I dream of the day that people finally stop wasting time finding out who Satoshi Nakamoto really is(because good luck with that, and knowing who he/she/they really is/are isn't going to help anyone besides the authorities), and focus on other things that's more worth the time instead.

Me too, there are more things to do better than finding who Satoshi is. I was obsessed once about Satoshi's identity but then I realized maybe if Satoshi wanted to be known then Satoshi could have done it a long time ago. If your excuse as to why you want to find Satoshi is to thank then you can just use bitcoin as Satoshi intended it to be used, making Satoshi's vision come true is the biggest "Thank you" that we can do for him.

There have already been a lot of different information and different versions about the personality of Satoshi Nakamoto. Satoshi Nakamoto took the necessary steps to hide his identity. He either counted on never to be revealed, or must prepare evidence in case his identity is revealed.
Therefore, if the real Satoshi himself does not want to appear, all actions to establish him will be ineffective. Any versions, guesses and assumptions will not lead to anything.

They are just saying that Satoshi is like this and like that, without showing any proof and evidences. But still some showing fake evidences to fool people and believe on them.

Probably, Satoshi is happy right now to see his digital coin to persevere in the market, let's be happy for him also and wherever he is or they are, hopefully they are in a safe situation during this pandemic. Just continue to support bitcoin and avoid believing easily to those stories about him.

After identify of the Satoshi market can be highly effected and maybe that's the other reason of why the identify is still unknown. There are already many possibilities and theories about Satoshi, even some people named themselves Satoshi, one of them is craig wright. if you google "Fake Satoshi" you will see his name first in the list. According to another theory, Satoshi is not just one person and there are some people they made a team and call is Satoshi. However, I personally hope none ever understands his/her real identity.

Yes, all of this is just a hypothesis, and Satoshi true identity is revealed when a person or persons with real and convincing evidence prove themselves.
In any case, I think Satoshi identity will remain unknown forever, or he may have died and failed to identify himself to the public before his death.

Why do I have a feeling that the more we discuss Satoshi's whereabouts, the more we're disrespecting his/his family's desire to go incognito? I'm not sure if that's really what he wants, but it's not like he lost his fame at some point and he's trying to come back. He can come back into the limelight if he wants to, and the fact that he doesn't do that could only mean that's not what he wants. Maybe he's still part of the team that makes major decisions related to bitcoin. Either way, we're thankful for his existence.

I also think that Dorian Nakamoto is not Satoshi. Because he shows sincerity on his face and there is no sign that he says otherwise. After so much intrigue to find out the true identity of the founder of Bitcoin. I keep the same thought that you are better to relive the best moments that he was in bitcointalk and admire all his work.

This one isn't about claiming though. This one is about spamming the suspicious link which is why its removed. He is saying that Dorian was really Satoshi which he denied long time ago.

This is a waste of time but more people are still going ot keep reading threads like this one every time its posted here in the forum. Its still out of curiosity who he is that drives people to click.

People in General like all sorts of mysterious and unknowable things. Here it would seem-flat earth. What difference does it make? In fact, your life will not change from the fact that you will know whether the earth is flat or round in reality. However, millions of people watch documentaries and study this issue. Man is driven by curiosity!
