City totally dominated the game against West Ham, but ended 1-1 with the only shot at target for West Ham ending as a goal. Liverpool can't win versus Tottenham, this is laughable. United winning against Aston Villa 3-1 once again proves that United is on the right track with Michael Carrick as a manager.

Honestly I never expected that Manchester United could lose their match against Newcastle previously, and now that the heart the second opportunity to beat Aston Villa, the gather every momentum and effort to make the recovery and put a huge margin to what is between them, do they are impressive to an extent because the play aggressively just to be able to retain back their stand, however, things like this of turn up on because we cannot predict what's an outcome may be if a performing team like Manchester United is playing with other strong teams.

Consistency has been one of the greatest fears many has always taught about with Manchester united, we applaud and see the beautiful performance they have had recently and they have even shown that slight temporary consistency but how well will they be able to sustain this is one be concern and challenge of many s it regards this current state of Manchester United, the season will end in the 8 or 9 games and we hope to see them maintain this consistency through and at least secure the champions league spot for next season.

What do you expect him to say? There are still 8 weeks left in the season, should he admit that they can't become champions? As long as they have a mathematical chance, they are still in the race. They still have a match to play against each other. If we assume they win that one, the gap could be just a single game. So it's far too early to say everything is over. I think Arsenal will become champions this time, but expecting Pep to wave the white flag at this point would be ridiculous.

I think Pep still has hope on chasing the Premier League title this season. Although, this should be the thought of any manager that has quality players at hand. For me the title race is not over until the both sides meet at the Etihad, if City can beat Arsenal at home, then their chances of winning the title is still intact.

Honestly, I don't know the problem of City, how can a team battling for the Premier League title with a solid team like Arsenal be dropping points against weaker opponents, they have dropped 4 points in two games now. If City had won their last 2 games, I don't think anyone would be confident in saying the title race is over.

City should better come back to winning way, because they have tough fixtures ahead of them in the upcoming weeks. If they fail to beat Real Madrid, then the Champions League is over, if they loose the EFL cup to Arsenal and loose to Arsenal in the Premier League, then the title race is over and they are going back without any major trophy this season.

Indeed, this is the only premier league season from the past ones I've seen that Arsenal from time to time maintained a bit of consistency and look the good result that have achieved from this.. I always say that Arsenal would have won this league title a couple of times in the recent past if only they played with a bit of consistency like they played this season..

But anyway, there are eight games remaining just as you have said, I am a type of person that hates to conclude a thing too early and this is because I understand how tricky time can be at times, Arsenal must not relent and slack in giving their best In all the remaining games because losing 3 games in a row is still very possible, while for Manchester city, winning three games in a row is also very possible and if something like this should happen, then it will go down in history that Arsenal is the most unluckiest club ever, I do not want such title for my favorite football club, so they must continue winning regardless of how many games is left before they finally lay hands on the title.

If Manchester United was at home against Chelsea, I would have go with Manchester United to beat Chelsea but since Manchester United is visiting Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, I would go with Chelsea to  win or draw. Manchester United won Chelsea and Liverpool in their first leg this season in the Premier League, so there's no big deal if Manchester United fail to win against Chelsea and Liverpool in the second leg.

Yes they can be consistent, what else could make them inconsistent?, clubs have troubles if they have some other clubs they can only win by a chance to have fear of consistency but Manchester United have a bright future matches so actually there consistency can change sometimes but they would peak again just like crystal Palace won them and they win the second club after them. Slapper is right that they're tired atleast you can see for yourself that they've not been consistent since they started to play twice in some weeks. The league was stil fresh when they were consistent but you can see that they don't have the depth to keep up, that's what separate a big club from from teams that are trying to get there. Unai Emery is trying his best and if given more years to manage Aston Villa, there a possibility that they'll be very strong enough to compete in the top 4 effortlessly.

I'm pretty sure that if they play at home they will look stronger because they appear more confident, but for away games, Man united still has a chance to fall, especially if the opposing team uses a tight defensive strategy, it can make it difficult for them, but so far their performance has been very good and I think that Man united can maintain this positive record especially when their opponents in the upcoming matches are Bournemouth and Leeds, they are still able to collect 6 points from those matches and strengthen their position in the top 3.

These club's owners have just one duty, sign a prominent manager that will foresee the roadmap of the club and making ends meet to see how the club grown. This is going to be an outstanding team if not one already. Michael Carrick came and change the club's mentality and pattern in just how many months as interim manager? He did what Ruben Amorim couldn't do for the club.

Yeah, Arsenal did began this season very well but not better than Liverpool began the season, we all who have been following this Premier league season from the very beginning will know that Liverpool was the club that first maintained a consistent winning and were at the top of the league for several weeks before they finally slacked and began to fall off until the finally fell.
I think if I am not mistaken, Arsenal began this season in either the fifth or fourth place and since then, they climbed to the top where they have maintained the position until now..

After a very long wait, Arsenal are finally getting closer to becoming PL champions. Their successful run so far is due to the patience of everyone at Arsenal, who didn't replace Arteta & still believed in him. They are indeed getting closer to the title, but they must also remember that the league isn't over yet, anything can happen in the final matchdays.

With Arsenal's current condition, I think it will be interesting to look forward to matchday #33 where Arsenal will play away against Manchester City, a fateful match for Arsenal.
