[OPENSOURCE] Merit watcher and Mention Notification

As I promised, I release the sources of my citations and merits notification bot.

Unfortunately with the growth of users, the calls have grown and bitcointalk blocks me, I don't know how to scale the project further in order to offer a decent quality service. So I decided to donate this code of mine to the community, so whoever wants to can easily run it on their own machine.


I hope to do something that everyone likes, thank you.

The only thing that i could criticize is i find your code mention token and API key, but your README.md doesn't mention how or where to setup the token/API key.

I don't know much when it comes to coding so I can't be of much help when it comes to that, but I'm grateful for your work and I have been using your bot for a while now.It is my only bot for Bitcointalk related notifications and I don't intend to change it

Thank you for your work and for sharing the code. Maybe I will decide one day and make a personal bot based on yours, which will work the way I want.

Thank you good sir. You were the one who gave initial to telegram bots, a functionality which should of built-in in the forum.

Although I use tryninja's bot now but without the headstart given by you, there would have been no successors.
