regarding Manchester City i believe that Enzo Maresca has his work cut out for him and that he is capable of moving forward a lot.
I also believe that Enzo Maresca is a very good coach and that he will do very well at Manchester City and that he will do very well to. But before that happens, he will face serious challenges especially on the ²² of assembling his team and the challenge will be how to meet the expectations of everyone such as winning the league title, and other trophies. He may not meet all the targets in his first year but as progresses he will be able to return Manchesty to their peak.

Just as we have all witnessed Enzo’s Maresca is such a nice and one of the best fantastic coach who is having a bright future but I think he is more a Chelsea person than he is here at Man City’s…but I think in your point your made about the pressure which so be spot on, Assembling a squad to meet immediate, massive expectations like winning league titles in the first year is a huge ask. It will definitely take time, but if he's given the patience to build his project, with he having a better chance and time but I think he still good till death..

For now, Enzo Mareska is building a team and preparing it. It is indeed not easy for him to achieve it, but he always thinks positively for the future. With Manchester City, he has won many awards, which is beyond doubt.

Rashford must play, he deserves to be signed and made to play at least as a starter in a great team, this player has enormous potential and if no one exploits it it will be a real shame because it really means burning an infinite talent, and i think that Manchester United will truly be the salvation.

The same Manchester United fans who wants to see Manchester United win the Premier League Competition and Champions league competition wants the club management to bring back a player with low standards and attitude. Is this how we win the league in the past?! Sir Alex Ferguson knew when to ditch and get rid of such players infecting the dressing room. I say no again. He has no place in the Manchester United dressing room.
To be fair, if I was a Manchester United fan I wouldn’t want to see Rashford in the starting eleven. I wouldn’t even mind selling him at a loss because having him on the team will only mess up the current rhythm of the squad. Rashford may be skilled but he is lazy, that is why Barcelona refused to give him a contract at the end of his loan. Manchester United shouldn’t make the mistake of holding on to a player who doesn’t want to play for the club.

He has shown countless times he has no more energy to bleed for the Manchester United badge. Yet Manchester United fans are so dull they want to see such player with low work rate back into the club.
I have always related this to Mikel Arteta and Arsenal. The Arsenal club will be a lot backward if he had not sent out players like Granit Xhaka, Per Emerick Aubameyang and Laccazette.
Manchester United should look at that and learn but they choose going back to an ex who constantly disrespect them in public. Saddening!!

Enzo Maresca proved himself at Chelsea. Won the Club World Cup with them as they beat PSG. Maresca is the best predecessor of Pep Guardiola. In Manchester City, I have this assurance that Maresca is going to be a successful manager. The Manchester City fans are scared because Pep has proven to be the only manager to do what no other manager under Manchester City have done. Their taste in manager is high. Maresca who is yet to have a high profile, cannot be trusted 100%.

I see here that the problem with the Manchester United fans and Rashford getting back into the team again after leaving is that they think the English man doesn't have respect for the club as much as he should never therefore doesn't deserve the  shirt. If Rashford really wants to continue playing for United I wasn't sure he would agreed to move to play for Barcelona where he thought he could have secured a permanent place there, things didn't go that way so he just had to return to United which am unsure he would give his best that much.

The coach wants to give him the benefit of doubt that is why he wants him back but his future with the club is still pending and his performance will determine if he will be starting in the team or not. May be you are right he is a lazy player but you can't ignore him when he is still better than so many players that was playing for the team during his time and how that he as watched the performance of the team since he left for loan it's going to be another opportunity for him to decide if he will be in the team or he will be sold. Michael Carrick wants him in the team but if he decides no to play with his mind then the next option will be to sell him.

Football doesn't work that way at all, because the World Cup tournament and domestic leagues are not the same. Even though both are football, it doesn't mean that a player who does well in the World Cup will also do well in his domestic league. Though, I think it depends on the player, because there are already world class players in this World Cup tournament.

So hopefully they will definitely keep to their standards and do what's needed. This World Cup was absolutely unpredictable, so it's obvious that we might see different performances next season.

For now, Enzo Mareska is building a team and preparing it. It is indeed not easy for him to achieve it, but he always thinks positively for the future. With Manchester City, he has won many awards, which is beyond doubt.

Do you even know what you are saying?
Someone that has not started working with his Manchester City players is the one you are saying that he has won many awards while at Manchester City, or are you talking about a different Enzo maresca?
Or you don't know who is Enzo maresca, but you are just talking blindly?  I believe that he is going to do a fine job at Manchester City if he is given a lot of time to work, and is also supported heavily in the transfer market, because all successful coaches needs time and support in the transfer market.

Yes,, it's true that the World Cup can't be used as a benchmark for which teams or players can excel in a football league like the English Premier League. However, if Premier League teams could be more adept at scouting talented players from participating countries, the results would be incredibly positive. Because, in essence, many new stars will emerge during the World Cup. Therefore, I believe that even though the World Cup doesn't guarantee a team's success in the domestic league,, I still believe it has a slight influence on the players recruited.

Furthermore,, regarding Arsenal, it's true that they've performed exceptionally well, but we still don't know for sure what the next season will be like. I'm sure rival teams like Manchester City and Manchester United won't just sit idly by. Therefore,, I don't think it's impossible for Arsenal to become champions again next season. But I don't think it's impossible for Arsenal to fail to win the title again next season...

If Enzo Maresca takes charge of Manchester City team and this season he will not be able to create a very good XI. When a coach comes to a team, the team needs time to fully organize itself and then the team comes back strong after the manager is in charge of the team. In that case, if Manchester City team can do something good this season, then hopefully they will achieve better in the next seasons as they are already in bad form. So if Enzo Maresca takes charge to bring the team back again, the season will be interesting and the team will come back stronger. With time, it is possible to gradually change everything in the team and the team will return to its previous position but not quickly, it will be gradual. Manchester City team can achieve what they achieved if their performance can return to the previous level, so every player in the team will have to spend time responsibly and hard for the team.

Snip
This has to be the first time I’m hearing about this. The World Cup cannot be used as a test of which team or players will do well in the premier league next season. By your analysis, we can say that players who didn’t get called up for the World Cup will be total flops next season.

Like it or not, Arsenal are favorites to win the premier league next season. They have been runners-up for the EPL title consistently for years and just won it last season. Now that they have broken the jinx, I don’t see any team denying them from winning twice in a row.

Definitely didn’t think so. International games are usually unpredictable because the team is a collection of players from different clubs and leagues so building that synergy as a team is often times a challenge. What’s even more, sometimes the players get played out of their normal position like we see in the England team this World Cup. I wouldn’t use international games as a yardstick to judge performance of players in league games instead I would be more concerned about them sustaining injuries.

City are not in bad form at all, I think Guardiola has left Maresca with an excellent squad that is well-balanced and has been strengthened in several key positions. Because of that, Maresca will probably only need to make a few minor adjustments, perhaps by reinforcing the midfield. For the most part, his main task will be to implement his playing style, improve the team's chemistry, and make sure the players are in top physical condition for the start of the season. I think Maresca is more than capable of achieving that.

Saddening!!
I find it fascinating that Manchester United fans can forgive Marcus Rashford who has consistently disrespected the club, and made it openly known that he wanted to leave for Barcelona but they can’t forgive a United legend like Christiano Ronaldo for his comments about Ten Hag and the club, which I think time proved him right btw.

The coach wants to give him the benefit of doubt that is why he wants him back
Big mistake! Why pay all that wages for a player who is lazy and unwilling to play for the club.

Gordon is a good player for Hansi Flick to choose him over Rashford, Barcelona saw the quality in Rashford before they requested for his service and he delivered very well for them through his performance and the number of goals he scored but some Barcelona fans were hoping that Rashford would be signed because of his performance but the coach knows what he saw in Gordon before they accepted to sign him instead of Rashford. If Gordon fails to perform well for Barcelona that is when Hansi Flick will be dragged for signing a poor player.

Barcelona still seems very firm to me compared to Real Madrid who are instead carrying out a signing campaign to win the Champions League, they are certainly pushing the club's finances beyond all their limits to become competitive again against Barcelona who are already an excellent team and can therefore regulate themselves in the football transfer market.

For me, Marcos Rashford does not deserve a place in the Manchester United squad anymore except if he can be forgotten on the bench completely and only pay him his wages. Even if he is kept on the bench, he will still have many ways to influence the mindset of other team people which will cause misunderstanding in the team again. Rashford is not just lazy, he is arrogant too since post Ole gunner when he played his last good football.

He has allowed pride to take over him. I will even suggest that if he must be allowed to stay in old Trafford at all, he should be ready to accept serious pay cut because he can't be receiving such amount of over £300,000 and still be this lazy. Michael Carrick should not allow home to come and destroy the team he has built because it will affect the rest of the team.

He is definitely going to build a better structure because Enzo is also as strategic as guardiola is. Let's see what happens in the new season.
Nothing new will happen with City, the club have some matches to blend with a new coaching technique, entirely far from Guardiola's tactics, it'll be great to see what Jeremy Monga would play at City, I was hoping that Marasca would appoint a second striker to help out Haaland in the central forward, but Enzo still chooses to play Haaland as a lone striker like Guardiola did, so, nothing is new over there.

I am very confident that Enzo Maresca can build a great team, i believe that the preparation takes place before playing with the players, but there will be a series of technical works to bring the level of these players to a higher technical level but i understand that perhaps there will be other signings.
