If this site is really scamming you, they deserves to be red tagged by DT Members so no more people will be scammed. It is bad indeed, as they have just created their own Announcement thread but its been more than 20 days of inactivity from the OP. Not really a good sign obviously, once a representative of gambling site created an ANN thread here then he should be active to interact/communicate with forum members especially with their own players.

I have observed that these days there are a lot more cases which new gambling casino sites are scamming people. This trend is growing now. I think we should be careful while playing at new casinos. Also it is strange the many new casino are being made daily only to scam people's money.

Unresolved cases like this and not knowing what really happened after, will give you doubt if the team is serious in addressing their player's issues, whether small or big one.
If it is the player's fault, they should clarify and give a final statement, so it will give assurance to other players that they are here to support their players.

I am sure this is also the involvement of the team that does not want to solve this problem because they already have plans to stay away with the players' money, if the team is serious, of course they will be active in the forum and monitor the progress of the complaint threads from its users but this is not there they have not been around for a long time active and it's clear this casino has become shady.

Well site looks nice, that promotions to get 1% in reward CBET on deposits, and for holders 3% of deposits to be paid in ETH sounds nice! There are other things I like on this site, but when I see so many unanswered comments and some accusations that gets me wonder about their trustworthy! Not having traffic is absolutely fine but can you clarify how you are operating as user Arcas pointed above that you might be operating illegally since the license has expired from what it looks in the screenshot he shared.

i understand if they are just starting in this industry, many casinos cant really afford to spend in marketing activities. but no to resolve some issues from their players is not to be tolerated.
if they are sincere to survive in this business, even if he's saying they are not getting much traffic from btctalk, they should at least be accommodating from the users here and clarify things from their end. because there are so many gamblers in the forum, they will play on your site if they will see you have good relationship with your players.
