But Vinicius's team Real Madrid has not been able to create much competition in the past two seasons. I don't understand how Vinny became a great champion. He has been playing for Real Madrid for a long time but his performance is gradually deteriorating and he is being accused of breaking discipline within Real Madrid.

If he wants to leave Real, he should be allowed to go but he is still an important forward for Real Madrid. Real Madrid authorities will give him the opportunity to negotiate a new contract before his contract expires. I totally agree with you that Arsenal are still the favorite to win the premier league,  even if they don't get Vinicius Junior.  Arsenal are the champions of England and they still have the best squad in the country,  so I really don't think that even if they don't get Vinicius Junior, that's going to change anything.
What really impresses me about this move for Vinicius Junior, is that it just showed that Arsenal are in a different level from what they used to be. They can now walk to any team and try to sign their best players. That's another level for them now. Yes the introduction of the senior players to the Chelsea team was very important, reason being that when a team is dominated by young players and no senior players, there will be no discipline in the team. The signings of the mentioned players was to player an important role on and off the pitch. When the dressing room lacks discipline it can extend to the pitch and you’ll see the team playing badly, But when the dressing room is in order it will show in the team performance.
It was indiscipline that made the team received too many yellow and red card last season, I think with more experienced players that should be corrected because most of the cards gotten could be avoided actually.

Chelsea will do everything they can to improve and not fall into the same mistakes they made last season. Manchester United stands a better chance of contending for the premier League title than Liverpool. So saying that Manchester United only did better last season was because they have enough time to rest is really absurd. There are club that won't make it to the position Manchester United finished last season even if they have enough time to rest. Michael Carrick really did a great job and saying that is because Manchester United has enough time to rest that makes them to perform well last season only means that you are undermining the effort that Carrick puts in to get the club to such an extent.

As the recent champions, much is expected from them, it was same thing that happened when others clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City won the last two seasons, people saw them as the favourites to win the trophy again, Liverpool's case was really expected cause they spent much in the transfer window the following season but ended up disappointing.
 I don't know why you didn't mention Tottenham, i see them as a threat next season, they've improved their team especially the midfield with experienced players from the league and it's something that should be threatening to other clubs. This vinicius move to Arsenal is another propaganda taken too far, a move of vinicius to Arsenal is not a better option, what are the parameters to use and justify this claims, Arsenal are struggling to win the champions League, even the premier League they won, it was a thug of war.
