You should at least check out on how long this thread had been inactive before you do post up some comments about gigabet because you are just making some grave digging into the wrong time and wrong place.

Back on topic about max bet scenario and blaming off design.Well, they do have some point but actually its on gamblers responsibility on  clicking up on things.
Majority of gambling sites now does have some alerts anytime you do press out that max bet button.

this problem mostly occur in trading platforms where the coin or the wallet of that coin is unavailable . for the gambling sites they can also do maintenance but not verry often to avoid inconviniences to the gamblers @op you havent share any screenies of gigabets design ? you better upload one so that we can see if they really mean it and have you already complain on them before but why this problem still exist . it means that they arent listening to you or to other gamblers that also have the same bad experience

You can't say this is a failure but maybe a strategy, while they are still giving you a warning which can be appreciated for sure. And mobile devices are not really good to bet because most of the people who bet wrong amount due to their fat fingers so either choose a big screen ipad or just the pc to avoid thse kind of unnecessary loss in the future.
