It's never been easy to predict, but one thing is sure Arsenal and Manchester City are going to stay at the top due to good depth and coordination in squads.

Enzo's performance won't be bad, he's already worked with Guardiola, in the 2022/2023 campaign run, and would easily contact him for technical assistants in trouble times, but taking control, all by himself, the lead of what Guardiola built over time, would be quite challenging, yet city has the structure of good performance in premier league already, and has also bagged a longed term spot in the top 3 position of the league, a feat he'd easily retain as the new head coach, despite a bad run at Chelsea.

Criticizing Pep or blaming him for the loss of Manchester city because he did his best to make sure that they won the trophy in the previous season but unfortunately they didn't. Guardiola was undisputable the best coach in the premier league but arteta managed to take the spot light, let's see how long arsenal can keep up.

Pep was undoubtedly the best coach in the league for so many reasons to me. Though last season didn't go in his favour allowing Arteta to take the credit this time around. though often underrated, Arteta is also a very good coach I must commend and he has finally proven it last season. You're right and I think Enzo maresca has the capacity, one of the qualities of a good manager is to have a good relationship with your team, because for them to give you listening ear their most be a cordial relationship, pep was a very good manager to Manchester city, the players enjoys his coaching pattern and will welcome any manager that does things exactly like him, although their must be individual differences but I don't think that maresca will disappoint but there shouldn't be much rush on him, the club should give him time to work on his team first then the result can start although it is club football where money is spent to make more money, he has to put out his best as fast as he can.

Enzo Maresca might be one of the favourites to land City's job, as one of those people who worked under Pep Guardiola as assistants I believe he could have learned one or two important techniques from the former City boss on how he relates with the squad, during his time at Chelsea. I couldn't point out any moment when he had any sort of confrontation with any player and I stand to be corrected, nevertheless there are very few coaches who possess similar traits like Pep Guardiola.

Manchester City weren't even title contenders this season but Pep Guardiola tried his best and made Manchester City become title contenders and at some point they became a threat to Arsenal, football fans even believed they would flip Arsenal and win the Premier League title this season but they were unlucky to dropped points which took them out of the Premier League title race. So Pep Guardiola shouldn't be criticize or blame for Manchester City failure to win the Premier League title because he did all he could for Manchester City to win it but they were just unlucky to win it.

This is absolutely true, many times in the league, Manchester City were not looking as if they are going to stay long or even be part of the team to contend for the title race in the long run, but they were able to fight for the title race to the last few games, this shows the mentality Pep Guardiola have built for the team and the collective teams efforts to win the title. There were moments that Manchester City fans thought they could overtake and top the table but they couldn't hold that position for long and many of  their supporters were patiently waiting for the late comeback, but title race can be decided by small margins few dropped points, injuries or missed opportunity can totally change the outcome of the season. While several people or even the supporters can criticise the team, it's not entirely Pep Guardiola's fault because a manger can make tactics and wncou or motivate the players but can't control whatsoever is happening in the pitch and several teams can be more consistent in a season. In the end, Pep Guardiola really shows that he's capable of cultivating that fighting spirit in his team for the title race.

Chelsea are in a very bad form. Despite spending a lot of money to build a squad, their performance is like  that of a mediocre team. This  season too, they finished the season in 10th place in the table. They were in a very bad form. We still do not know what strategy Alonso will apply. Anyway, there will probably be big changes in chelsea's squad. This squad has a lot of talented  players. But they have failed to perform well as a team. At the same time, it will take a long time to  stabilize this squad. It is not right to think that chelsea will become stronger just by  changing the manager.

With a new manager, Manchester City has already started making new signings. The first one I see is Elliot Anderson, a Nottingham Forest player, but Manchester United is also in the race to sign him. Don't forget he played in the premier League with Liverpool of years before Real Madrid, he's a experienced coach and he knows the league, he will definitely do better with Chelsea if the management help him to get some players he wants. He did well in Real Madrid just but the management were not patient enough to let him settle well.

In Chelsea he will do well, they're players he will ask to leave the club, this current Chelsea squad can't win you any title, they're not good enough, Xabi Alonso must bring in fresh players that are ready to play play for him and the fans. To me he will finish at top four next season.

Sometimes the league doesn't matter, it's the available players that you have that can work with you without breaking that you need. Didn't Anceloti left to PSG and then from there Real Madrid and he had one of the best coach career anyone would ever dream about. It's left for Chelsea players to do the wonderful job and the club to give him money to fix the team, I can't even defend this team with the way they played throughout last season.

Good thing, they will not play the Champions League, work load has reduced and expectations will not be there, in fact no any European league next season, just the Premier League. He will do anything to make that team finished among the top 5 so they can get next place in the Champions League. His place in the Premier League will be secure next season if they are been serious, the challenge is where they will finish season after this one.

Now that he has left the club, there is going to be another transformation if another person took over. Remember that players relationship with the coach is very important. There has never been time a heated argument or disrespect from any of tbe players but watch another person becomes the face of the new coach, there will be this chaos instead of better performance as far as coach replacement is concerned.

Yes I understand pep has built Man City for more than a decade making this team very respected during that period and also has given many achievements, so it will be difficult to build a new reputation with a new coach, but it is also not impossible as long as Man City management gets the right replacement coach and also makes the right player transfers.

Pep Guardiola did the difficult thing and brought order to the team. With this long-standing management style, the new manager will likely continue from where he left off without too much difficulty. However, I'm very curious to see how Manchester City performs after Guardiola leaves. He needs to work twice as hard compared to when he was Leverkusen because the current state of Chelsea right now is messed up. I know Alonso would not want to disappoint especially at the beginning of the season, the problem with Chelsea might not even be their management, the team/players just have issues with being consistent.

Enzo Maresca’s run at Chelsea wasn’t such a bad run, he actually did well just some poor decisions that cost him his job. He won the UEFA Conference League no matter how small you might want to look at it considering it’s Chelsea. He also defeated Paris St Germain in the Club World Cup, a feat nobody expected.

He just needs to refine his tactics, he plays so well against big teams and flops against small ones, something Xavi also suffered in his time at Barcelona.
I believe with his experience now he’ll surely do well at Manchester City, though it’ll be tough but he has to show he’s got it, it’s Manchester City they’ve got the winning DNA right now.

Every loyal fan of a club will be hopeful that a new coach will bring success to the club. Come to think of it, Xabi Alonso is a coach with a track record of success in the German League. He led Bayer Leverkusen to become Bundesliga champions and also led the club to the Europa League finals. His next season was not that fantastic but he led the club to second place in the League. His short time in the Spanish League was not good enough. But the fans could still look at his time in the Bundesliga and be hopeful that his time at Chelsea will be good.

Xabi Alonso is a coach with a sound philosophy and a player who has a sound system. At Leverkusen he successfully became champions undefeated even with a limited squad. While he failed at Real Madrid it wasn't entirely his fault as he lacked full management support and many players were selfish. But at Chelsea, he has full support and the freedom to make decisions rests with Xabi Alonso. So, I'm optimistic that Chelsea will be better this season with Xabi Alonso, as they are all young players without any egotistical superstars.

Next season, Chelsea will certainly dominate especially with no European matches to play, allowing them to focus 100% on the Premier League. Of course, Xabi needs to bring in new players especially in attack as Chelsea are facing a striker crisis. The left winger is also lacking and Xabi Alonso may need to find a good goalkeeper. If those things are achieved, it's not impossible that Chelsea will be a contender for the Premier League title next season. Some say every coach needs time, but that's not always the case for me. i think Chelsea is really not the best choice for Xabi Alonso. cause they are definitely not the kind of club that will show him the patience he needs. On the contrary, they’ve turned into a meat grinder for managers and players in recent years.

I think he'll bring his coaching style from Leverkusen to Chelsea, as the two teams have similar styles. Also, because Chelsea is filled with young players, he can still provide coaching guidance more freely, unlike when he coached at Real Madrid, where he faced players with big egos, he should command more respect at Chelsea, as he's a former legend.
So, I see Chelsea having a chance to change under his leadership, perhaps becoming more competitive than before.

The Bundesliga is not the EPL, coaching a big team in the EPL comes with lots of pressure that can't be compared to the Bundesliga due too many tough rivals and weaker teams that are full of surprises, but if Alonso can do something close to what he did at Bayer Leverkusen for Chelsea then my respect for him would increase.
 For now, I'm not going to be among those that would hype him cause I won't like to end up disappointed for putting lots of hope on him to restore Chelsea's lost form if he eventually fails to. I'll just observe his tactics and how the team performs for few months, although I'm hoping that the board give him lots of time to build the team instead of sacking him too early like they did with the previous coaches.

Arteta has done a very great job at Arsenal and he must be well commended for his hard work to put the team in the best of shapes, also winning the premier league title was a huge achievement under his management. Arteta has done a very impressive job at Arsenal and going forward, he’ll still be one of the best managers out there to have ever managed Arsenal and bring them to regain their lost glory several years ago. Arsenal will come out in a more better shape next season and I know that they’re going to be at their best and play to their best as much as possible in order to get to the top once again. A champions league trophy will be their next target, let’s watch out on how they’ll perform in order to make that happen in the next season.

Areteta is a good coach but Pep was always a better  coach, he had a vast experience on how ro manage his team and get the desired results, I will not be expecting Arteta to be better than him by the way, he trained him so it is often not easy to outshine the master.  Except for recently when pep got some really serious personal issues, I believe he would have won the title.

Now I believe Arsenal will be getting more chances for dominance seeing  Pep exiting the Premier League, he happens to be one of their strongest rivals that made the game really tough for them.

As someone who has worked with pep guardiola I don't think maresca would deviate from what he has learnt during his time at manchester city.. maresca learn alot from guardiola so if chose to follow his own path by abandon pep legacy he might not succeed at manchester city because the players are already used to guardiola pattern of football so introducing a separate pattern from the one they are already used to may cause them to underperformed next season. So maresca best chances to succeed at manchester city is to copy pep guardiola footsteps.
