Xabi Alonso would have succeeded at real madrid the only problem was real Madrid is used to winning trophies so they wanted a coach who can maintain their winning legacy. Xabi Alonso was the right coach but he was under pressure too much from their management because they wanted to fast results  xabi Alonso is a coach who doesn't like working under pressure that's was why real madrid management had to terminate his contract because it wasn't working as planned. Again at Bayer leverkusen xabi Alonso wasn't under pressure which was why he succeeded in winning the trophy for his team. I think xabi will do an excellent job at Chelsea if he doesn't work under too much pressure.
There won't be any pressure on Alonso at Chelsea because he is coming to build the team, to be a formidable one as it were in its glory days. I anticipate Alonso to be given a season or two to put the Chelsea squad together, for them to fight for the Premier League and Champions League trophies. For this season, what Chelsea will do best to actualize with Alonso is appear at the top spot of the Premier League table, and participate in the Champions League next season.

If he's signed for a rebuild and with a long-term vision then the pressure won't be much but if the target of the board is a quick fix so they can compete with other big teams then I don't trust that they’ll take it easy on him if the progress is slow, they're not even known for being patient with coaches but let's see if they'll be different with Xabi Alonso.

Sometimes the board might not be the issue but fans, no EPL fan wants their bragging rights to reduce, every fan want their team to do well so they'll see points to banter with, that why I think they might be the problem Alonso would have if the teams progress is slow, but I believe he'll manage the team properly, i just hope so.

We see how much chance Arsenal gave Arteta. Therefore, Chelsea should be patient and give the manager plenty of time. The Spanish manager had a very successful period with Leverkusen. In my opinion, he wasn't too bad with Real Madrid either, but he was dismissed too early. Now he's in the Premier League and fully prepared for the competition. He's accepted a tough challenge with Chelsea. Qualifying for the Champions League will be his first goal. After that, he can think about winning the league title. Let's see who he'll want to sign during this period.

patience and calm are the virtues of the strong, a saying goes, if these teams want to win, they must have a lot of patience and understand that the work begins now and a job of patience and structuring of the new team that will be formed over the years as the coach who has just taken over says and wants.

Xabi Alonso is a very good coach no doubt, I admire him a lot but Truth be told he's just another victim of Chelsea's sacked managers, now he's among the list, rebuilding or not, we all know Chelsea not as the patients ones, they will sack him if he's not meeting up to expectations, because just like you said, Chelsea fans will definitely need something to banter with, and a slow move won't really help the situation, and again even if he's to achieve greatness in that team, it's definitely not with this Chelsea squad, he really needs to make some sells and buy new ones else, I see no good result.

At Chelsea, things are a bit different from other clubs. At this club, incoming managers must have a vision and mission that align with the club’s board. We’ve seen several managers at Chelsea suddenly end their tenures due to these differences in vision, particularly regarding the methods used in the transfer market for player recruitment. Pochettino and Maresca have experienced this. Even the previous manager faced the same situation. As for Alonso, he is actually a fairly disciplined manager who stands firm in his convictions. If he succeeds in leading the team to rapid improvement, I’m confident his opinions will be taken even more seriously.
Chelsea fans also have an influence. But take the example of Pochettino’s dismissal we know many fans were deeply disappointed by it.

Manchester United would have competed for the title if the coach came at the beginning of the season, or maybe probably even won it. The impact he made on the club is so significant that they won almost all the matches from the time he resumed

And that gets me thinking I hope Xabi came at the right time for Chelsea Roll Eyes
Manchester United is team which really faced a very tough time eventhoug that was the hardest time period of the United when there was no hope of there being good again. They hired and fired many coaches but nothing was working in their favour. But it's Micheal Carrick who really brings a lot of changes in the team performance and the tram started performing well again which build the confidence of their fans and the players as well. So, in this scenario I think its true to said that if Carrick joins them earlier then the ream may be capable to winning the title. And I think xabi Alonos is also a very talented coach he has a really very good record of his professional skills and it is hoping that he will manage to maintain the performance of the team Chelsea.

Chelsea will probably give him support because if things goes out of place the fans will put more heat on the management and they are trying to avoid this, we can't really tolerate their annoying behavior.

Chelsea is also tired of changing coaches and it affects their performance, so when they get Xabi who fits what they want, it doesn't take long for them to immediately recruit Xabi and contract him long term.. so it is possible that Xabi will shape Chelsea during his coaching period with the experience and strategy he has.. and it needs to be successful, because if not Xabi will just be the umpteenth coach who is kicked out of Chelsea because he can't meet their expectations.
I believe Chelsea is the club with the highest number of coaches they are used to changing coaches which is very bad if a team is changing coaches always believe me it will affect the performance of the team because a new coach will come in and will bring his style and when the coach is being sacked another we come in and also bring his style and all this usually affect players so Chelsea should stop changing coach as if they are changing clothes, they should concentrate on one coach and use the coach for a very long time you cannot sign a coach and expect everything to change immediately look at Arsenal they have been with their coach for a very long time and now they are doing very well this was not how they were before so Chelsea should learn to give their coaches time to build the team.

We will continue to be in a constant loop except the actual problem act right, which is the management.

It's either they don't actually back the competent ones or they are signing incompetence managers notably Graham Potter and Liam Rosenior.

Regardless, Chelsea tradition is different from Gunners and it often works for us, when it seems like a manager isn't really doing well giving some time they are sacked, this was under Roman Abramovich era abd we were successful and this is what most top teams often stick to but now under this new management there is no really class in the quality of players and structures and this us among reasons Maresca and Pochettino left after things seems to be working well for them.

Chelsea's management continues to search for the perfect manager and seems to show very little patience with each appointment. What surprised me the most was Maresca's dismissal because I actually liked the way Chelsea played under him. I think that if he had been given more time and greater support in the transfer market, we could have seen a very strong Chelsea side next season.

As for Alonso, I'm not convinced, he is arriving during a very difficult period, and I don't expect rapid progress. Considering how impatient Chelsea's ownership has been in recent years, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being dismissed quite quickly if results don't improve immediately.

This should not be the time for if's and maybes, it is time to forge ahead and go into the future with strength. With the Ederson front Atalanta deal done, we are not five more transfers away from winning the Premier league competition. There should be no excuses about winning it next season.
Now. They have to get Matues Fernandez from West Ham United. Apart from him, they're also linked with a move for Hall former Chelsea left back who plays for Newcastle United currently. If we can get these names done, we stand a good chance of winning the Premier league competition next season.

Manchester United is lucky to have Carrick, if he starts to suck this season then it would be very bad for them of course, but the expectations for them is super high, and with proper transfer window and a good camp, they are expected to fight for a title for the first time in over ten years. While that may not happen, a top four finish is a must, anything lower than that would be a disappointment, 4th is the lowest they could go without disappointing people.

Consistently being in top four is what they have been missing, so I would not fire Carrick if they finish there. But the reality is, they are expected to battle for the title, even if they lose, the expectation is giving a fight for it and be close to the leader for as long as possible.

patience and calm are the virtues of the strong, a saying goes, if these teams want to win, they must have a lot of patience and understand that the work begins now and a job of patience and structuring of the new team that will be formed over the years as the coach who has just taken over says and wants.
Sometimes you don't need to test your luck for long, Chelsea sacking Liam Rosenior was the best decision, he was going to end the club instead of making it better, at least Maresca didn't bring the club to bottom, Chelsea was still in a good spot with hope to recover better, but Liam took the club for a very bad turn.

Realising coaches that has a future for the club is important, Xabi needs to be put on a test too, if he is performing as expected, Chelsea don't mind giving him enough time and space to build the club over some years to be able to compete for both Premier League title and Champions League title, during that period, the club can be winning other trophies.

Only a fool would want Arteta to leave Arsenal and bring in a new coach. Just look at Arteta's patience up until today. EPL Champion and UCL Finalist know 2026, this is quite good. I agree that a change should be made if this year Arsenal fails to win the EPL again; firing Arteta I consider very rational. Furthermore, Arteta must stay with Arsenal and buy some other players who can support his strategy. He has created a cohesive team; bringing in a new coach would create a new adaptation with a new coaching style. That condition could force Arsenal to have to adapt again.

You think arteta is the best option for arsenal because I don't they have gotten anything special since that dude came to arsenal and I'd not see anything he has achieved because just imagine if it was pep that have all the opportunity they would have made use of it so see that arteta is still a baby coach and if not that he was able to win the premier League then am very sure that they would have sacked him because for the past how many years he as nothing to show that he can continue managing that club that if they really want to win a trophy the need a need tactical pattern for them to be the best.

And arsenal have a lot of potential player and they will be able to win and even do more and just that they lack proper utilization of their player that is what they is killing arsenal and they are not getting the motivation that they want because that is the what have killed a lot of clubs and it is now as if those coaches are running out of idea but they will have to do better even for them to sustain there job, arteta should good.

I'm glad that Xabi has at least two seasons at Chelsea. I think Real Madrid didn't give him enough time because Real Madrid always wants good results, and considering they work with stars and the best in the world, the results have to be immediate. But I think Xabi faced a dressing room that's even bigger than him; he couldn't control it, and Arbeloa even less so. Managing Real Madrid is complicated.

Okay go and tell Pep Guardiola to come and manage Arsenal then, you know you don't always know the value of what you have until you lost it, if you can't appreciate Mikel Arteta for what he's done for the Arsenal team, they I think you won't even appreciate Pep Guardiola even if he gives you the UEFA Champions League, like bro do you know what Mikel Arteta has done for this team? Dude came to the team when all hopes are lost, then he start the rebuilding process, endure every negative shades thrown on him, I still remember the kind of critics he got from the Arsenal fans, yet he didn't give up, he was determined to win, now he's beginning to win you suddenly want them to kick him out, all in the name that he lost a final that even your legendary Wenger could not won, bro I think you should have a rethink.

I will even want to suggest Chelsea gives Xabi a full season for him to put the team together, more like in this first season, they should have little to no expectations of him, it should be more like a season for him to understand the team and build around  them, then he will be able  to come up with an actual tactical pattern for the team that will give them results in the following season.

A lot has gone wrong with Chelsea and so they will need some time to get the team back on track  to becoming  the best of a team as they ever wanted for the team. Productivity for them may not come instantly so they should drop expectations of xabi.
The current condition of Chelsea isn't what Xabi Alonso will start getting outstanding results immediately; it will take him some time before he will perform well, so it's very important for Chelsea management to trust and be patient with Xabi Alonso because most of his in his first one year at Chelsea is building a formidable team he will in the following season to outstanding results.

Manchester United would have competed for the title if the coach came at the beginning of the season, or maybe probably even won it. The impact he made on the club is so significant that they won almost all the matches from the time he resumed

And that gets me thinking I hope Xabi came at the right time for Chelsea Roll Eyes
Next season will be very interesting because all the top clubs are with new managers new football will be introduced into the league next season, Michael Carrick performances gave him this job, and next season he has to prove to the club why they chose to give me over the rest. As Manchester United fan I believe Carrick will perform well with the rest team, he needs to buy more quality players to the squad because of champions League next season.

Arsenal will do well next season too, as defending champion, they have good players in the team that can still fight for the title next season again, now that pep Guardiola has gone Arteta would like to dominate the league with Arsenal. I see Manchester United and Arsenal fight hard for the title next season.

Chelsea still has good players in the team don't think Xabi Alonso is going to inherit a dead team because the former manager lacks good coaching skills that's why his players were affected by his actions. Xabi Alonso will not automatically take the team to 1st position but the performance of the team generally will be improved and the players will start scoring goals unlike before when they will play well but find it so difficult to register goals. Chelsea management knows exactly what is going to happen under the new manager they will give him time but they still expect him to get a fast result if possible.

patience and calm are the virtues of the strong, a saying goes, if these teams want to win, they must have a lot of patience and understand that the work begins now and a job of patience and structuring of the new team that will be formed over the years as the coach who has just taken over says and wants.

Chelsea dare not repeat the same mistake as they did the last time, they’ve actually got to see the repercussions of it and may also not want a repetition of it again. They’ve really got a good sign of manger here and I don’t think they’ll misuse this opportunity to relief him of his duty so quickly. Building a formidable team as Arsenal has also done under Arteta requires some patient and trust in the process.

Under Xabi Alonso, we’ve seen how Bayern Leverkusen achieved success and was no match for Bayern Munich to be a stumble block against them from winning the title. Xabi Alonso was not given enough time to mage Real Madrid, he would have finished better than Arbeola. Chelsea do not also have Maresca enough time even though he was not doing that bad, but they cleaned him and not have to regret it.

Chelsea's owner must certainly give Xabi Alonso time to rebuild their team, as the team's journey to strength is certainly not a quick fix, it requires time and effort. We have seen significant success with Xabi Alonso's coaching style, which saw him lead Leverkusen to the Bundesliga title. Therefore, he must be given the support and time to bring Chelsea back to competing at the top of the table.

But what's even more interesting next season will undoubtedly be the arrival of new coaches who are coaching big premier League teams like Manchester City with their new manager, Liverpool with their new manager, and Chelsea.

So, it will be quite interesting to see which of them succeeds in bringing change to the team next season. Of course, the immense pressure will be a tough task for any new coach.
