After Manchester United only managed to finish 15th in the Premier League last season,, it seems like that won't happen again this season. The so-called Red Devils have temporarily reached third place in the Premier League. In my opinion, this represents a significant change for Manchester United. I haven't really paid much attention to what Manchester United has done this season, but the point is,, it all happened after Manchester United changed their manager.

So, basically,, Manchester United have found a solution to their poor performance so far, and I think they just need to strengthen their defense and sharpen their attack. If Manchester United can maintain their current consistent performance, I'm sure they can be a great team again next season and could even challenge for the Premier League title. So,, what do you all think about this?

The UEFEA Champions League should be ready for Manchester United. This is the Red Devils and winning games have become a routine for them this season probably under Michael Carrick where wonders do happen. There's more to accomplish for the manager who's very optimistic about the club.

I think Manchester United fans should just concentrate on qualifying for the Champions League and forget all this talk of what they will do in the Champions League next season. No doubt they have been impressive since Michael Carrick took over as the interim coach,  but they should not forget that they are only concentrating in one competition,  where they play only in match in like 2 weeks, so it's going to be different next season where they will be playing in four different competitions, so they should just focus on qualifying right now and stop making noise about next season.

I think it’s a temporary solution cause the board is not yet sure if they'll give Michael Carrick a permanent contract or not, things might change again if they choose a manager that can't continue with what Carrick is doing. I feel Amorim should be appreciated cause he helped flushed the bad eggs and contribute to the signing of players that has helped Carrick to achieve the current success in his tenure as an interim manager, if Manchester United didn't have quality players, Carrick would've find it difficult to manage the club.

In the European Competitions that all EPL teams played this week and even before now, the club that annoys me the most and are always playing badly is Crystal Palace, the worse team in that competition always gives them a hard time, before January I saw them as a better side to win the title but with the recent sluggishness I really want them to be knocked out. In the Conference League last night AEK Larnaca was with a red card but Palace still choose to be Palace in the EPL, honestly these guys don't know how to dominate the games they play and I seriously want to see how they'll handle the EPL game only issue is that they'll rest for long before coming back since City's final is on Sunday against Arsenal.

I'm favoring MU to win, but i don't think it will be an easy game. I guess Iraola will get enough motivation to do everything to ensure his team can take three points from MU. He may be doing it to build a good impression to attract the job opening for him. Beside that Kroupy may be also getting enough motivation to perform well.
Bournemouth is also a team that never lose against MU since Carrick took the job. However, Bournemouth was only scoring one from the last 4 games. So, it's fine MU to win. It's getting better with MU has everyone ready for this. So we can guess they can secure three points with narrow score.

It will be really difficult to predict between the two teams of Arsenal and Sporting, although Arsenal is currently at the top of the EPL point table and they are in good form. Although Arsenal has a high chance of winning, Sporting's style of play is very different, especially the way their coach is leading them, they are successful, and Sporting is also quite strong. However, I think that any team from the Premier League can qualify for the semi-finals of the Champions League if they play well.

PSG has fallen a lot in this period, so it's not like a year ago when it seemed practically unbeatable.
So Liverpool have some chances in my opinion, now I don't know how the bookmakers price him, but I think this way. Maybe I'm wrong, I know, don't whip me.

Your right, majority will predict arsenal to win but that's far from what it is because at the point, in the reality sporting CP would be difficult to defeat. Experience may come to play in the Champions League if Carrick eventually makes it there. Carrick is new to the Champions league as  a coach and that will surely affect his confidence against big teams. Manchester United will do well in the Champions League but they may not be able to win it. Manchester United need to try in their remaining Premier League fixtures to ensure that the finished up for if they really want to go to the Champions League next season, because if they begin to feel too relaxed that they have made qualification already it will not be long before the end of the season for them to get to discover that it is a Premier League and it can humble anyone.

Bournemouth are absolute crap this season (although it's unclear why - they have only 7 defeats but 14 draws, maybe they are good but missed out on points in some games by drawing them?) so any result for United other than 3 points will be a failure.
As for next season's Champions League (which United are 95% likely to qualify for), I'd say the group stage isn't a problem at all, and then everything depends on the draw. For example, if you imagine Arsenal's path to the final this year, they're within reach of any average team.

Your statement seems to be true. As the defending champions they naturally need to maintain balance in every match. This will be reflected in all other teams and other teams will take PSG into account in any competition due to their current status as the defending champions.

Crystal Palace looked like a pretty good team at the start of the season. In fact, I thought they played an incredible style of soccer. Still, a classic problem with teams like Crystal Palace is that they rarely manage to maintain good form over the long term. this often happens with teams like Palace. last season they were outstanding, and this season they could be terrible. So, don’t get your hopes up too high for a team like Crystal Palace. But I think this team actually has potential. They just need better squad depth.

I think there is nothing surprising about this because Bournemouth are in good form and they play very well at home. They rarely lose and have many draws, so I think the bookmakers are basing it on the fact that it will be difficult for Manchester United to beat Bournemouth at home. I also noticed that Bournemouth played their last two matches 0-0, so I am almost sure that there will be goals in this match.

That's the problem. They looked pretty solid, dismantling the likes of Liverpool and City like those clubs where teams in the lower division made me respect them and hold them high but I guess when you sell your key men, it has a psychological effect and that's what Crystal Palace are experiencing but still I felt they dropped too sharply from the high line I placed them. Look at the game against AEK Larnaca, even with a man down, the Cyprus based club still threatened their fragile hold so bad that they (Crystal Palace) where hoping the game would enter extra time. It was so disappointing.

Funny thing I've observed about clubs who struggle like this is that they end up winning the title because no one will expect them to, because for most of the time, they will be underestimated but still.

A three to nil outcome is what I want to see at the end of the game. Manchester United should put Bournemouth in there place. Yes, they have seen themselves on some four games unbeaten run so far but a win from Manchester United resets that up completely. Another prediction on my mind should be a 2-2 draw because playing away from home against Bournemouth can be difficult asf. Sesko back into the line-up as well would be great.

Ruben Amorim certainly deserves appreciation for every player he  brought in at the start of this season, because even though he failed to give his best for Man United, but  the players he brought in made many contributions that brought Man United to the top 4 as they are now. I think what made  Amorim fail was that he was too stubborn and kept forcing a system that didn't suit the current Man United squad.

I think Man United is lucky that Carrick is the one who continues Amorim's work  because Carrick seems to really know what needs to do and he really  understands how Man United needs to be done. With the same players, he managed to bring Man United back to the top and I think  with what he has done so far, Carrick deserves to be given the chance to be the permanent manager for  next season.

It's unclear whether this will be effective in breaking down Bournemouth's defense, but if it's Carrick, I still hope he can create another win for Manchester United.

Are people still doubting Manchester United can win against Bournemouth, odds or no odds? A lot of people might be doubting, but with how we have seen Manchester United performing, then they should not have a problem against Bournemouth, and I don't think their game is going to end in a draw this time around, and we never can tell it can still end in a draw when betting on games like this because Manchester United have been playing better before they are meeting for the second time.

So all that has happened is not going to happen again. Speaking on behalf of Manchester United, we expected something better, and it cannot be overemphasized, but just speaking from my own instincts, which is Manchester United to win, they don't have any excuses not to win this game am sure.

If Liverpool can hold down psg at parc de princes let's say a draw, it'll be much easier to win Psg at Anfield. This is like a retaliation game for Liverpool for what happened last year, it's the time to make out for their loss, and win, though it'll not be easy for both sides, but Liverpool seem to be on a proper end of winning, if they don't lose by a lot at Psg's home.

I don't really know why you are commending Ruben Amorim because i don't understand why he signed players and couldn't use them effectively while Michael Carrick came and was able to achieve great results with same players that Amorim couldn't make good use of. I know that before Amorim became Manchester United's coach there was some players that were misbehaving which made Amorim to sideline some of them and sought for new players but if Amorim could not manage the players he signed, why giving him the glory?
