Hey Everyone,

Most of the users register on various websites and simply enter their email address which results in lot of spam.
You can avoid that by using Disposable Email Address.

Here are some of the websites which you can use for Registering or trying out any new service without getting spammed:

How to use:
I suggest http://www.yopmail.com/en/ if you want to use emails with your custom name.

1. open http://www.yopmail.com/en/
2. enter an alias name like I did for mine.

3. It gave me an email address which I can use now: imthour@yopmail.com
4. Now, click check box. It will show you all the emails you received on this email address.
5. Easy to use, no registration and ofcourse it's free.

Disposable emails are only helpful when you try to use a new service. There are some disadvantages when you use disposable emails to get experience on new services.

1. After the trial experience, if you want to use the service, you might have to create another account with your real email. Does it violate ToS (Terms of Service) on that platform? I doubt that in most of cases, you will break ToS.
2. Your account can be suspected, frozen
3. Your account fund can be unable to withdraw

Thanks to tranthidung for making this point.

NOTE: I am not adding any referrals, I do not work with any of these, I do not own any of these or something like that. Just wanted to share this helpful tip with you guys.
Hope you liked it, I will try to create more guides which might help you guys.

  • Your account can be suspected, frozen
  • Your account fund can be unable to withdraw

If you create a second account (with your real email), make sure to read their ToS or FAQ, and if you are more carefully, ask their Customer support to have more details for your case. It is never be good to create a second account, make a deposit and get both account restricted or fund hold.

Personally, I dedicate one real email for my experience on new platforms.

Great feedback. I completely agree with that however It should be used on the websites where you know you are not submitting any sensitive information nor related to money.
I will add this to the guide itself.

Thank you so much for this.

Yeah I totally agree with using disposable emails from time to time.

And speaking of yopmail, there are cases in our community wherein someone gets hack, but was able to recover them because the hackers uses yopmail and the owners of the account, created the same yopmail in order to get back their account, pretty clever outwitting the hackers.

Hacked and Changed Email addresses Account using Yopmail accounts.

I use Yahoo email because it has a very good disposable address system. I give a unique email address to every person. There is a limit of 500.

Create an email account at yahoo.com. In the mail settings you set up a prefix that is different from your user name. Then you can create disposable email addresses based on the prefix. All emails go to your main email account and you can send emails using any of the disposable addresses. If you start receiving spam to a particular address, you know who sold your address and you can simply delete the email address.

For example,

Join an anti-signature campaign: Click ignore on the members of signature campaigns.
PGP Fingerprint: 6B6BC26599EC24EF7E29A405EAF050539D0B2925 Signing address: 13GAVJo8YaAuenj6keiEykwxWUZ7jMoSLt

the main problem with disposable email providers is that they usually use very obvious and strange domain names, and these names could easily be blocked by services you are trying to sign up with. and clearly many of them do that (saying from personal experience). they even go as far as sometimes only accepting well known domain names such as google.

a better approach is to use a well known service that lets you create this type of disposable email addresses inside your main email account like what @odolvlobo suggested although i would stay away from Yahoo since they have absolutely no security whatsoever.

1. After the trial experience, if you want to use the service, you might have to create another account with your real email. Does it violate ToS (Terms of Service) on that platform?
This is practically the most problem. Haven't used a disposable email and upon discovering the platform to be legit, your charged with creating another with same name. This is almost impossible as the system or platform would always ensure to remind you of the fact that, another user to have taken the name on that platform and as such, ensures some level of restrictions and might even suggest other names that you might use.
This in turn lives you to continue with that which you have started with and if you didn't properly document it's details as it was just a sampling mail, all might be lost. What then becomes the point?
To me, it's always about the platform. If you aren't entirely sure of it's security and feels a lot could be at stake, then don't give up your details. If it wasn't what you were looking for, then don't experiment.

I think this is a better solution to the topic as this is a much secure and trusted way compared to those services that makes dump addresses only. Though I'm not fond of using dump addresses as it wasn't accepted in some online platforms that requires input of email addresses, but it's huge risk and disadvantage is that some people could also view the messages you received by simply putting the email in those platform.

This yahoo dump mails are I guess better, convenient, and pretty much safer.

Sometimes, website owners only approved registration from the email domain came from popular ones like Gmail, Ymail, etc. So we can assume the same goes for other companies at any industry even for scam websites.

They know and aware of this email disposable providers so they want to rid it to have a clean database.

As an alternative, I can just make a dummy email using these popular email providers. No hassle creating dummies while enjoying their good features such as spam filters.

Well, above of my comment was right. The problem of the domain is very obvious you use a dummy email account. There is the disadvantage of using disposable email addresses and also perhaps you can abuse the project for example their airdrop. My friend did this before, --that was on Latoken airdrop, he uses to generate a disposable email address and enroll under on his referral. Well, sorry if I offend OP but I disagree with this. You can create email addresses of how many as you can, you can separate and it should 1 account 1 email address to avoid spam. Because this perhaps has trouble in the future when you are using like having an account on gambling.

I think that's not very smart idea to use such disposable email services. I had used Yopmail in past when I wanted to signup on some shady looking websites and didn't wanted to use my main email. But as I remember, quite many websites had blacklisted Yopmail and you can't sign up using this email. Another problem - on Yopmail email isn't protected at all, they don't even have password. It's enough to know your email address to access your inbox.
If you afraid about spam, I suggest to make several email address. One would be main, which would be used for important registrations only. And offcourse, one for not important websites, where you're ready to get spam.

Here are some of the disposable email providers:

https://gist.github.com/michenriksen/8710649

One good advantage is that you inbox won't be flooded with spam and protection. But it is also easy to create like many gmails accounts, maintain it for other purposes so hide your personal or business email.

For permanent disposable email addresses that don't expire, you can just make a free Protonmail email. They allow you to make unlimited email addresses. And they are not blocked by websites at sign-up. You can make one for each service you want to use instead of using a fake email generator whose messages you lose access to when your IP changes.

Some fake email generators are mostly based on browser fingerprints so they give you the same email address as the one you got when you last visited the site, others don't do this and give you a random email each time.

Registration using disposable email has been rejected by most of the sites, they only accept domain email addresses from Gmail, yahoo, and valid email addresses. It doesn't matter if you create a backup email address for account registration usage on out there websites.

I was already thinking of changing my email for airdrop and bounty tasks. However, I may not want to use the disposable emails though because most websites reject them for good. Even there are some sites that doesn’t allow GMail to be used.

I would prefer Protonmail with my main email/s as recovery emails, as I believe it’s more secured, safe and with privacy. Just my opinion only.

You're missing the point which is preventing spam on your email inbox. While i agree protonmail offer good security and privacy, protonmail can't protect your email address is sold to 3rd party or filter all malicious email.

It's possible to register a throwaway protonmail account and never use it again though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can register as many accounts as you want without using any recovery emails. I currently made two protonmail accounts registered by solving a captcha.

I must be unlucky with usage of disposable emails, because every time I remember about them and try to use them, service where I use them says that their domains are banned or prohibited and ask to use other email. This happens 200% of the time I use https://10minutemail.com/.

I have simply registered an email on mail.com and used a password like abc123. Easy to remember password, easy to register, services will accept this kind of emails.

I agree that many sites are suspicious of disposable mail. Recently, everywhere requires an email from the domain gmail.com
I find it easier to create one long login email and use it many times using dots. All mail will be sent to one mailbox, while the email addresses themselves will be considered unique.
Of course, you need to separate important email addresses and addresses to receive spam.

Registration using disposable email has been rejected by most of the sites, they only accept domain email addresses from Gmail, yahoo, and valid email addresses. It doesn't matter if you create a backup email address for account registration usage on out there websites.
You were right about rejecting single-use emails for some sites for violating their ToS. some sites do allow disposable e-mail but many do not. Creating google, yahoo email is very easy. Instead of having to use disposable email, it's better to create a permanent email that can be used at any time but with a different identity, because the goal is to test new services.
