I’m still puzzled. Who advised Barcelona to go so far as to sign Gordon at a higher cost than Rashford? Gordon is certainly good, but I’m still convinced he’s not as good as Rashford. Rashford has proven himself to be great, not just last season when he was on loan to Barcelona, but at Manchester United as well, where he’s always been the biggest contributor. Even when he was on loan to Aston Villa, we can clearly recall how he quickly adapted to the Aston Villa squad at the time. Ah, I really don’t understand what Barcelona is doing.

I agree , Rashford looked much more confident when he was getting regular minutes and you could see his quality in both his goals and overall play, sitting on the bench won't help him rediscover his best form, at this stage of his career joining a team where he's trusted and plays constantly seems like the smartest move it will be interesting to see what decisions he makes if the perfect opportunity comes along the way.

Rashford must play, he deserves to be signed and made to play at least as a starter in a great team, this player has enormous potential and if no one exploits it it will be a real shame because it really means burning an infinite talent, and i think that Manchester United will truly be the salvation.

One of the reasons for not including Rashford in the squad was rashford's excessive wages. Rashford's wages are very  high. His performance was not bad. But after paying such a large amount of wages , the club is definitely expecting better performance from rashford. Gordon's wages are around 211000 per week. On the other hand, rashford's wages are probably  320000+ per week. This is probably why barcelona is more  interested in Gordon. Gordon is also a good  player. If Flick can use gordon correctly, he  can score a lot of goals.

In my opinion, Marcus Rashford is a better player and he is more talented than even Gordon. The fact that Barcelona has refused to sign a permanent deal with rashford Marcus is going to benefit Manchester United because rashford will be useful to them in the upcoming season.  Michael Carrick will have a better use of Marcus Rashford at old Trafford it is also a good thing that Barcelona didn't sign him permanently  otherwise Manchester United would never have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits Marcus Rashford will add to the team in the upcoming season. It is better for Arsenal fans to focus on wishing Arsenal all the best in their performance and encouraging them to work hard rather than wishing them to win based I. One thing to know if a team will do well in the next English Premier League Season is from this world cup. We know the players are scattered in the world but how are they doing in their various National Teams and how the team is playing. They occupied the second place in the table for three consecutive seasons. In all three seasons we saw that Arsenal's performance would decline whenever a player in a squad got injured. Arteta didn't have any decent replacements for the players. They solved this problem in the last season. And they were able to become champions. The team has a great chance to do well next season too.

Enzo Maresca was once in Chelsea and he has achieved a lot for the club but the management is not patient enough to allow you to do the job that is why they let go of him, apart from that he also want to trophy which was a great achievement for Chelsea. AFAIK, Guardiola is now serving as a global ambassador, and he'll continue to offer his advice to the clubs within the city football group. But it's important to remember that even if Guardiola is expected to give advice to Enzo, the final decisions will always be up to the current head coach. However, Arteta lack of preparation particularly limited squad depth has led to their continued failure in the last three seasons finishing only as runners up. Despite these failures Arteta has continually strived to improve particularly by strengthening their depth and this season they have successfully won the EPL trophy.

So, Arsenal failure to win trophies in previous seasons especially the last three wasn't a matter of bad luck but rather a weakness in their reserve players. Arsenal always looked strong at the start of the season but in the middle and later they easily dropped points due to injuries to key players while the reserves lacked the same quality.

Barcelona did not sign the former Man United player but we noticed that they bought Gordon for 80 million euros so it is clear that Barcelona has considered signing this player based on his talent. Also I think you might be used to seeing Marcos Rashford's performance, but Gordon has performed fairly well in this World Cup because Gordon scored two assist  against DR Congo in the round of 32 match of the FIFA World Cup and they were able to win that match against DR Congo. However, Barcelona may be under pressure in the upcoming season as we see that Real Madrid have bought many of their best players to increase the depth of their squad,Maybe Barcelona will add more players to their squad with the same goal.

Rashford needs to be given more opportunities to play because the boy is actually talented, and if more opportunities are given to him, there is no way that a player will not be given an opportunity and not do well. There is no player who is staying on the bench and helping, and it will be better for them to encourage him and let him play more often, and there is no other way for him to improve than this.

Since Manchester is where he is coming from, I agree with you that they are going to be his salvation and they will be involved with him because that is exactly what he is going to need, and to the extent that it won't be funny because Rashford needs to build himself a better career and the way things are going there is enough room for him all the boy needs is just encouragement.

Barcelona is interested in him but want him on another loan of which Manchester united has rejected the offer. They want a permanent sell of the forward for approximately $40 million and that is the problem here. Barca is broke at the moment and may not be able to buy him plus his wages. I think the best position for him is to return to Old Trafford, maybe he would rejuvenate his career properly under Carrick who is more visionary than the rigid Amorim who rejected him.

Barcelona had the chance to buy him as low as $30 million when his loan was still active but they prefer to sign Anthony Gordon for £85 million. Another season passed, another year where we do not get to hear about the famous "115 charges" situation from City. Premier league is still not finding any single way to resolve this, and either they have to let it go already, or they should just punish them if they want to and get it over with.

I can't really judge a player by this world cup because right from day one the tournament has been unpredictable, we've seen lots of players that are underperforming, but I can't really judge them by that, after this world in few weeks later leagues are starting then will I judge a player, and for Gordon I don't really see anything bad in his play so far, like he's still up and doing, and I knew too well Barcelona can never settle for less talk more of splashing that much money on a player they're not sure about, so I'd say let's calm down till the Spanish La Liga starts.

Hansi Flick knows what the team needs, I don't think Barcelona will regret that decision. I'm not familiar with the quality of Gordon, though I know people speak of him because of the talent he possesses. On the other side, I'm well aware of Rashford's quality, it is excellent. Gordon is a good player for Hansi Flick to choose him over Rashford, Barcelona saw the quality in Rashford before they requested for his service and he delivered very well for them through his performance and the number of goals he scored but some Barcelona fans were hoping that Rashford would be signed because of his performance but the coach knows what he saw in Gordon before they accepted to sign him instead of Rashford. The end of the romance between Barcelona and Rashford is weird because he was ready to have cut in salary with all that was set to sign him, but suddenly Barcelona preferred Gordon over Rashford. It's a surprise for many, even in Barcelona, because no one knows what happened with this deal, but now all is ended.

How things will work for Gordon in Barcelona is going to be a big question mark for all because it's not guaranteed about his consistency and performance, but Rashford has already done an impressive job and has enough to sign for a long time, but big clubs always have their own way of signing and bringing players; no one can argue about their strategy and the way they work.

No one is taking their credit,  they are really deserving of all that they have won so far but then they should not stop at that as the new season is almost here and they need to set a different record for the season as they cannot stay on  past glory. Just like they have been , other teams are getting ready to give their best in the new season and if Arsenal is not matching up, they may not be able  to defend the titles they have got.
