WARNING


DO NOT register and DO NOT trade on the BKEX exchange, I managed to buy MYX tokens below the price, fortunately, but the BKEX exchange froze my account when I wanted to withdraw part of my funds to two different addresses.

They can’t send a message and explain why they did it.
Their support is desperate, they know nothing about it, they claim I did some illegal actions

Is the action illegal if I:
1. Trade on your site, if it is illegal, write that message on the front page
2. Buy some tokens below market price because someone decided to sell large amount of tokens and the exchange has poor liquidity
3. Withdraw funds to two different addresses

It is difficult and impossible to reach someone with authority, the support also do not understand English

They can freeze the account within an hour, but for 4 days they can't check the situation and resolve problem with my account, I don’t know if they want to do it at all or they’re just thieves.

The worst cryptocurrency exchange where I created an account, they have poor liquidity, obviously it doesn’t matter to them because they steal assets from users.

I think I had enough patience, I have already sent them emails a couple of times and I have talked live chat from mobile app twice, but it seems that my case is not too important to them, so at least let it be public now, if we could not solve my problem as humans in normal way




If their reputation and honesty is worth a few thousand dollars let them take it, they DO NOT deserve new customers, but even these existing ones should ask themselves where they keep their money

I learned from my mistake but at least some other people don't have to

Could you be residing in a jurisdiction that is restricted according to their Terms & Conditions? Please take a look in their documentation if they mention something like that.
Does that exchange require KYC and have they ever asked you to go through KYC?
At this point, the best thing you can do is keep talking to their customer service department and hopefully get a reason why they froze your account.

Are you maybe using different VPNs, fake name, email, personal data, etc?

I made KYC with them and I already had one withdrawal from that exchange, that's why this is all unbelievable to me how they act to their customers.

I also used same IP, nothing has changed.



There is no help from support especially not from TG (they are there just to give announcement), I have already talked to them few times via email and live chat, they can only pass to department, but all of that is very slowly and pointless as seen so far.

I am not the one who should look for reasons, but they should warn me and let me know if there are any problems after they froze my account (the point is to collaborate if there is a problem) and I didn't do anything illegal or dishonest, there is no justification for them to freeze the account without any remarks.

This is complete amateurism and behavior of scammers.
