Criticism will definitely come because of poor performance or achievements. What can be done is to do better with the new opportunities that come. We can't judge them as bad before the competition starts. But we know that everyone might relate it to past situations. 
He has earned the trust of a new team and he has to show his abilities. That's the only thing that will answer public criticism and doubts.

No, I don't think that's a mistake.

The EPL is incredibly competitive, so it's only natural for Chelsea to have high expectations of Alonso. Every big club in the league wants to get back to the top and restore its reputation. The real mistake would be expecting instant success and then sacking him if he doesn't deliver in his first season. It's not about who the club believes in, it's about whether they're willing to give the manager enough time to build something.

This is what happens when a team may have exhausted all the options they have got trying to revive the team, they get to a point where everything is left in the hands of the coach,  maybe they be expecting some kind of miracle or something. They interfered in various decisions of the manager. And at the end of the day we haven't seen any improvement from Chelsea. We have been very critical of chelsea management's actions in the past.

I don't understand, what do you mean by this statement, Chelsea believe in him so much and that was why they sign him as their coach and so putting responsibility on him is something that they should do because he is their new manager if they don't put responsibility on him who do you think they should put the responsibility of making sure that they team is strong and can compete for trophies next season, I trust the coach and I know he's going to bring new and a better experience in Chelsea all they need to do is to trust him and give him more time he may not do very well next season however I'm sure as time goes on he's going to improve, Chelsea should learn to work with their coach for a long time.

I feel they'll sell him, maybe they're just waiting for the World Cup to be over before making their final decision, part of their target involves a winger and they'll need to sell Rashford for that to be possible, I've heard rumors of Carrick wanting to keep him but I doubt the recruitment team at the board would accept that.
