Chelsea needs more experience on the pitch, the loads of youngsters initiated by Blueco were almost directionless. I'm glad Xabi understands that experience is a major contributing factor. Chelsea needs someone on the pitch with lots of experience to direct the youngsters when they start their childishness and youthful exuberance. His combination with Enzo and Caicedo would be great. There's need for good leadership with experience on the pitch like was observed during the time T. Sylva was in the team. They need at least one more experienced dude. Xhaka would be another good addition, he's done well in Sunderland last season.

Preseason games are always the same all year. Most coaches use the preseason games to test what they have, revive some players and try out possible alternative upgrades. Some coaches focus on using the preseason to introduce their academy players into the senior team. This is why most big teams usually lose or perform below expectations during this preseason games. These games can not be used to justify any improvement in teams instead, the focus now will be on possible players that can get upgraded to the first team and also helping the players break out of the holiday fatigue.

It is rather over ambitious to think that vini is in any way going to arsenal regardless of the narrative that the media has been pushing. dude is staying at Madrid and that is going to remain that way. but without him, is there an English team that is more structured than arsenal at this point? i doubt. Arsenal is working on continuity and certainly, they are starting from where they left things in last season and it will be rare to believe that a team is capable of kicking them out this time around.

Yea, Arsenal attack is never fragile I mean they have been doing great both in the premier league and champions league, the reason they didn't score as many goals as possible was because of the team they faced in the champions league finals. Paris Saint Germain has been strong and yet a defending champions in the champions league so I didn't expect the game was going to be easy for them. If these two transfers happen, this could be the greatest transfer window for Arsenal of all time by my standards. Arsenal have the money and the sponsors to operate within FIFA's rules. I'd love to see it happen, just to see Arsenal show their strength in this transfer window. And if the Álvarez deal somehow goes through, this would rank among the best transfer windows ever.

As long as they are able to coordinate well with the rest of the team, having good players doesn't automatically equal having a good team, their efforts if they end up bagging all of these players should be on making sure they can coordinate well with eachother and that takes time, Arsenal plays differently from Real Madrid so Vini Jr especially has adjustments to make it he ends up leaving Madrid for Arsenal though that's still not guaranteed to happen.

This is just the truth. Chelsea needs experienced players on the pitch, and the most annoying thing with them is that, some of these players are even not from the premier league, some of them are from another league entirely, which is not the issue but most even lack the proper management to bring them to the full potential and the premier league is a very competitive league, young talents alone will not do it, the need experience players to help the team in the time when leadership and experience is needed. They are good and can be used well but a player will do much more with the instructions he has received together with experience on the pitch but bringing a young talent to the team with no experience at all, he will need time to adapt and level up to the expectations of the team and the demands of the league itself. They have been on holiday for a while, and it takes them time to get back in form.
