Yup, and Man City will host Arsenal in April at home, where they tend to be very strong and they will probably be the favourite, meaning the current 7 points gap could shrink to just one point even if Arsenal does well in all their remaining games.
So it's far too soon for Arsenal fans to be popping champagne in celebration.

Michael Carrick experienced his first loss with Man United. Newcastle was crippled down to 10 men throughout the whole 2nd half, but they still managed to grab 3 points thanks to the 90th-minute winner. Seriously? How on earth is this a penalty? How can this even be put up for arguments, the defender was stupid enough not to realise that he wasn't supposed to foul him simply because his the last man and by the rules, that's a straight red card. It kind of seems like the best way to win or get points when playing against Man United is to have a red card, because they struggle to break teams down. I think Carrick needs to find a way to break down teams that decide to play lowblock tactics, because he struggles a lot against teams that use that strategy. The match against Everton was one example and now Newcastle as well. He needs to work on a strategy to address those issues, or else other teams will use it against him in the coming matches.

This isn't how many of us picture Spurs and they have a promising team that can compete for the title, yet they find themselves in a difficult position...I just wish for the injured and suspended players to come back to help the team if not it will be bad for them.

In this case, Arsenal team is winning consistently, Arsenal team has corrected itself so Arsenal team is performing the best this season. Manchester City team has failed to make an impact, not only Manchester City team but Manchester United team is below by a margin. However, the team that continues to win consistently will be the only one who will be able to prepare themselves properly this season, in that case Arsenal team is the best and is quite suitable to make an impact.

Yeah, is now that Arsenal are given allot of signs that they really want to win the league this season, and that’s why the team is given themselves a moral that they can do it and make it happen after a severals years that have passed without a single cup for them they want to make this season a reality so that their aim will be achieved. Not a dump thing but the movement from Sarr wasn't carefully read by the Dutch defender. It is a clear red card and the referee made the best call for this moment. Only people who did not see the moment and the game will open wide mouths to criticise the decision made. That red card seems to have cancelled and spoiled all of their plans for the game. We all saw fans of Tottenham leaving during the first half as they could not bare whatever heat meant to happen. There is no way they are not escaping relegation. They must be relegated.

But in today's Crystal Palace vs. Tottenham match, I predicted this would happen because Tottenham's current performance is different. Tottenham has now won seven times this season, and I think there's still a chance for Tottenham to bounce back. It's impossible for Tottenham Hotspur and even they win UEFA Champions League, they can still be relegated in Premier League. It's different than the last season when Tottenham Hotspur played bad in Premier League but did not have too low position like now and did not have risk of relegation. Getting relegated would be an even greater woe on the club compared to losing in Europe. The champions league is highly competitive and in fact Tottenham are not among the best teams to win the championship this season. Surprising events can always happen in football, and it would be dangerous to count on it. The first step should be to stabilize their league formation, reap desirable points, and make sure that they remain comfortably in the premier leagues. Even when they can muster a good performance in the Champions league on top of that, then it would just be an added advantage to the club.

Tottenham have suffered a terrible decline in the premier league. They have lost  consecutively in their last 5 matches. They are in  16th place in the points table. They are only 1 point ahead of west ham, who are in the relegation zone. They have a chance of falling  into the relegation zone. They have not won in their last 11 matches in the premier league.

Tottenham won the away match against crystal palace. But they performed badly again in today's home match. Although tottenham scored the first goal of the match, they fell behind 3-1  in the first half. Crystal palace played a bit defensively in the  second half and secured the victory in the match.

It's funny indeed when other teams are happy when their opponents get a red card and then can take advantage of the moment to win the match by trying to put pressure on the opponent but Man United can't do it and it happens not only once, Carrick really needs to have smart tactics to be able to find open gaps and like this can usually be done when the opponent is off guard, don't let Man United lose focus, he was previously able to beat Crystal Palace when the opponent got a red card so Man United should be able to do the same thing whoever their opponent is.

I think with this, it is possible that in the upcoming matches the teams that will be Manchester United's opponents will use the same strategy to win. So with this, I think this is really not a trivial problem, because currently everyone knows what the weaknesses of Manchester United under Carrick's tutelage are and it really needs to be fixed. Because if not, Manchester United will definitely be in trouble in the upcoming matches, because even the weakest team in the Premier League could hold Manchester United to a draw or even win.

Because if Carrick can't create a good strategy to be able to break down the opponent's tight defense, I think that is clearly a very dangerous thing. But as humans, there must be shortcomings and maybe that is Carrick's weakness as the new coach at Manchester United. And now we can only hope that Manchester United can perform well in the upcoming matches.

Okay, I think we premier fans needs to have a serious talk about Tottenham, these guys are slipping down to the relegation zone further. They are just 1 point above relegation zone and any random team that faces them always collect points from Tottenham. I don't understand what is going on with that club. Imagine winning Europa League last year and relegating this season. They have the players who can compete for the premier league title. The two Coaches that they brought aren't doing anything different. Clearly penalty and direct red card not debate, check the position from Micky van de Ven is last players and the referee have giving right decision. I think fatal mistake from Tottenham Hotspur's defense player make fault with possibility goal around 50% and goal keeper too close at that position to stop Crystal Palace players. are you sure if Man City will be able to win the rest of their matches until they meet with Arsenal to still maintain this 7 points gap that’s currently existing between them. If Manchester City should win their next match which is against West Ham which the chances are high, then they should be able to close a three points gap remaining 4 points out of 7 leaving them with same game played cos right now Arsenal has played more games than them. A win against West Ham is possible but that of Crystal Palace is not guaranteed since they could not simply win against the Forest guys in their last encounter.

If we are going by the rules of football, fouling a player that is goal bound is a straight red card offence, their is nothing to dispute about that.
Wether it's unintentional or not, it's a red card offense if he is the last man, and van de ven  was very deserving of the red card since he is not smart enough to know that allowing crystal palace to equalize 1-1 is a lot better than committing a penalty and still going a man down when their is a lot of time left to play.

I don't just know the problem of Tottenham Hotspur because they have a very good team, but no coach has comes into the club and find the right balance so far, and if they are not careful enough, they might even get relegated which will be a very huge blow to the finances of the club going forward.

In this match, Tottenham stopped the team completely, after one player got a red card, the whole team could have been reduced to one. However, it was not a serious foul, basically in this match the referee made a wrong decision for a while and lost the whole team. In this match, there was a tough competition between the two teams, the Crystal team had opportunities and they were able to score three goals in a moment. In this match, everything I had planned went the opposite way, and I had bet on Tottenham winning but it all failed. I find this red card very mysterious to me.
