[Guide] Best Altcoins to Invest in 2020

The coins mentioned are popular coins, so I think everyone knows that ethereum, litecoin, or the coins mentioned could be coins that will flourish this year or the next. However, it would be better if the selection of these coins had a basis, such as the development of ethereum which will become ethereum 2.0 which makes a big push for ethereum to develop in the future.

NEO has always been a solid project and the recent jump in price is proof that it's got a lot going for itself. Also, they've recent announced their foray into DeFi, so that'll be something to watch out for! Always DYOR

it looks more like ethereum took the position of bitcoincash in the crypto space.. it's hard to believe to a that once sold for 4k usd is struggling to reach 300usd market price in this current.. day.. just what the hell is happening with bitcoincash

Suddenly NEO shows good growth and is in lots of lists of "buy best crypto" and any of that kind. NEO is also shown here as a best alt for investment. Checked NEO news section and ANN and did not find any explanation of that growth? What is behind that growth? Is it a natural growth or there was some release in blockchain

After looking at almost 50+ blogs, reading almost 10 dozens of bitcointalk.org threads and understanding speculations, i am able to reach at this point where I can suggest Altcoins to invest in 2020.
Note: I am not forcing you to invest in or something, It's just my research which I did for myself and I think will help new users.

You invested in projects with big capitalization, hence with limited raise potential, and in my opinion the best time of half of them left in the past, consider to add to your potfolio new projects with smaller capitalization but with bigger potintial to grow.

In this case I feel very sorry for Stellar. Things are getting worse, if I'm not mistaken, the Stellar coin started from 9th place, and is now 14th on Coinmarketcap.
If Stellar doesn't get any new investors, I think the position will get worse.

You should add BNB. Because BNB is doing great and I think if crypto traders hold BNB for at least 1 year they can make more than 2x profits.Though you can replace XRP. I think XRP is best for safe investment and ROI is less than others crypto. SO my opinion is too add BNB is your list

We are ready to invest more money which profits we can earn from low money. People's are talking about Chainlink, Binance Coin, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Top projects are doing hard work, here we can earn from all legit cryptocurrency. Stellar is one of the top coins which doesn't any good development news.

Although these are standard coins I believe that the list is well known and is for safe portfolio returns. If you want more returns you have to look at hidden gems which are risky as well.

Sometimes people don't add exchange tokens and stablecoins, while talking about altcoins. They treat them as different categories. I agree with BNB, but your statement about XRP is laughable. It is the most untrustworthy coin out there, among the top 10 list. I have posted about XRP hundreds of times, and I am not going to repeat it. But I would stay away from that coin like plague.

Also I would agree with the you opinion on BNB, adding BNB in the OP list can help it to complete. Now everyone can see how good BNB is by seeing it consistently growing.

OP, It will be cool to give insights on why you think the coins on your list are your best picks for investment this year, this will make much sense rather dropping these coins without any reasons. Of course everyone knows ETH is a good coin to invest in, but for others give some insights.

The OP created the topic after looking at several blogs and reading developments on the bitcointalk.org thread, OP's goal of making this topic is to help friends who want to invest. In my opinion, this topic is very complete and has clear sources, plus Op lists the percentage change in the coin price over a month. So Op doesn't need to give reasons and explain in more detail why you should invest in the list of coins that the OP mentioned above.

I believe that there is more altcoin that could have the potential to increase higher, but unfortunately, it still a mystery for us to find which altcoin that has that possibility. But if you can buy each of those lists, I think you can have a chance to make a big profit, but once again, that is speculation because there is nothing we can do to know the truth.  But don't forget that we have bitcoin which can be the best coin that can increase in the future, so we need to have bitcoin for the main investment.

My best bet when it comes to investing in altcoin this year is holding ethereum. The value of ethereum has considerably increased this year and as we have it ethereum is trading at over $428 presently. I know that the value would exceed $500 very soon as the market is bullish

No doubt those coins are the right one to invest if you are gonna up to the top coins in the market but you can only earn some small amount of money since it will not gonna raise its price to the point where you will gonna earn 10x your investment. Now what's the good news is, we have lots of Altcoins who are gaining momentum this month thanks to their legit and working project. now is like the time we are all looking for. If you see the Altcoin called DIA, it has been raising its price since it launched and many more altcoins are going all green now.

As I look into the OP's list, it just likes looking at the top listed coins in the market and we already know it.
Sorry but it never looks interesting as people and usually, most of us are currently investing those coins. But anyway, this could be a big help for newcomers and guide them so it gives them no hassle to find the best coins to invest with. And hopefully, this could also help them not go anywhere and fall into shit projects.

from the list it my prefer investing in litcoin because in terms of price the price of litcoin is not very high most likely will give a profit many times

LTC is an old coin, so you can't expect explosive growth from it. The maximum is $180, but most likely the ceiling will be $120. This way you may be able to get 100% profit in the next few months. But why don't you use hype around DeFi projects now? This is something that can now give you the same profit, only for 1 week.

In 2020, the best projects for investment were any projects from Binance IEO... Well, LINK of course! But they have already increased in price perfectly!
From the ones that haven't grown up so far, I would pay attention to KMD, AION...

I never saw anything like this before, I think this is the first time in bitcointalk history that I can agree with a whole portfolio that was suggested, it is actually quite good and I would say that I would 100% spend money on buying this as a whole portfolio offer as well.

Of course it depends on how much of which one you will buy, and I assume bitcoin is given and that is why it is not there because just altcoins are not really the way to go in my mind, I always keep a big portion of bitcoin with me, but aside from that, these are some awesome crypto, I know them all and I would like to own them all. Obviously I am not rich so right now I am focusing on having enough bitcoin and ethereum to begin with, but over time when I feel I have enough of them I will probably start buying these.

If you want to add cardano in there as well, it is a strong coin that definitely has a potential to go up, right now there are these new coins that went up, something called polkadot or whatever became higher for some reason that nobody really knows, but when all of these divest there will be an opening and I believe cardano could take some of that, which is why I do have a part of it in my portfolio, do believe it will return at least 50% profit in the next 12 months to me.

My lower one is Waves, I do not believe that one as much as I believe on cardano, however it is lower on the ranks and I believe if they could just get a bit more marketing done, they could actually go up at least 10-15 positions in the market, however that one is not really a sure thing in my mind neither.
