Rashford moving to Chelsea will be a good move for him, he will add more meaning to Chelsea's attack. Michael Carrick says he is interested in Rashford for their next season campaign, let's see what happens then.
Manchester United is having no talks with Chelsea concerning Marcus Rashford rather Michael Carrick wants him to be back to add to the squad since he is in a very good form. I don't think United will let Chelsea sign Rashford now that they will be in the champions League beside Rashford will likely not prefer a team where he won't be playing in the champions League to Manchester United where he will likely start and the champions League is sure for him. If Rashford is leaving Manchester United it won't happen next season maybe during the next transfer market that's when United will sell him if they do njt need him in the team again. If Manchester united is wise, they will sell him to any team that show interest as far as the team is ready to pay their bid. Marcos Rashford don't look improved and he is very inconsistent presently. Not being able to get retained in Barcelona this moment is a very bad sign that he is not good enough to get accepted into his team back because Barcelona is also actively searching for a forward after selling Lewandowski. Barcelona is going for Alvarez instead even though the teams are yet to reach agreement. If I was to advise Man U, I will tell them to still sell him or send him out on loan to any team at all.

] Arsenal certainly have the opportunity to create a solid foundation now from which to build for next season and create a very strong environment. has a good chance of winning the English Premier League again and of reaching the top of the Champions League and he proved it by managing to tame the very strong Paris Saint-Germain in a direct match.
I would not say that there is a guarantee of them winning the premier league title next season but looking at how they have been performing there is a high chance that they are going to win again. As for the champions league I'm not entirely sure about that because there are lots of competition on this and the winner can be any team at all, Even the ones you least expect. You're correct, Arsenal are doing pretty amazing at the moment and I wouldn't be surprised if they evenually win again. But it will all depends on how consistent they can keep sustaining at the top, due to their one sided pattern of game that I'm not that friendly to. Perhaps if they need results it's important they step up their game to the best else I'm not expecting some magic to happen. Secondly, concerning the champions league, that one is way beyond what I can say at the moment till the game will fully get started, and just like you earlier said their are some amazing team that are pretty prepared looking for whom to devour. Arsenal themselves know that is not going to be so easy, but regardless, is for them to put in their best because one thing I know about football game is that anything is pretty possible.

Right now, as you said it's better to sell than to borrow him. His performance hasn't been the same as in recent seasons. Many Manchester United fans would prefer to release the player to another team not on loan especially now that the Devils already have several players in the same position as Marcos Rashford. I also see Barcelona will not give a long time for Marcos Rashford to stay in their team because they have seen his performance during the player's time in their team where Marcos Rashford is not too aggressive in contributing to the team but they also have several other players whose contributions are better than Marcos Rashford therefore from that they believe that for next season they will not seem to be permanent players who started their career at Man United especially now Barcelona management is communicating with the player Alvarez of course this is their belief to recruit players from Atletico Madrid who come from Argentina after the completion of the World Cup this time so in my opinion it is better now that what Man United management must do is sell permanently to another team so that Marcos Rashford can develop and can contribute to the team he will defend.

It seems Rashford will return to Manchester United, especially since no other team has shown serious interest in him so far. Manchester United recently contacted Rashford and inquired about his readiness to join Carrick's squad, and Rashford confirmed the offer. It's safe to say both parties are open to restarting the process to bring Rashford back into the team.
This is also evident in the absence of rumors about Manchester United signing a new winger, meaning Rashford will be part of Michael Carrick project next season. If Rashford does return, I think the biggest challenge will remain the same, consistency. I've seen Rashford have periods where he looks like one of the deadliest wingers in Europe then the following season his performance drops so drastically that people wonder. This will also be Carrick job to keep Rashford at his best.
Rashford is an excellent player and i don't think it will be a problem if he returns to Manchester United which is an excellent team, clearly i don't know if he will start with Carrick who is a very fussy coach and at least he is becoming one, i believe that in any case he will be able to make him participate in the team's project.

It's not just about having a new manager. Man City are also going through a squad rebuild, and that's one factor that could have a negative impact. Even during Guardiola's final season, some of the new signings still didn't show much creativity. So there's a good chance City will go through some big changes under Enzo Maresca. It could go one of two ways, either they improve or their performances drop. Personally, I still have a feeling City will struggle to compete for the title.
Arsenal, Man United, Liverpool, and Aston Villa all have a good chance of challenging for the title.
There is too much talk about Manchester City due to the departure of Pep Guardiola and a few players, but still, it's going to be an interesting season for them because they have enough depth to keep themselves at a top level in the season, even if things are not easy, but they can challenge all top teams. The new coach will have some good foundations, which will help him keep things on balance. Enzo Marcea is a good, experienced coach and has spent good time with Chelsea. This will also help him have better results and give good performance. The Premier League has never been easy, but with the squad depth and having enough potential, things are going to be good for them.

Rashford's performance at Barcelona was not bad. He performed well enough. He got a place in the starting XI in very few matches. He can be a perfect all-rounder. Hansi Flick used Rashford as a substitute player. Carrick is a talented manager. If rashford can be earned a big amount by selling him then it is better to sell him. But if this is not available then Rashford can be kept in the squad as a substitute player. Carrick can walk the same path as Flick used rashford. It will not be bad.

For now, Manchester United is prioritizing selling him to another club, from what I know there are already several Premier League clubs interested in him. But the negotiation process could be longer because United only wants a permanent transfer option to another club, and if that is not completed by the end of this season's transfer, then Rashford will inevitably stay at United and will try to be reintegrated into the team, but perhaps his position will not be as important in the team because even though his performance was quite good at Barcelona, the United squad composition is still more proper for now, maybe he will only be played in certain matches.

The only valid reason Barcelona refuses to sign Marcus rashford was because of his high salary, because even the Anthony Gordons that they later bought for a much higher price is not as good as Marcus rashford. I am expecting him to return to Manchester United and be reintegrated into the team, because he has what it takes to win back his place in the first eleven, but he wouldn't be offered cheaply, he must work for it, just as every other first team player at the club. On the possibility of him moving to another team, it would be difficult in my own opinion because of his high salary, but if he will agree to a wage cut, much lower than what he is earning now, he might move away to the interested club, but until then, he is still a Manchester United player.

Contrary to your opinion I think Manchester united should try as much as possible to keep him than rather selling him off to another club. Marcus Rashford isn't as bad as you think he is, he probably didn't get enough playing time at Barcelona but that doesn't really mean he was bad there and thats why he was not retained. It all balls down to managers preferences for player. Manchester united will be playing more games than they didn't in the last season because they are now playing in the champions league and other domestic competition, therefore they need more squad dept to be able to perform well in those competition, marcus Rashford coming to join the team will be a great addition as I an hearing rumors of some players like Mason mount and Amad diallo possible transfer this summer. He was called by the England national team and got him self among the starting Eleven yesterday benching the player that was signed to replace him at Barcelona. thats should ring a bell to you that he's not that bad as you may think, it's all about coach preference and style of play.

the players must also have a rest period, they cannot always play at an extreme level and then always have the possibility of being fresh, they get tired and they know this, whoever manages a team must know this, they need to know this, turnover is essential to have teams that manage to win.
yes, i also think that there should be, at least at a very high level where the intensity of the game is high, constant rest for the players who are constantly put under pressure, and then the teams' performance drops, moreover they now play a lot of games and they get tired quicker, they ruin football like this.

It’s certainly not wise to keep a player who no longer has passion for the club. It’s clear that such a player won’t be any more motivated if he’s kept on the roster. As for Rashford at Barcelona, he’s actually playing very well. In fact, I’ve often said he’d be a good fit to fill the position left vacant by Lewandowski, since Rashford is even capable of playing as a striker. He’s a player who can be deployed anywhere, and that’s his strength. However, it seems Barcelona truly feels he isn’t a good fit. So I was quite surprised because Barcelona doesn’t seem to prioritize him at all, even though the player has spoken out and shown his interest in staying longer at Barcelona. Barcelona does want Álvarez, but Atlético Madrid won’t let their player go to a rival team.

Actually it was the pattern of playing or the strategy they choose to stand that killed them and that and that was one of the biggest factors that contributed to thier losses even in the final stage which is a strong defensive game. Although Arsenal is one of the team I respected much when it comes to beat defensive teams, but thier problem is, they only depend on the pattern and every teams have studied their pattern already, hadn't been they play a flexible match against Paris Saint German in the last season champions league final they would have win the league. But nevertheless I was impressed with thier performances both in the champions league and premier league title. And I hope they will work on themselves next season.
Arsneal played a championship to the limit, if only manchester city had put in more tenacity they would have won, but it must be said that you don't always win by demerit, they were still a great team and you never get to the champions league final by chance, they are strong and can repeat themselves.

I don't see Rashford as a player who could be in danger or who could never play again, i think he's a professional and another team that is willing to accept him will certainly find him, i don't think he's in danger or that he has any particular concerns, this is the idea i have.
What do you mean by danger? Rashford is already doing well in Barcelona so I don't even know why he's saying he wants to return back to Manchester united after leaving the team in a critical condition, I will suggest or advise he just stay there in Barcelona because I don't think he will do great in Manchester united again and secondly he has been replaced by some players already also the Barcelona he is, if Raphinha is not in injury he won't start match. Marcus Rashford to Barcelona is already ended because the deadline was 15th June, and Barcelona did not respond on this date. Now his future is in talks, with the most chances he will stay with Manchester United or any other English club that does an inquiry about his availability. Barcelona already had Anthony Gordon. Marcus Rashford is one of the best players, but sadly he is not having good consistency, which always creates problems, but his spell on loan with Barcelona was impressive; sadly, they never try to talk about his future. This is a big setback for him. The media has some updates, but all will be clear after this World Cup, and most chances are he will stay here in the Premier League.

Arsenal look pretty good for the trophy, but can they afford to do it like other teams? Defending a title or going back-to-back requires a lot of work, and I'm not sure if Arsenal can make it through this season. Although I think it might be possible for them, because for quite a while now they've ended in second position, which makes it look like they could make it work again. But let's keep watching, because as you mentioned, anything is pretty possible at any time. So we shouldn't conclude yet, because the season hasn't started.

Football games are nit going to be played 3 times in a week and every week is not champions League the players have had enough rest when their team wasn't very active in all the competition now that they will be very active in different competition they should be prepared to play more and not complain because it is going to be an added advantage to them despite the stress. they have have some time to rest and the players will be rotated if the need be but no player should complain next season because they wanted this competition so bad they should be happy to keep playing if they are nit suffering from any injury.

Exactly, anything its totally possible in this game because every team are really buckling up to ensure they win or top the league and with the way things are really going, it seems that Arsenal's are really fighting so hard to ensure they got to the top and that gives people the confidence not to lose hope in them and since the season hasn't stated yet, its best we relax and wait for it to start but people also ought to be ready to take the game responsible as they bet to it when it get started.

Arsenal played very well last season and became the Premier League champions. But I don't like Arsenal's gameplay. They played defensively in most of the matches. Such gameplay is not very enjoyable. If you perform like that, it is possible to do well against average teams. But it is very difficult to achieve good results against big teams. We did not see Arsenal play well against city. They also failed to win against psg . I am sure Arsenal would not have been able to win even if they faced Bayern Munich. Arsenal's squad is strong. Arteta should change his tactics.

Us he returning back to the environment he called toxic?! The likes of Bryan Mbeumo, Cunha, Amad and Benjamin Sesko did the hard job to qualify us for the Champions League competition and all of a sudden he wants to return back?! The best clubs in the world Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid are not moving to get him and you're excited for his return back to Manchester United?! He will infect the dressing room with his dirty old habits, it's better he don't return in my opinion. Even less, he shouldn't be integrated back into the sqaud otherwise, I'm sorry Michael Carrick will be sacked before December.
I believe that Manchester United will do a good performance, certainly due to the reputation that this team has, everyone is happy to return to see them win in Europe too, but i think that will be a long way off, and i don't think that they can do it very easily, we'll see what they come up with.

Despite not having a good time at Old Trafford in the past, Marcus Rashford is one of the players who is most talked about in recent times due to his performance and skills, but his behaviour is always a problem for Manchester United. Now Michael Carrick is having a good mind about him this could be a good chance to show his best and have good days back. Barcelona already ended this topic, while a few English clubs are interested, but his salary is a big issue for them, with only Manchester United able to afford him. If things are going to be on a good level, then most chances he will have a good chance to join again and perform with his best because now time is running out, and he has a good chance to show what could be remembered.

Quote from: rachael9385 on June 30, 2026, 06:34:23 PMFrom the beginning of the season Arsenal were consistent in their efforts to win the premier league title and even when they were failing at some point they got back on track again. There was no game that they won by luck and this is because they are now in form, they failed multiple times to get to this point, so this victory is well deserved for them, i just hope that they can keep it up.
Talking about Arsenal starting well from the beginning of the season last season was not the first time they are starting well but last season performance was exceptional because they gave everything they had to ensure they do not drop points even when 5hr league got tougher and they drop few points everyone gave up on them cause Manchester City was close to them but their consistent win when City dropped few points took them to the victory.
Arsenal always start their performance well but usually towards the end Arsenal performance becomes less optimal because some of their players are tired but this season even though they lost some points they did not give up and continued to try to show their best so that Man City could not overtake them, next season the competition between these two teams will be very tight in fighting for the EPL title not to mention there are other teams that provide surprises and will certainly make it difficult for them. the arnenal has always been consistent, and they have been finishing second for years, this ultimately led to having the hunger for victories that they needed to win the championship, they are truly at a very high level given also by the fact of having to test themselves against the other teams to win the championship.
