I started to use Binance app not a long time ago, and I have noticed that the app is logging me out and asking me to type my email, password, and 2FA from time to time. I haven't cleared the cache/data nor do I use "cleaner apps" so not sure what is causing this. Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Users -- both Android and iOS -- have been reporting this issue for a long time. Binance has said in the past that it's a bug they've attempted to fix, but I think it may just be a security precaution where they force logouts every so often.

Happens to me too from time to time. Initially I thought it was a security measure just in case someone lands on your unlocked phone, but their logout frequency is so high compared to other exchange apps like Kucoin, Huobi, bybit...

I usually get this when I don't open it after a few hours (>4) or day(s), but so far never got forced logged out when I use the app. I think this was intended as mentioned above and not really a bug. If that's annoying maybe you can open the app every two hour or so and see if that still persists. Sadly there's no way to fix it except to wait for a new update.

I don't think it is a bug at all. When I access Binance using desktop, it automatically logs out if you did not return for a couple of hours. So with that, I think it does the same thing to the mobile application as pre-caution. Better enter those passwords and emails couple of times than getting robbed.

It is common with most of the exchange apps as well but the time frame with Binance app could be less than others.And seriously I don't like to use their app because its not completely optimized and can make errors while creating trade orders so I just prefer bigger screen whenever I am entering into exchanges.

I haven't experienced that it will ask me to write my email and password after it logged out but as what logfiles just said the logout frequency was the most annoying one. By now I uninstalled it since I can't trade that good just by the app it can't get me the tradingview feature unlike using it on desktop browser.

I have been using Binance apps for a long time. From the beginning the apps logout after a specific time. I can't recall it if that was a month or half month. When I hadn't logged for a long time then I faced this issue. But no, I wasn't forced to logout. I thought this is normal behavior due to security reasons although I didn't search deep about it since it wasn't a huge issue. Logout frequently would be a problem, but I never faced frequent logout.

I did not find an official comment from the administration that it is a security precaution in the account, so it may be a bug, as some say.

Hi, there was a temporary login issue last week which has been fixed alreday. Are you experienceing the same issue now?

Generally, try putting it on Advanced Exchange because it may give you longer log-out time.
Same happen when use browser version.

Isn't it good if the app logout us periodically after certain minutes of inactivity on the mobile phones especially on android phones ?  This way if the phone is lost or stolen, you data on the exchange will remain secure and safe.  But currently it is not feature of binance app and it is happening because of a bug.
