I think his statement is more like a psychological message than a realistic analysis of the standings. Managers of this level almost never admit that the title race is over. Guardiola is probably trying to keep the dressing room motivated after a difficult week, particularly after that intense (and bad) match against Real Madrid in the Champions League.

But we can all see the situation has clearly become much more complicated for them. After the draw against West Ham United, while Arsenal secured a victory, the gap widened to 9 points. With 7 games remaining for Arsenal and 8 for City, they probably need to win almost all of their remaining matches and also hope that Arsenal drop points along the way. Very very difficult to happen.

Looking at the updates now on my phone I see that all the premier league games today are yet to get a goal even as a good number of them has started already and has gotten past the first half, looking like such a coincidence but I have just been wondering why exactly it has happened that way, meanwhile my attention is most focused on Manchester United Aston Villa as that game is important to both teams so I want to see what will be of them in the end.

Manchester United created more goal chances than Villa the home side, they weren't just lucky to break the deadlock in the first 45 minutes. I hope that they can get a goal in the second half and win the game.

However, they shouldn't underestimate Aston Villa because they are capable of winning the game if United fail to utilize their goal opportunities.

Arsenal now have all the chances to win this league title and i think that they should start celebrating it now and it's also a well deserved title for the Gunners. Man city became the unlucky side yesterday after several shot on goal they only got 1 goals while west Ham only had one shot on goal and it became fruitful for them though we have seen these things happen several times in football, Arsenal will only need to win few matches now to be crown the champions am so happy for them for their long awaiting English premier league title.

I just hope the number of points they have realized will boost their confidence to win easily in the remaining games. It has been a long time since Arsenal has been struggling for the Premier League championship, and I think this time the opportunity to win it is much easier to grasp compared to other seasons, where the point difference to other challengers was just two or three. But this time, the gap is very wide, and it would be very disappointing if they are unable to achieve it this season.

Arsenal are now 9 points ahead, while Man City still has a chance to reduce that number to 6 points because they still have 1 match more in the quota. After Man City failed to win against West Ham, Arsenal chances of winning the EPL trophy this season are very big, Arsenal only need 6 more wins to secure their position at the top of the standings.
Arsenal must not waste this opportunity to end their long wait for a trophy. This season is the time. Arteta must be able to make this long wait come true to bring happiness to the management and all the fans. Sesko has become a power sub for Manchester United and I hope Carrick realise that after this match, we get unlucky when he starts but whenever he comes in during the second half he's mostly scored. The league is over at least in theory. It would require a substantial shock and miracle for Arsenal to lose from here, and I have said that Arsenal looks different this season than before so I think it makes sense for them to finally win. They do not need to do anything else at Leverkusen or any other UCL they may have, they can lose that one because if they end up winning the premier league which they look like they are about to win, they will be the best this year.

City looks like they are not going to win neither anyways, so it is not really that crazy at all to think about the possibility that Arsenal would be the best English team to do the best this season. It's unbelievable that I see Manchester United in 3rd place in the Premier League. Manchester City are a strong team. The players are also talented. It is natural that they will continue to try to qualify for the quarter-finals. They will not be disappointed. Guardiola is now trying  to boost the confidence of the players. And I think guardiola gave this statement to boost the confidence of the players.

But Madrid is a very experienced team. After leading  by 3 goals, it is certain that they will qualify for the quarter-finals. Guardiola will try to  win. And maybe they will win. But it is much more difficult  to beat a team like Madrid with a big margin of 3 goals.

Manchester United management say that they want Manchester United next manager to be an experienced and good manager where as they have hired a lot of experienced and good managers since Sir Alex Ferguson retired from football, and no manager was able to perform as expected. But after Michael Carrick took over from Ruben Amorim, Michael Carrick has changed Manchester United winning mentality and he has also shown he's capable of leading Manchester United to success. In my opinion, since Michael Carrick has shown a positive change in his short term at Manchester United, I think Manchester United should trust him and hand him a long term deal. But if Manchester United management wants to replace Michael Carrick with another manager, they might be walking into a trap that will make Manchester United struggle next season.

United won against Aston Villa at Old Trafford today. And again, United seems struggle against teams with low block defense. Aston Villa appeared to be waiting and relying on counterattacks. It was a bit difficult to lure the Aston Villa front line out when United tried to build up play.

However, it was good today to see Amad back in the starting lineup and Sesko on the bench. Not because Sesko is bad, but because Amad, Mbeumo, Bruno, and Cunha are more in tune with each other. They are good at keeping the ball and have the pace to drain the opponent’s energy. At that moment, Sesko, even with less agility, can fit in well. After 60 minutes of boring soccer, suddenly there is good action at Old Trafford, where Manchester United is doing an impressive job and registering a big win against Aston Villa, which is now on a 3-match losing streak in the Premier League.

I have always noticed Sesko significant contributions in the attack whenever, he steps his feet on the pitch. The moment, I saw him coming into the field, I told my younger that Sesko will score the third goal for United and he did. I think that I will start betting on Sesko to score.

Logically, it's true it's impossible for City to catch up Arsenal in the title race. However, Pep is the right about the battle is still begin until the last game of EPL. He's not totally wrong as there are still 6 points gap only if City win the unplayed game. So the chance is there.
Yet, it sounds magical to hope Arsenal to drop 6 points from two games with only 7 games remaining atm. So it's likely Arsenal is winning their EPL after more than two decades.

Michael Carrick will be retain as Man united permanent coach because i believe that Man united has seen what they are looking for where Micheal Carrick is since he took over from Ruben Amorim the club performance and mentality has changed and the good news there is that Micheal Carrick will take Man united to the uefa champions league ones again. Michael Carrick has won the top 3 club in the table, he defeated Arsenal, Man city and today he won Aston villa 3-1 so what experience do Man united management need again Michael Carrick has brought back Man united again to what the club use to be in the days of Sir Alex Ferguson.

It was an amazing result from Manchester united, when I was watching the first half I almost concluded Manchester united won't be able to defeat Aston Villa in the game because Aston villa was so much on them ( too pressure) but after some minutes to end of first half, Manchester united players starting performing well but at some point I could not continue watching the game and only for me to check the full time result now and I saw 3:1, it is indeed a commendable one for Michael Carrick.
