[Warning] Cryptochrome - another DeFi with plagiarized whitepaper!

What happened: Cryptochrome looks like another DeFi project that took someone else's content without properly referencing it (in this case from Medium Article from February 2020), thing we are seeing quite often nowadays due defi hype that is going on at the moment so many  wants to seize this opportunity for an easy money.

In order for me to even consider removing negative trust, you should delete both announcement and airdrop  topic content and lock them. As a matter of fact, you should have done that already before asking me to remove negative trust.

Another thing, when you get hired to promote some project, you should check whether project is legit or not, so checking stuff like team and whitepaper is a must.

It is true that it is a must in promoting the project because now the Defi project is misused by people who are not responsible, if the project has copied from other projects then it must be suspected because they do not have a unique concept in running it in the future so what is it for steal content if they want right?

Sad that you kept your username as WW and now you are promoting scams while we see WW as a superhero who is supposed to save lives and abide by the truth.

If you have been hired by the team you could help us here by posting about the conversation and how they got in touch with you, what account they own and what other personal details of the "scammers" that you can provide. I am sure that will help the scam hunters here to detect future scams by the similar teams.

Also is saddens me to that you have become a bounty campaign manager but not even done a little bit of research yourself about the team or the whitepaper while fellow users here have gone to this extent to expose scam. They have no obligation but they do that for the betterment of the community while users like you are creating new accounts everyday just to promote another scam and run a campaign for that. Shows incompetent you are at your work and the zero work ethics.

Those who help scammers are also scammers. They have hired you and you are promoting their project without any verification! How much professional you are? You can do the same thing in the future, so it is important to tag you.

So that when you promote a project, people can be alert and keep themselves safe. If you delete all the threads, then the community can think about removing your tags.

To bi honest, I am inclined to believe him that he was just hired to make announcement and airdrop threads for Cryptochrome a i can see that he made several other announcements threads for other projects recently. That definitely doesn't absolve him, he should have checked better what he is promoting.

Thing that worries me is the fact that he still didn't delete the content in both threads and locked them, even though he was online today so he obviously saw our posts here and what he has to do. I might add flag too, if he doesn't react at all soon.

Very likely the accused is not a separate individual but a part of the scammer team. I wonder if the contrary would be possible but less likely because a legitimate manage would have come up to apologize and provide the details of how the scammed engaged with them so that people can uncover more of their modus.

If the accused was legitimate, they would refrain from working with them as soon as they are caught to be a scam group. No wonder they havent taken down the threads yet or come up clean. I could give them more time but that does not change the fact that more people are being hurt as long as the threads remain up without a red flag on the OP.

I mean if I was in place of the OP and ended up in this situation I would have at least apologized and taken the threads down before asking for removal of negative trust. Eitherway the accused could be less knowledgeable about how the forum works but that would mean zero work ethics and groundwork which is a bad mark on their portfolio.

He should have taken down the thread or left a big warning in the OP of the thread that the project was scam plus lock it as soon as he saw the accusation, but he never did. All he cared about was the removal of negative feedback.

Yep, that's what anyone with honest intention would do. Mistakes can happen even to experienced users and plagiarism case like this might skip through, but in that case, you have to remove everything immediately, and as we can see, that's not the case. Almost 48 hours passed since I tagged him and made this thread, and Wonder_woman  still didn't do what I asked him, despite him being online recently. That leaves me no other choice other than raise flag against him to warn all the others.

After some thinking, I've decided to change my negative to neutral and remove flag support. From what I could see, you promoted quite a few projects so you should know better and research projects you promote. Because of that reason I do not think that you are part of the Cryptochrome team, so I said, feedback will be changed to neutral, but with serious warning, and will keep an eye on you.
