The first time i got this GPU of amazon it didn't work and had the same problem of not being detected by Windows but now when i updated the AMD Software The same thing happened and now i am not able to use my GPU for gaming. I tried updating the GPU Drivers but it says its updated but still wont detect it. When i try installing the AMD software again i open the software and it says that no AMD driver is installed and or to check if the GPU is installed . And everything in my PC is installed correctly . Please Help I do not know how to fix this if someone does contact me ASAP.

try flashing a stock bios from techpowerup
double check all the details correctly and match it with the info displayed in amdflasher
once everything seems fine
flash the bios
restart pc
ddu old drivers in safe mode
install the latest drivers

I'm suspecting you buy the card as used because if it's new you will return it since it will carry warranty, the problem looks more like a bios issue or overheated GPU, first find other motherboard to test that GPU in just to be sure because few GPUs are selective, if it's still same problem then do research on bios flash

I think you bought a moded gpu who've been use in mining, I think the solution for your problem is, Download AMD Patcher 1.4.7 you will need it after this step >> uninstall your AMD driver using DDU there's a latest version that are available now, but make sure you will do it in a safe mode, after doing that, install the Radeon 20.4.2 after installing do not restart your PC, it's time to use the AMD patcher, run it as admin then you've done, restart your PC and it will fix your problem.

Please look in device manager and make a screenshot. You see your card in device manager without problems? Is it used as first gpu?
