I think it's not a good idea you deal with such a guy. Here's how he can scam you. He gives you 0.005 BTC worth around $50 and you send him ETH worth around $70. He's reputation is already tinted, and he won't care about anything. What if he decides not to return your ETH which is worth $20 more?

Good luck with your business but I think you'll have a hard time finding a borrower  if there's no trusted escrow in the forum that will middle the transaction, that would not happen that one will trust his collateral to a non reputable members, and also the rate is too high for a collateralize loan, some lenders here are even offering less than 10% per month for a non collateral loan.

Anyone in this forum can say that the person is not a scammer but there trust page is the real proof of identity what the person is. The person is legit, scammer or something else.
