I want to create a multisig script with key1 key2 with a script A and a target address B.
If only key1 or key2 is signed, script A primit transaction to address B. Script allow transfer to any other address, only if both key1 and key2 are signed.

Is that possible with current BTC script?
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

No it wouldn't exactly be possible.

KeyA and B could sign a 2 of 2 multisig to that other address and just not broadcast it until they wanted to. With the other task just being performed normally.
