We can consider that Arsenal currently has three “finals” ahead of them,,, one in the Champions League and two in the Premier League that are just as crucial. after all, these three matches are equally important, and they must win all three to claim the title. 1 match in the UCL to win the UCL and 2 matches in the Premier League to win the Premier League. however, if Arsenal were to succeed in both of these competitions, I think many would feel that they didn’t expect this to happen. But if Arsenal were to fail in both, everyone would accept it as usual. Because we’ve truly become numb to expecting much from Arsenal.   

Arsenal had been a team with bad luck for years now but this year they now have the highest chances to win both Premier League and Champions League. As there are no teams winning consecutive premier league and consecutive Champions league for some time now, it would be their most crucial matches.
IMO, they have greater chances of winning premier league but PSG could be a tough competitor for Champions League.

I agree, Arsenal certainly has a very good chance of winning the Premier league title this season. after all, they face relatively weaker opponents in their remaining two matches. Although, to be honest, there really aren’t any weak teams in the Premier League, so Arsenal still needs to be cautious no matter what.

I like how you balanced it, as Arsenal should be very careful this time, rather than praising them too much. That's when Arsenal often gets carried away. But now that they already know what's at stake, they look better serious, though the opponents they've been meeting are not strong, yet they didn't take it lightly, especially with their defense, I'll give them a pass mark on that. But for their attack, Arsenal is still seriously lacking there. It's a thing to be cautious and defend very well, but it's another to give the opponent the real firepower deserving. You can imagine how apprehensive the Gunners would have been in their last match against West Ham. Scoring the first and only goal of the match at that time is scary for a club that needs it more than anything now.

The West Ham United fans are hopeful especially in front of the home fans. Desires to win will see them attacking and attacking. I'm not surprised what outcome will be of this game.
Arsenal will most definitely come out victorious. Nobody can stop them now, with most of their first team starters having rested enough after the game against Atletico Madrid, I think they'd jump hard on West ham United. Tue relegation seems a lot clearer now for them.

West Ham will certainly do everything to win the match but i don't think they can do it against Arsenal who are still a really rigid team that wants to win at all costs, im surprised that there are people who think they can do it against a team so organized in every department, it surprises me.

Arsenal have already won the match. But the goal difference is not very high. As expected before the match Arsenal will be win by dominating the game but they could not maintain that dominance. West Ham played great football and I applaud their performance. The result of the match could have been different if West Ham had not wasted a few easy chances but they could not take advantage of them. They tried their best to win and their defence looked stronger than in the previous matches. I was very skeptical about Arsenal winning because if they lost this match, their chances of winning the trophy would have been greatly reduced because the points gap with their nearest rivals Manchester City is not very big.

They're currently in a tight place so they need to win comfortably against Leeds United. No matter the outcome of this game, Leeds United will no longer be relegated. The relegation battle now is between Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United. And it's most likely West ham United about to go down low.
One thing about this Tottenham Hotspur side we've seen in the last two games,  they've drastically improved their game under De Zebri and I fear what they will be become under him next season if they finally remain here!

I don’t agree with the argument that “Arsenal has been doing same all season”. What we saw today was a clear foul on David Raya and VAR made the right decision. Don’t get me wrong, the technology could be better in terms of consistency but I strongly believe it was on point today.

Arsenal introduced this pattern of corner to the premier League this season,they will block the goal keeper and push him down and score ,yet var will not disallow the goal, Westham was rub in that game, it was a goal, just that the English premier League refs aren't consistent, that's why they don't take them in champions League games.

The English premier League should not allow this Arsenal corner strategy in the league next season or they allow every club to use some method, they can't accept only Arsenal to use the pattern to score while the rest of the team will penalized for using same pattern.

Let's say Arsenal fans will be happy that the VAR worked in their favor today that's why they have forgotten so soon of how they used that same method to score against Manchester United this season, in the game Manchester United goal keeper was pushed down and Arsenal scored but the goal was also awarded to Arsenal. Today the VAR rewarded Arsenal by robbing West Ham United off their goal let's say they want Arsenal to win the league cause it's becoming too obvious that they are supporting Arsenal.

It was okay for Arsenal to foul a goalkeeper this season and score a goal without the match officials calling on VAR to review the incident to know if what Arsenal did is actually a foul or not, but when West Ham United did the same thing Arsenal has been doing this season the match officials called on VAR to review the incident, and after much deliberation VAR disallowed West Ham United goal. Arsenal fans are happy the VAR officials are favoring them this season. After this season end another Premier League season will start in August, Arsenal fans shouldn't complain if the VAR officials pass the same judgement to them next season.

Furthermore, the refereeing standards in the Premier League especially regarding set piece physicality are incredibly inconsistent.

Honestly speaking the referee and VAR did the wrong thing by disallowing the West Ham United goal, because Arsenal has scored a goal from a corner kick with similar situation and the referee and VAR allowed the goal to stand. Arsenal should have had a taste of their own medicine but they couldn't because VAR was on their side.

issue isn't whether it was a foul or not nobody is saying it wasn't. real problem is that this goal was disallowed despite the fact that Arsenal has been scoring goals all season by clearly obstructing goalkeepers.
and even the VAR officials must have considered this. that’s why it took them so long to call such an obvious foul. they are well aware that goals have been scored through goalkeeper fouls all year and that Arsenal has benefited from this more than anyone else...

After seeing Spurs performance in the last 3 matches, especially after Zerbi took over, their game is much better and organized, Zerbi has done his best to help Spurs avoid relegation, so taking this into account I am quite confident they will win today's match. They also have the advantage of playing at home, besides that they must realize the next 2 matches are much more difficult to overcome, so against Leeds today, they really have to get 3 points and that is also to simultaneously widen the gap from West Ham.

the pressure the gunners are under right now matches may look easier but epl games are never won before kickoff teams with nothing to play for can still be dangerous because they play freely without pressure. Arsenal have been really good but the truth test is mentality winning tittles is not only about playing beautiful football it's about handling pressure in the final moment of the summer one little mistake or dropped of points could completely change the race especially with City always ready to capitalise.

Leeds will still be ahead of Tottenham even if they loose today but then Tottenham will be behind them with just three points.  Between west ham and Tottenham the likelihood of relegation is more on Westham, Tottenham is gradually and putting in every effort not to lean in to relegation by the end of the season. But draw will give Tottenham just a slight difference from westham so they will need do better.

Burnley, who had gone five weeks without a win, managed to secure a draw against Aston Villa at home. We could say that this was a meaningless fixture for both teams. We know that if Aston Villa pick up another 1 or 2 points, they will be guaranteed a top-five finish. It is fair to say that this match is more important for them, as Burnley have already been relegated, making it a meaningless fixture for them. Nevertheless, I believe they put in a good performance against a strong opponent.

Crystal Palace struggled to secure a win at home against Everton. Although they put in a better performance than Everton, they were unable to secure the victory. It could be said that Everton needed the points more, but by drawing this match, they have all but ruined their chances of finishing in the top six. Everton started the match better and found the net in the early stages. The first half ended 1-1, and they managed to take the lead again at the start of the second half, until Mateta’s goal. I see a lot of people are talking about the goal that was canceled for West ham some people are saying the goal shouldn’t have been canceled, but if we can just be honest to herself, we are going to know that it is a goal that should be disallowed because foul was committed in that spot, the Arsenal goal keeper would have caught the ball if not for the west ham player holding him.
To be honest, Arsenal was lucky to have won that much. It was a match that they needed to win and they were lucky to win it. I think the Premier league is very competitive. Arsenal should just win the remaining two matches and lift the Premier league title because I know Manchester city will still be fighting. They are not giving up yet so Arsenal should make sure that they win the 2 remaining matches, their performance yesterday was bad they should learn from their mistake and do better.

Amazing performance from Raya yesterday, but that?s really not news. Raya has been great this season, no surprise he was awarded the 2025/2026 Coca Cola Golden Glove winner. And you?re right, it?s not over until the fat lady sings. To be fair, Arsenal fans aren?t celebrating yet, Manchester City still have Bournemouth, Aston Villa, and Crystal Palace to play, I think they are going to drop points in one of these games not because City are not a good team but because they aren?t as passionate as Arsenal.

Exactly, sorry to say but Arsenal are putting passion and soul into it this season.
In fact, you can see it and I'm not the only one who notices that they are breaking their backs for this very goal.
Let's hope they succeed, it would be sad if at this point they don't bring anything home. It would be like what happened to an Italian team last season (it makes me laugh).

I watched it, but I might have missed certain parts. and however, I just went back to check whether my memory was wrong or not. I rewatched those specific moments of the match, and I still couldn’t find any part where Raya was pushed or anything like that. I only found a moment where Raya was slightly held back by a West Ham player’s elbow. Well, it was actually just a light touch. But it’s still considered a foul. However, I remember that in some matches, fouls like this sometimes happen, and referees’ decisions can vary on issues like this. And it seems like this is what’s being debated now.

If you didn't see any feasible contact,  it is either you dislike Arsenal or you didn't observe closely. It is very clear that Raya was not just hit, but his jersey was dragged by a.West Ham player. I think the referee made the right decision to disallow the goals. Anyway, we have to give kudos to West Ham for their extraordinary performance. They were able give Arsenal a good fight and showed that they will fight to avoid relegation.  Arsenal still has some hurdles to overcome and they will have to keep pushing.

Why most fans were not happy about the cancelled goal was that arsenal as a team has scored a lot of goals like that this season from Conner kicks, so even though most fans were rivals fans, they were angry that now arsenal was given a taste of their own medicine, the referee decided to disallowing the goal, while arsenal have scored goals like that during the cause of the season.

To be honest, Arsenal was lucky to have won that much. It was a match that they needed to win and they were lucky to win it.

Truly they were luck and they have Raya to thank because if not for his brilliance in goal yesterday against West Ham united, they wouldn't have gone home with the three important points, that is why all title winning teams needs a bit of luck at a point in the season, because you can't be at your best across thirty eight games.

The match was not important for anyone. Aston Villa is in the fifth position in the table. And as far as I know , only the top  5 teams in the table will qualify for the champions league. At the same time, if Aston villa can win the europa league title, they will also be able to qualif y for the champions league. So the match against burnley was not that important for them. On the other hand, burnley is in the last position in the table. It is  impossible for them to qualify for the premier league. So it was an unimportant match for burnley as well.

But I did not think that burnley would get points in the match. Aston villa is a strong enough team and they have the full  ability to beat Burnley. Even then villa could not win the match. Maybe they  took the match lightly.

It wasn't an easy encounter, and westham played with there lives and total dedication. They wanted to save themselves the chance of not been relegated. But Arsenal too didn't want to give up there trophy chance to city my dropping any points. Westham had a perfect opportunities to win tye game. If they scored there late chance, then they would have won, but they missed. Trossards goals face the gunners the 3 points after there host goal was rulled out by VAR. It was a nice Battle, but arsenal has it. The league is still open, but Arsenal beed to win there two remaining matches and it's all over, they become champions

It wasn't a slight touch or whatever you want to call it but if you followed that game especially that reviews you'd notice that the Hammers player held Raya's left hand and it obstructed the Arsenal goalkeeper from holding on to the ball, that was a goalkeeper's ball and if not for the hold up we won't be arguing about if the ref did well in his decision or not because David Raya would have caught the ball.



When I watched this picture I find out that when every decision goes against Arsenal the media and everybody who doesn't wish for the Gunners to win anything would go silent but ones we have the decision going Arsenal's way boom, you'd see the net shaking, the media would talk and review every bit of the incident more than 10x and that's the problem with Arsenal doing well. Many just wish for it to go against Arsenal so that they'd laugh and call them bottlers.
