Chelsea fans were begging Manchester United on Facebook to help them win Brighton today in order for them to book a spot in next season Europa League. Even as Manchester United won Brighton and grant the wishes of Chelsea fans and pave way for Chelsea to qualify for the Europa League since they couldn't qualify for the Champions League but yet Chelsea couldn't beat Sunderland and qualify for next season Europa League. Chelsea is full of shit this season, they couldn't even make their fans proud by winning Sunderland and qualify for the next season Europa League.

They haven't worked on themselves and they are expecting a miracle to happen. What I meant is that, they're not capable of winning their own match but they want Manchester United to win Brighton as if it will automatically give them three points without them putting efforts. They are out of European competition next season.

Arsenal still managed to win their game against Crystal Palace, while City lost at home to Aston Villa. Somehow everything turned out the opposite of what I expected today. And Liverpool couldn’t beat Brentford at home either, that’s also strange, considering how important that win was for Liverpool. Although, if you take Aston Villa’s win into account, it probably wouldn’t have changed anything for Liverpool anyway. And I’m happy that Tottenham are staying in the English Premier League for next season, it looks like West Ham will have to play playoff matches to secure a place in the Premier League.

Arsenal won fair and square so there was no management in that winning. The winning would have been with a very wide margin if not that Gabriel Jesus missed two wonderful opportunities in the early hours into the match. Assuming he converted those chances, Arsenal would have won the match early enough and there wouldn't have been need for the stress Crystal Palace gave them. Congratulations to Arsenal, they earned the title with their 7 points gap over Manchester City.  

No one should talk down on Arsenal in the game because they tried to hold down Crystal Palace despite their upcoming champions League finals that will be happening by the end of the month. Winning 1:2 isn't a management winning they were 2 goals up before Crystal Palace scored the one goal and it would have ended in a 1:4 had it been Arsenal converted all their chances as you already mentioned. Good to see them celebrating their trophy with a win today let's hope they do more in the coming week.

Everyone on this thread know the team I support. I don’t even consider Tottenham a rival club, I just don’t like them at all. Luckily for Spurs, they managed to escape relegation for the second time in a row. If nothing changes, they will get relegated next season. For now, they can keep celebrating like they won the league.

If I am not mistaking you are an Arsenal fan. If you don't consider Tottenham Hotspur as a rival in the Premier league that means you don't have to hate them but for you to hate them, I believe they must have cause you pain. Yes, Tottenham Hotspur managed to escape relegation this season, thanks to Palhinha for given Tottenham Hotspur a lead in the 43th minute which they defended and won Everton. Tottenham Hotspur won't be relegated next season or fight to escape relegation next season because they have gotten a coach who will help them win matches and never get close to the relegation zone next season.

As far as I remember, West Ham United, who were always in the Premier League, have now been relegated to the Championship. Everyone has to agree that Espirito Santo is no longer a good manager. His style of play is terrible, yet for some reason he's been managing in the Premier League for years. West Ham will return to the Premier League next year.

Tottenham have finished in these positions for the last two years. Hopefully, they'll do a proper rebuild next year and fight for positions close to the top.

The final match of the EPL was truly heartbreaking for every struggling team and today the EPL season has come to an end. Tottenham managed to stay in the Premier League while West Ham were relegated. Although they secured a big win over Leeds even scoring three goals it was all for naught as Tottenham narrowly defeated Everton in the other match. Football can be crazy and cruel sometimes.

West Ham is not only a team that has always been in the EPL but they are a team with strong character that can make life difficult for even the biggest teams. In 2022 they even reached the Europa League semifinals. In 2023 they won the Conference League. In 2024 they reached the Europa League semifinals again and this season West Ham were officially relegated. West Ham will play in the Championship next season but I hope they can return to the EPL.

The final standings on the premier League table with Arsenal been confirmed champions during the week, as Manchester City draw the attention this weekend was focused on which teams were going to finish on the top half of the table, because of the European placements. Also the battle over which team where going to go down. And unfortunately Tottenham and Westham joined the likes of Burnley and Wolves as they will be playing in the champions come next season.

This is the most useless and worst Chelsea team I've ever witnessed since as a supporter and a football enthusiast, so lazy and unable to fight and show some effort when needed.

From Conference League spot to nothing at the end of the season, couldn't even give their fans a cheer up victory, so annoying.
Chelsea had the opportunity today to even qualify themselves for the Europa cup, seeing Manchester United beat Brighton and Liverpool ended in a draw with Brentford if they had won their game.

This Chelsea team is gradually losing their identity and they won’t realize that earlier they start making arrangements to get back to where they belong the better for them. It’s so frustrating to see a team like Bournemouth making it to the champions league ahead of Chelsea. It’s even better for Chelsea not to have qualified for either of those Europa league or conference league because they might start getting accustomed to being a Europa or conference league team so they need to focus on playing only the premier league football next season and try as much as they can to get back to a team who always play in the Champions league and not any conference league.

the way you don't like Tottenham that's the same way I don't like Arsenal and Chelsea, I'm glad Chelsea will be playing in any Europe competition next season, I'll never congratulate Arsenal for winning the league because this is the worst Elp team to lift the league, imagine a team that none of their players ever won the premier League player of the month, no special award for any of Arsenal players, they won the league through corner kicks. Tottenham won which is also good for them, a loss for them and a win for West Ham would have sent them to the championship. Tottenham survives another season once again, hopefully they learn from this, they have been twice in a row, they should be more serious next season.

I wonder why someone would say Arsenal managed to win the game when they didn't struggle to score a goal or even score their first goal in the dying minutes toward the end of the game.

If the game were to be like this, then one could say they managed to win, but Arsenal won the game convincingly. It is good that they won this game to increase their points because if they had lost today's game, some people would say they won the Premier League by luck or that they managed to win it. But at least, looking at the points of Arsenal, there is a good gap from Manchester City, who are in second position.

They should have done their best in this case but it seems that their spirit has faded even though the Conference League is still obtainable but when they do not have a good fighting spirit the opportunity is lost and they at the end of the season are thrown into 10th place which is where the improvement that has occurred in the last 2 seasons must be destroyed this season.

With this final result Xabi must start everything from the beginning because it is not only the position in the standings that must be changed but also the mentality of the club must also be completely repaired next season and this is only because of the baseless ambition that wants to be obtained instantly which makes a lot of instant changes including for the position of coach which makes Chelsea actually look worse when there is a series of rapid changes.

Number one:
Arsenal is at the number one after a whole long 22 good years. I say congratulations to them
Number two:
Chelsea is unable to qualify for the European football next season, that is a very poor fit for them. I really feel for their fans because they are complaining all over the forum.
Number three:
Tottenham Hotspur has done what was expected of them by escaping relegation. It is a good one for them.
Number four:
Manchester United ending at the 3rd position is equivalent to winning a trophy for them. I am happy for Manchester United
Number five:
Bournemouth is playing Champions next season.

The last match of the season for the EPL hasn't really impressed me because the Champions League spots are all but sealed although there's a small chance of Bournemouth springing an upset but it's quite difficult.
The Europa League position is also still uncertain but I think the situation will remain the same as the current standings.

Small chance for Bournemouth to spring up? What you mean is that Bournemouth will score about 4-6 goals tomorrow to go ahead of Liverpool and qualify, and Liverpool themselves have to lose, because even though Liverpool loses the game against Brighton tomorrow, which I doubt, Bournemouth would only equal Liverpool in points, whereas Liverpool will be passing them in terms of number of goals. To me, that's the most difficult thing that will happen tomorrow: seeing Liverpool lose their Champions League spot to Bournemouth.

It remains a small chance but now there is no need to discuss this further as the final results are already visible even for all clubs in the EPL finishing the last match this week. For the Champions League and relegation spots everything was unchanged although in the last game West Ham tried to make a splash with a big win but Palninha's 1 goal against Everton was enough to keep Tottenham in their place and force West Ham into the Championship division next season.

The surprise came from Chelsea and I think this is their worst season yet after doing so well last season but the sacking of Enzo Maresca at the start of this season seems to have made things even worse than Todd imagined this season.

A very big shame for Chelsea to miss out on all European competition, some fans may think that it's a good thing because they will have enough time to focus on the league and domestic cup but using Manchester United as an example it still doesn't matter.
I don't think any big club will want to miss out on the UEFA champions league alone and now in Chelsea case they are missing out on all.
Already they won't be able to sign any players so they won't worry if their present situation won't be able to attract players but this is a time for them to welcome the new coach and try to work with his system.

Every club have their down time. This season wasn't just a favourable one for Chelsea. It's even better they didn't perform too bad that it pushed them towards relegation. At least they are still in the premier league competition for next season which gives them a chance to turn things around.

Xabi has a lot to do during this break ahead of next season. I just hope he finds what works best for him early enough so he can secure a good spot in the title race with the mind of winning as many trophies has he can before the end of season.

It was expected though and because they actually needed a draw for the escape and I knew for no reason would they have flopped the chance of committing such mistake. Tottenham needs to really put in much effort next season in trying to arrange their whole team because it's just unlikely that we get to see them fight for a spot for top flight position when they were usually a team that was actively fighting for a spot in the champions league.

There is no longer any excuse for Tottenham Hotspur not to learn from the conditions they experienced this season, they almost let their supporters down. What Tottenham Hotspur have achieved in the last 2 seasons is a historical record, because since the Premier League began, they have never been in such a bad position. They made history, but in a bad way.

Arsenal finally getting the title is something that was coming and deserving because they have done great and done great for a long time. I think we should not be expecting this to be that much of a problem considering how much they worked for it. I get that it may not be something that takes that much of a time but the reality is that we should not be considering them to be good for a long time.

They won it this year and kudos to them and they deserved it and all of that but at the same time they won it because everyone else just fumbled badly, next season I bet you that some other team will do better. With Arsenal expected to do not that well and City losing Pep, and Liverpool being terrible. I have a hunch that United will be playing to win the league again after this many years.

At the last minute, Chelsea failed to secure a European spot after losing to Sunderland. They had a chance to secure a spot, given their squad, but for some reason, they performed so poorly in this match. People expected them to get at least one point to secure a European spot, but they failed to deliver.
This means Chelsea will be absent from European competition next season. It's quite hard to imagine that a team like Chelsea, with a squad that's actually quite good, would end up without a single European spot.

Arsenal concluded its season on winning note while Man City was not able to win its last game against Aston Villa. City probably was not interested in last game after there hopes for winning the title shattered in week 37. Tottenham and West Ham both won there last games and that means West Ham will stay in relegation zone while Tottenham has confirmed its participation in next season. Teams now have three months to prepare for the next season that will start in August.

Several things contributed to why Manchester City couldn't win that match, Pep Guardiola used a formation he rarely use in that match, Haaland wasn't available then Foden and Semenyo where used as strikers while Savinho was used in a role he wasn't very comfortable with, it felt like Pep Guardiola gambled with the match, I wonder what he was trying to experiment, knowing it's his last match with Manchester City and a win would've made the send of more special.

 Also, Aston Villa recently won the Europa which was enough to motivate their players to play with confidence against City, Olie Watkins played like he had some money at stake if he didn't score. Tottenham is a lucky club, unfortunately for West Ham the win couldn't guarantee them a Premier league spot they'll have to go fight their way back to the Premier league.
