Last season, Arsenal came so far and made it to the champions league finals without them having a player like Vinicius Junior. So even if they don’t get to sign him, it doesn’t mean that they won’t go far in the champions league or won’t have the tendency of making it to the finals. Having Vinicius Junior will really help them in that frontline because what they lacked last season was that they never had clinical finishers that will help them score goals but they did very well last season and same can be replicated next season again.
This has finally been put to rest with Vinicius Junior officially reported to have signed a 6-year contract with Real Madrid. I think this guy made the best choice for himself, as he has a solid future in the club, and who knows, if he could build a good squad with his team members, they could win a lot there together. However, Arsenal is good where it stands now; Arteta could make a tiny adjustments, but the Arsenal that could do what the clubs with the biggest names couldn't last season, can surely do more this season without Vinicius Junior.

Even if Vinicius junior do not join Arsenal, Arsenal still has a higher chance of lifting the Premier league trophy, Arsenal already has very good players. I know the problem is having good attacks, but the attackers that they have right now can help them to achieve the trophy again however, if Vinicius junior should join them, it will not help them to lift the Premier League trophy only the major reason why Vini Junior is important if he join Arsenal is because his going to help them lift the champions league and not just the Premier league title.

Last season, Arsenal came so far and made it to the champions league finals without them having a player like Vinicius Junior. Having Vinicius Junior will really help them in that frontline because what they lacked last season was that they never had clinical finishers that will help them score goals but they did very well last season and same can be replicated next season again.

I must admit that arsenal did well last season and they were very disciplined especially in the defense but what they lack is the forward to make clinical finishing as you have said, they need someone like Vini to help them be aggressive in the attack. not only that, they need a good and experienced striker of the likes of Mbappé and kane but I know it's not possible for now but Vini will definitely need another person that they will build that chemistry together on the pitch to make the attack very aggressive. But even if they don't end up signing Vini to the team, they can still do well but sincerely, they will still need to upgrade their attacking strength to fully compete for titles and with that they can successfully win the champions league this season especially if with the fact that the are able to win it without aggressive attacks, they can do it with an addition in the attack

Arsenal will be announcing the signing of Bruno Guimereas today, to me, he is the best transfer of the summer in premier league. I know Rodri will be going to Real Madrid which is the best signing in Spain, but in England, Bruno is the best signing. Talking about incomings at Arsenal, they've not really brought in majority of the signings they wanted to buy this summer, they needed a left winger, and top 9, a dender to replace injured William Saliva, a midfielder and a right back, but so far, it's only Bruno Guimereas that has been the signing that the club have made. I don't know what they are waiting for get other signings, but they seriously need a Center forward like Osimhem and a proper winger who can take on defenders one v one and they need to act fast if they  seriously want to contend for the premier league tittle and retain it again this season.

As was rumored, Real Madrid will sign youngster Vinicius Junior but finally we see the end of this debate. He will stay at Real Madrid and has signed a 6-year contract. He has definitely made the best decision for himself and plans to stay at a strong club in Real Madrid. If he had left Real Madrid, I think he would not have been able to improve his career much, but if he had stayed at Real Madrid and the situation we see in the Real Madrid team now, the team would have been stronger. However, if he had signed for Arsenal, the team would have been a little better, but what Arsenal did last season was great. Arsenal are the Premier League champions but I think they will perform well this season and make the team even stronger, without Vinicius.

If Arsenal had player like Vinicius it would be a big advantage for them, because in my opinion Vinicius pattern matches Arsenal styles of play which he could easily adapt. You know the only natural winger Arsenal has is Bukayo Saka, so having Vinicius that would make their attack stronger because Arsenal have problem in the attacking line.

But the issue now is Vinicius move to Arsenal has backfired because he has renewed his contract with Real Madrid, which there's no possibility for him to play for Arsenal now, because he signed six years contract. Real Madrid also believe with Vinicius, Kylian Mbappe and Diomande they will have a better attack that can get the job done and bring success to the team.

There defense is not that strong as you exaggerate it. Their defenders almost cost them the league last season when Manchester City came back to top the league with same point but Arteta was smart with good wisdom to make some changes in his defense in the remaining match's, lucky for him Manchester City couldn't make use of the opportunity that is how Arsenal was able to win the league and use the same strategy to almost win the Champions League.

I wasn't expecting Vinicious later settle with Real Madrid after everything that was going in his contract, I was expecting Arsenal to push for him but he stull remain where he wanted to be value and that's good. I don't know how the team are going to show on games this season but the least I want is more attackers. They have broken what's needed to win the league after many years, if they take break here it will take another years for them to win another one.

He has been playing for Real Madrid since 2018. The Brazilian player has spent eight years of his career at Real Madrid. I already thought the chances of him leaving Real Madrid were low. They must have finally reached an agreement on the contract, and he signed a long-term deal with Real Madrid. Along with Mbappé, they will continue to be one of the team's most dangerous players. He is currently 26 years old and has signed a contract that will see him playing for Real Madrid until he is 32. It might be sad for Arsenal, but Real Madrid fans must be very happy about this.

I think that after City's manager change, now the real team to beat will be Arsenal. Because City has lost some pieces in terms of players, a ten-year manager, while Liverpool is in the recovery phase. At the moment Arsenal are the best prepared team to face next season.

I wouldn't rule out City just yet. They could have a surprise season like Liverpool did under Arne Slot after the Klopp era, although that seems highly unlikely. For me, the biggest contenders to win the league are Arsenal first, then Man Utd, with Man City in third.
I think the same thing. That this season, Arsenal is the strongest contender to win the title. Yes, we can’t rule out Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool. However, judging by the team’s preparations and the strength of its roster, it seems that Arsenal won’t face any major challenges from its rivals in its quest to win the title again. Unless, of course, Arsenal itself is unable to maintain consistent performance throughout the season, which could cause them to lose the title.

We know that nothing is guaranteed in the Premier League. Arsenal, as the reigning champions, are currently considered favorites, but we remember how poor Liverpool's season was last year despite being the defending champions. Whether something similar will happen to Arsenal will depend on their consistent performance throughout the season. If they can't achieve consistent performance, they could suffer the same unfortunate fate as Liverpool. However, considering their current squad, they are one of the strongest contenders for the championship, and Arteta will want to win the title again by taking every match seriously. I think it will be a season with a very high level of competition. The two teams I'm most curious about are Chelsea and Manchester United.

I think I agree that Arsenal is currently one of the main title contenders. For me, Liverpool remains a team I have doubts about following the managerial change, and City has lost Silva and Rodri, which also changes things significantly regarding my confidence in them for the title race. Arsenal continues to strengthen its squad, so I can now believe they are capable of winning the EPL again.

I don't think Arsenal would even sign Vinicius Junior personally I believe it is all speculation because the contract offer would have been too high for Arsenal to secure his service, his weekly wages would be massive and what can offer better than the likes of Martinelli and Christos Tzolis Arsenal new signing, according to some news media Vinicius Junior had agreed a six years contract extension worth £480,000 per week at Real Madrid, meanwhile the highest paid player is Bukayo Saka whose weekly pay is £300,000,  thus Arsenal might agree a personal term that would worth more than £400,000 with Vinicius Junior possibly that is why he chooses to stay at Real Madrud, though he is equally a very good player but I don't think his exploit in premier league would be as explosive as in Laliga.

Rodri is moving to Barcelona, the media is 95% sure of this (as are the prediction markets), but even if we assume that this transfer will take place, I am not sure that this is the most important transfer for La Liga. As for Arsenal, after they missed out on Vinny (perhaps he wasn't originally planning to join them but simply used Arsenal as leverage in negotiations with Real Madrid), signing Bruno will be a welcome consolation. It seems they'd been planning this season around Vinny, and now they'll have to restructure.

I was shocked on seeing that new cause i was 100% sure that he'll be going to Real Madrid, maybe he was convinced by his teammates in the Spanish team who plays for Barcelona, well he'll be a goox signing wherever he goes but settle well in Barcelona than Real Madrid cause he has lots of teammates from the Spanish national team in Barcelona that would help him adapt to the team faster.

Vinicius to Arsenal would've been the signing of the season, it's a big miss for Arsenal although Vinicius played them dirty, he used them to make Real Madrid improve his wage. Well they should have orher options, i saw a new that says they're going for Juventus winger, Kenan Yıldız, I've not verified it yet but I'll.

Apart from Silva and Rodri city will also start the new season with a new manager as this may also affect the team. Manchester united ended last season well because no body even expect them to finish 3rd in the table i believe Manchester united will also be a title contender this season but Arsenal still remain the top title contender.

Arsenal has a strong squad and there performance this coming season won't be like that of Liverpool last season. Arsenal has more chances of winning the premier now than they ever had in the past season. The major challenges arsenal was having was Manchester city and that was because of people Guardiola, now that he is not in Manchester city, Arsenal stand a better chance of winning the league. Arteta is one of the best coach presently in premier League and with the kind of squad he has at his disposal, i wonder what will stop Arsenal from winning premier League this coming season.

These are the results at the time of writing this post, just ordered.
Quote
Who will be the champion in 2025/26 season?
Arsenal    - 70 (42.7%)
Manchester City    - 35 (21.3%)
Liverpool    - 26 (15.9%)
Chelsea    - 19 (11.6%)
Manchester United    - 9 (5.5%)
Other    - 3 (1.8%)
Nottingham Forest    - 2 (1.2%)
Totenham    - 0 (0%)
Newcastle    - 0 (0%)

I did some digging to look what the actual consensus is outside of this thread and topic, and I can say surprisingly that the users here have gotten it right this time and quite accurately. This is the order of likelihood across various channels, there is only some deviation in the exact percentage but that is to be expected. I hope that users have voted according to their own opinions and have not tried to replicate the consensus from other places individually because that would show that there is a general agreement with the outside consensus regarding the expectations of this season. Given that the league is about to start very soon, I thought it would be important to check and archive this consensus here. I hope that there are no large surprises or terrible decisions as we have seen in the World Cup, usually there isn't that level of controversy but in the times that we live in anything is possible.

Vinicius to Arsenal would've been the signing of the season, it's a big miss for Arsenal although Vinicius played them dirty, he used them to make Real Madrid improve his wage. Vinicius to Arsenal would've been the signing of the season, it's a big miss for Arsenal
Why is it a big miss for Arsenal, let's drop this sentiment and hyping. With him and even Mbappe in Real Madrid, combined with many more big stars, were they able to win their local league title, let alone the Champions League? Arsenal is fine as it is; they only need the determination.

I don't think Arsenal would even sign Vinicius Junior personally I believe it is all speculation because the contract offer would have been too high for Arsenal to secure his service, his weekly wages would be massive
It was true, and not speculations, as noticable and trusted figures reported it, but of course, Arsenal was intimidated by the huge demands for him. Let's say ist a case of "I don't want to sell my asset, but if you could pay an unreasonable amount, fine."

Bruno, when looking at the quality and the transfer amount for him, will surely be the best signing in Europe. And now that Vini is not going to Arsenal, they can finally look for someone more suited to their playing style than him. Rodri, as the latest reports say, will go to Barça, as Real is stalling the transfer and Barça jumped in and overtook them as per the last reports.

Right now, we're waiting for the team to adapt to the new manager and understand his tactics. That's why it's perfectly normal for Chelsea to lose some friendly matches. Friendly matches don't really matter anyway, so the score here isn't important. What's important for Chelsea will be their performance when they enter the Premier League. Many of their players are gradually getting back into form. Xabi has a large pool of players at his disposal, and he will try to make the best use of it. I believe in him; he will try to finish at least in the top six next season.

I believe that many teams are purposely hiding their true potential. Xabi Alonso's Chelsea could be one of those. Xabi Alonso has a very specific and studied game in his head, which he will make only at the start of the Premier League. If Chelsea can adapt to the type of game that Xabi Alonso has in mind, they can do very well this year.

What are your expectations for these preseason matches? Do you think preseason matches can serve as a benchmark for how well Chelsea will perform in the Premier League this season? Oh no, come on, man. You have to understand the purpose of preseason matches first. Even though Chelsea has lost several preseason matches in a row, I see that Xabi’s playing style and tactics are starting to come together. I’m optimistic that Chelsea will perform well in the Premier League.

I think Xabi Alonso is the last person in the world who is worrying at this stage. He knows perfectly well that these matches are very important, but only and exclusively from a tactical point of view, to understand how a team, like his team, can give their best on the pitch. So in my opinion it doesn't look much at the result, but only at how the players can perform at their best.
