other leagues like the rest of the 3, just 1 match alone is enough to change the narrative of the table and Manchester will have the 3rd place to be smiling at the table.

Manchester United would have gotten a steady win record if not for the unnecessary pressure that was actually installed on the team prior to the challenge of a social media fan being able to cut his hair after the win of five games, it made that match so important and tense up that they practically failed to maneuver a win and the opposite team also defended well so that it won't happen.

The challenge has nothing to do with the result of WHU - Manchester United match, they can't get full points because they can't, that's all, there's no pressure from social media or anything. Not all young coaches have good starts for their management career especially if they begin with big clubs where there is often bigger pressure on young coaches. Carrick with his early matches for Manchester United so far has shown his good management quality and gained enough good results. He actually lights up a lot of hope in Manchester United but the season still has many matches so that there are both opportunity and risk for Carrick and Manchester United. It's important to try performing as best as possible especially with enough challenge and pressure from Chelsea and Liverpool.

On my previous comment on this same topic on another thread, I made mention of Aston villa no long being qualified to remain in the 3rd position in the Premier league table, and I believe it won't be too hard for most of us to believe that sooner than later, Aston villa will likely lost that 3rd position to Manchester united but this is if Manchester united keep their performance as good or even better than it currently is.

It only takes one more defeat or draw from Aston Villa, and they will lose that position. So in the next two games, Aston Villa will try hard to get three points, but they may be tripped up by Chelsea. So the possibility that Manchester United could get third place is quite high, especially since they have a chance to win the next two games, they will definitely be able to get the third position if everything goes perfectly.

There is no reason for Man United to change managers, at least for now. I see Carrick has done an extraordinary job since being appointed as manager to replace Amorim, I think extending his contract could be the right move. He has brought stability and managed to increase the confidence of the players, he has proven his ability to handle Man United with positive results, as long as he continues to do a good job, the management should give him full support and trust to continue managing the team.
Carrick positive personality has transformed the image of Man United, who have consistently failed to improve their performance under previous managers. Not only is he able to unite the players on and off the pitch, but his actions, rarely making controversial statements, have made him a coach who fits well within the club's hierarchy.

And this is where a lot of people are getting a lot of things wrong. We don't expect a club to continue having a straight win till the end of the season, but we expect them to actually do better, and in the case of Arsenal, at some point they were not stable almost all their games were ending in a draw, and with the position they are in now, even pressure will be coming from the management because they also want the club to win the Premier League, and I feel like the expectations of people are too high, and they forget this is football anything can happen and change at the same time.

And Manchester City is around the corner, observing Arsenal, waiting for the golden opportunity, because if Arsenal continues to drop points, then they will give us more advantage to close the gap between them and us. Players are not the problem of arsenal they have one of the most stable players currently, but for them to win, how they make use of those players matters a lot. the usage matters.

Carrick is so talented and he is trying his best despite some people don't have confidence on his performance because they believe he is inexperience that is why they don't have confidence in him. I don't know for others but as for me i am okay with him if he is bringing the result we expected. So far since his arrival Manchester United have found a long-term missing smile on the faces of their fans, because they have started seeing Manchester United winning and promoting gradually unlike before that they are struggling to even move away from relegation zone.

Manchester United our currently in the fourth place on the table and they are just two points away from the third place, aston Villa who are currently on the third place, they are not performing as before and this alone will give Manchester United opportunity to move to third place if they continue with their beautiful performance.

Michael Carrick is one of the best managers for Manchester United. He surpassed the former coach base on his current stats. With Carrick in charge of the team, the Red Devils have been able to win games without fear and very importantly, they've been really consistent with magnificent performances. This are the features the fans loved to see about the club, how they're able to hang in there and win games comfortably.

Carrick football is taking the Red Devils somewhere, definitely the very best results so far from Manchester United. They can maintain this performance as time goes on. A tremendous performance is what got them going till this moment, always hanging out for brilliant stats.

With all the positive results Man United have been getting lately, I totally agree with your opinion. And maybe the MU management is also really thinking twice about bringing in a new manager, especially if it could end up making the team’s performance drop again. For now, it seems like the players are more comfortable with the interim coach compared to the permanent one. In my opinion, Carrick really understands what the squad needs, and that’s why he’s been able to slowly improve their performance in every match.

I think I understand the direction you're tilting towards but it is also important to also understand that sometimes these calculations may not go the direction you are anticipating, in as much as it seems Arsenal are not on a safe place at the moment based on their recent performance which saw them lost some valuable points, I still believe there is hope for the gunners because those teams that are contending alongside Arsenal, and would also drop some points along the way.

It is bound to happen, but they certainly cannot hope that misfortune will also happen to their competitors. Arsenal certainly has a chance; those who are competing now and what is needed to achieve it is not just poor results from their competitors, but rather an improvement in their own performance to continue earning winning points. Man City is still not at its best form, which is an advantage for Arsenal, but they cannot rely on that situation.
