It's very difficult to play a team that has already lost everything and sees a particular trophy as a redemption and that is Man City. Looking at it on paper, Man City doesn't look like a team that could take that win with a clean sheet because of there inconsistency, but they did it today because they only have the FA Cup, Carabao and a Champions League spot to win this season.

Arsenal felt like they have other trophies to win even if they lost this less important cup, and that is the difference between the two, Arsenal has four options whilst City had two and that really changes mentality.

Congratulations to Manchester City I never expected them to win Arsenal and lift the trophy, it came as a big shock to me, I really don’t know what is wrong with Arsenal I was expecting them to win this match but they disappointed me, I just pray Arsenal will be able to lift the premier league trophy and then the FA cup, Arsenal is suppose to lift at least 2 trophies this season, the Arsenal coach is making some mistakes I really don’t understand what kind of orientation is he always giving his boys, with this kind of performance they can’t win the champions league they should put all their attention on the premier league trophy.

Honestly, I was puzzled with the outcome of FA cup, it's really hard to point the difference between one team and another. Congratulations to Manchester City, Guardiola will have something to present by the end of the season if the failed to win the Premier league. Even statistically, it’s clear that something was different about Arsenal in this match. they didn’t play with their usual confidence. clearly, they weren’t ready for the high-pressure atmosphere of a final. Mikel Arteta should be judged and looked into for having David Raya dropped in such a big cup finals,  he has not won a good trophy for years and this is how he approaches a game he should go all in to win. They better get motivated and go into the Premier League games with enough drive to win it.

Liverpool have continued in their path of inconsistency, couldn't get a domestic win after fine champions league performance against Galatasaray at anfield. ‎could it be fatigue? A big team like that should have a good squad depth to rotate, especially during this type of fixtures.

This is really terrible, I thought they were going to improve their performance but seem like it keeps getting worse and at this point am afraid Tottenham might get themselves relegated. Having such a terrible run of form like this like what happened to them? Is everything okay with them.

They have a lot of quality players so what's their excuse for not being able to win games. I think I will also erase their tag as one of the top teams in England. From your gambling posts in the Premier League threads, I can tell that you are an Arsenal fan. So even though you don't want Arsenal to win the treble this season, I clearly understand why you can't congratulate Pep Guardiola and Manchester City for winning the Carabao Cup. The Carabao Cup final shows that Manchester City could still beat Arsenal in the Premier League, so Arsenal needs to up their performance and avoid dropping points before they face Manchester City in the Premier League, in order for them not lose the title to Manchester City.

Honestly this is football and anything can happen at any time, we are not being disappointed for the first time by clubs like this, especially when you are being found a fan of them, I want to believe that a season is meant for some particular team to shine while also another for another to be able to take up the challenge for more better performance.

Tottenham are officially in trouble. It is impossible to understand how a team like that has been languishing near the bottom of the table for the last two years. They have a roaster capable of finishing in the top six and could easily be in contention for a champions league spot, yet they are in a dire situation and risk relegation.
