As for Chelsea I don't really know but Liverpool might actually improve next season, Liverpool has mostly been the spotlight in the premier league and even if they don't win the title they are Always at the top but for some reasons their performance really declined last season and there was no improvement at all.
I feel Chelsea will perform better by next season, with the players which they are signing, and the new coach which they having, I believe Chelsea are just going to end the season in a better position. I will say Maresca leaving Chelsea really affected them, the team was destabilized and they ended up signing random coach. Am sure with Alonso Chelsea are just going to perform well by next season.
From my research, Chelsea have only 3 additions at the moment which is Quenda, Denner to replace Cucurella and Emmanuel Emegha to solve the center-forward issues. I see a host of returning players from loan like N. Jackson, in fact a lot of them and these are not quality players. I hope they sign better players and offload these lots of garbage Boehly signed in last season.

I hate for a fact that Chalobah may leave, the dude is a great talent and functioned very effectively under Maresca. I just believe this is just a rumour. Alonso would need him at Stamford bridge. If he really wants a tight center back, Chalobah is a good guy for the job. I'm not yet very comfortable with Hato, despite improvements, I just hope he continues to prove himself under Alonso.

Villa I am not so sure, they did great last season, but that seems like the max they can reach and I doubt that they can do that again. Chelsea finished not so well, so their improvement would be like... sixth place, that's an improvement for them.

Liverpool is the only one who may do fine, they have a new manager and they are going to try and use all of these transfers to finally end up doing something decent. After their league title, they became very bad, so they are not sure about it anymore.

Villa have remained as they were from start to finish, i don't think they have any prospect of raising the bar and further improving their performance given that that's the best they can do, Chelsea are in doubt about what they could achieve, maybe even more than 6th place.
Particular attention to Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool in my opinion.

Alejandro Garnacho is reportedly not in Xabi Alonso?s plans for next season. Chelsea has planned to sell him out as they are keen to receive offers from any club. I know most of us know this is coming. Chelsea fans ware excited with the news. Alejandro Garnacho had a worst season last year. His season at Manchester United was far better than his season in Chelsea. Another bad deal for Chelsea. Alejandro Garnacho will have low value in the transfer market.
Garnacho Is not player to give you a Consistent performance and also most of the coach are also not expecting him to perform that's level they are average players and most important thing about garnacho is they create controversy about Messi and Cristiano because they are born in Argentina but they chose has ideals Cristiano that the main Point garnacho make himself unique but it's a foolish decision and most of the people and coaches hate him for that's reason. Garnacho need to go any average club like go to Italy or Portuguese league so that's will be a good decision and also good for has future

If it brings added value to the team to take away Alejandro Garnacho who is welcome, he certainly hasn't had a great season with Chelsea, the problem they will be able to recover very little compared to the investment made, given that his share is now worth less, but a player's thoughts shouldn't affect managers emotionally.
He's a good player anyway, Chelsea need performing players not mediocre players if they want to push in next season, for me Xabi made a good decision.

I think Xabi is very careful when making decisions. I'm sure Xabi, who loves working with young players, wants to get rid of Garnacho for the sake of team dynamics. He'll want to create balance within the team and therefore must have other plans. I really like Xabi's playing style. I think he can be successful at Chelsea.

In a competition with so many teams, I think Aston Villa put up a very good fight. They faced teams with much stronger squads. Despite this, they worked very hard, especially at the beginning of the league. Their fight continued, and they even won the Europa League. Next year they will be in the Champions League, and I think the excitement will be at a very high level there as well.

Liverpool didn’t perform well last season, honestly I was thinking they going to perform better than how they performed, but they didn’t play anything special. Liverpool also are having a new coach now, let’s see how the coach will perform by next season, I don’t really have much to say about Liverpool for now, am just waiting for the season to start.

Xabi Alonso is going to put up a good performance but certainly not this season, this is his first time managing an English premier League team, so I believe he will use this season to study the league and put things in order then from next season we should be expecting him contending for the league title, because I trust him that much, he's proven himself at the Germain Bundesliga and even at the Spanish La Liga if not for the misunderstanding, I believe he could have done better if he was still in the Real Madrid team, so now he's comme to England I so muchly believe in him.

Aston Villa will certainly be looking to build on last season’s achievements, but it seems they are also selling players; for example, it looks as though Rogers is set to join Arsenal for 130 million, and Dibu Martínez appears close to agreeing a deal with Juventus. If they want to compete in a tough league like the English Premier League, then they need to get a move on with their summer transfer market.

I think Aston Villa is the logical party to sell while player prices are still high. Because after selling a player for a high price, Aston Villa can buy a player of the same quality for a more affordable price. I think Borussia Dortmund is one of the most important teams in the world in this regard. I think Aston Villa could follow a similar strategy. The team that won the Europa League last year and its players are quite popular right now. Maybe now is the perfect time to sell.

Aston Villa was among the teams that qualified for champions league this coming season so while they are selling or while they want to sell players they should also make sure to replace back because if they don't next season will be very unfair for them and they will be so unfortunate and if I am the Coach or manager I would not be selling my players instead I will be signing players that will help the team get more stronger next season because it will be hot.

On the 24th of next month we will have a game where the coaches of both teams have a history in common, and one of them was the coach of Real Madrid and was fired, and in his place was appointed the coach who will be his opponent on August 24th. I'm talking about Xabi Alonso and Álvaro Arbeloa, who is now the coach of Fulham.

Arbeloa's contract is long-term; he will be Fulham's manager until June 2029. We'll see an interesting game. Of course, Chelsea has a better squad, but even so, they could still lose this game. So it will be a test game for Xabi.

Chelsea has indeed been underperforming but however from the ones I  new that was trying to make Chelsea hold so that they will not be too down from the last season table was Garnacho who also was the part of the few, so actually he doesn't deserve to be  getting rid off the club, he had a long time contract with Chelsea but has only been in the club barely a season but was still worth being among the Chelsea team but however Xabi Alonso should be sure he is making the necessary decision in Chelsea so that he doesn't ruined what some signing would have achieved in the club.

Of course, this is a strategy, but there's also a risk. If Aston Villa aren't successful next year, they'll sell their players for very high prices this year, and they won't be able to sell them for those prices next year. Maybe they see this as an opportunity and want to sell them, I don't know. However, I also think it could be the right time to sell. They will buy new players and wait for them to adapt to the team. Aston Villa has a quality squad, and they've shown that in every tournament and in the Premier League.

I still can't fantom how Rashford relationship with Manchester united went side ways, apparently they were good and he was their favorite start and became useful after Ronaldo left. He was best pair with Bruno as midfield, they did very well and one day him and Erik were no longer in good terms after it was reported that he missed a training and wasn't allow to play games anymore, it was during that time even Gharnaco was on the club nerves throughout.

So far Manchester united has refused to issue official statement about his move out of the club, maybe they are now in good terms and they are not ready to let him go again, he will stay with the club for this season and do well and see how he goes with the rest of the contract but I think if Rashford has another opportunity for other place, he will leave them without thinking about it twice.

the relationship that Rashford has with Manchester United is strange, clearly now if i were in Manchester United i wouldn't deprive myself of it, i don't think there is anything better currently for this team, but i understand that if they are on bad terms they would do well to let go and change everything with a new project.
I think Manchester United are working on a project that is not involving Rashford, but I must say that Rashford is a unique player, and he has really helped the team in so many ways, but decisions like this depends on what the team's management wants to build for the team in the years to come and probably he is not in their plan right now. But regardless, any decisions made by the team will be for the best interest of the team especially in the years to come and if they want to loan him out so that he can improve to fit in their project, then it will also be very okay. For the club, it is paramount for them to build their team not that they have qualified for the champions league and will still be playing in the premier league, they will be planning on how to handle fatigue and also be a strong opponent for any team.

If Marcus Rashford still doesn't play for Manchester United this year, I'll start to think he has a problem with the Manchester United management. Because it was clear he had problems with previous managers and was often loaned out. However, they now have a manager who embodies the Manchester United spirit. With this manager, he might start striving for Manchester United again.

Obviously the project Manchester United is on now is not one that can or has Rashford in it and that may be explaining why the reluctance with his acceptance or making the move for his return and reintegration, if he is really part of the the project, they would not hesitate to get him on the team already. There were times he did helped the team but now he is different as the team is yet to get over the fact that he once influenced the dressing room too badly the team is yet to get over it and so having him back on the team after that is challenging.

Snip

Xabi Alonso is going to put up a good performance but certainly not this season, this is his first time managing an English premier League team, so I believe he will use this season to study the league and put things in order then from next season we should be expecting him contending for the league title, because I trust him that much, he's proven himself at the Germain Bundesliga and even at the Spanish La Liga if not for the misunderstanding, I believe he could have done better if he was still in the Real Madrid team, so now he's comme to England I so muchly believe in him.
We can't say for sure if he will do well this season or not. There every probability that he will do well even in his first season because Chelsea has a enough quality to play well, all they are lacking now is a good coach to manage them and put them in the right direction so I won't be surprised if Xabi Alonso put up a good performance in his first season. He played in the Premier League before so I'm sure the settings won't be exactly new. Xabi Alonso is a good and intelligent coach and if given the chance he might be able to do something good with Chelsea. The owners just need to be patient and understand that every manager needs time.

Yes, Maresca certainly faces a huge challenge, and I think he realizes that. Replacing Guardiola at Manchester City certainly means Maresca will have to work hard to ensure the team can compete for the Premier League title, and, of course, Manchester City must qualify for the Champions League. Based on what I observed during Maresca’s time at Chelsea, I don’t think it will be too difficult for him to lead Manchester City to a top-three finish or a spot in the Champions League. Especially since the Manchester City squad is still largely made up of players from Guardiola’s era.

And actually Maresca had a very good performance in his early coaching period at Chelsea because he was able to bring Chelsea to win the CWC trophy, only a few months after that his performance declined and added to that he had a tension with the management which made his career at Chelsea immediately terminated. so he still has a chance to mentor another successful in his career.. despite how his time at Chelsea ended, his early achievements showed that he has the tactical ability to build a winning team, especially since Pep has left the things he needs to be able to keep Man City at their best performance.

I think Aston Villa did well in the just concluded season, they were able to qualify for champions league and also won the Europa league, which I think it's a great achievement for a team of that level. I am not sure if they could repeat it in the upcoming season, but I know they are never an easy team to against,  so we are not so sure of how that it's going to turn out. I really don't expect much from Chelsea and Liverpool,  I think they will also try to get a champions league spot,  same as Manchester United too. The title challenge will definitely be between Arsenal and Manchester City,  although I favor Arsenal yo retain the premier league.

Though, I think Chelsea might actually do what's needed next season because there's a high possiblity of more competition in the premier league next season. Anyway, let's see how it goes because, the game still remains unpredictable anything is possible at any time.

We'll see, last season was really crappy for Liverpool.
Chelsea too, but even worse than Liverpool: it seems to me like a team that is melting like snow in the sun and therefore will have no way of getting back on top. Maybe I'm wrong, but i give Chelsea a negative outlook for next season.

The premier league is full of surprises and it's possible that the teams that will be at the top next season might not even be any of the teams that you made mention of. Manchester United has a high chance of performing well because since Micheal carrick became their manager a lot has changed, I'm looking forward to how they would perform in the champions league even though I'm not really expecting much but I know that they are going to do their best because it has been a while since they got to that spot and they would not want to mess it up.
