proper forum for brainstorming a local bitcoin delivery service idea?

you know how people order food over the phone, or hire messengers to deliver stuff between two people?

what if there existed a delivery service [+ escrow] where cash is delivered to a person selling bitcoin within a local area, only a phone call away? 

I wanna flesh out the idea further, but I'm not sure which section of the forum to ask.  or maybe the idea has already been explored?  please advise, thanks.

Well you could just use a normal courier for that, but I'm also sure you'd run into trouble with AML laws etc.

I'd suggest taking a look around ther services section and see if that fits the bill.  I'm also gonna suggest the off topic area but the services section should work or heck maybe even the Bitcoin Discussion would be more suited for your topic.

IF you have implemented it already and trying to promote it then it belongs to the service announcement section if this is just an idea in your head then shift to off topic  and if you have half implemented it and now need further advise so move it to the services discussion section of the forum. By the way what you are saying is that ilyou want to start a physical escrow service right but that will be very limited for the users my friend.
