If you do a bit of research you'll see that the Catholic Church helps millions of people worldwide.

I also disagree with some of their beliefs and policies but you can't deny they help a lot of people in need.

I could make it so say 30% goes to orphanages worldwide and 70% to the Church.  That would ensure a bigger chunk, besides what the church gives away on its own, to those in most need.  There are many grossly underfunded orphanages in the world.  I have seen these orphans living in the sewer and I've never forgotten their faces.

I bought OrphanCoin .com just for them but I'm not sure how popular such a coin would be.

But they hurt millions more. Giving the choice any would save less lives than donating to the US army.

Well, it's a free world, you don't have to be part of any religion or any coin.

Cause if you use that measuring rod, all religions fall short.  Look at the Jews and Israel:  Historically a peaceful religion and nation, only attacking in self defense.  Thousands of years they have done this and they are doing it now as well, yet many in the media label Israel an apartheid state and her leaders war criminals.

If you know anything about islam and jewish history you know That's utter bullshit.  But this false perception is seeping through many nations at the moment.

So then, any religion coin will be hated and opposed by millions of people.  The best thing you can do is not partake of that religion or that coin.

And I in turn will do what I can to make sure a lot of charity comes out of each religion coin.  And without your input I wouldn't have done this.  I would have just given it all to each respective religion.  But now a good chunk, like say 30% will go to those who need help the most, like various orphanages around the world.
