IOST is a solid and promissing altcoin for me,
and maybe you should learn more about IOST first, then if you think this altcoin is good , just drop your money there my friend

If you invested in ethereum before August, you have already 300% return of income. From 130 usd to 400 dollars, it took some couple of months before it fly high. Ethereum has great plans and huge updates. It may surpass its ath once the traders or buyers will overwhelmed by the launch of eth2.0

However, your portfolio is good. Our coins and division of assets are almost the same. I just have uniswap in my portfolio and LTO.

I am also saving myself an amount of 70% BTC, 10% altcoin, and the rest is USD. I have maintained this ratio for a long time this year. I think the decision to hold a lot of BTC is completely correct, I also think the big news recently is very valuable and it is giving good signals of the market, btc altcoin has all risen up. And I think this time BTC will be like the cycle before it is over, when the money starts to move back to the altcoin.

Right now, I can tell you that ETH is increasing more and more, I know that it will take a month or so and it may take even more to completely change everything, but I think due to ETH 2.0 a lot of people will switch to ETH as a reserve asset instead of bitcoin.

So far I had 80% bitcoin and 10% or so eth, and 10% others, but for the past week or so I made it into 70% bitcoin, 20% eth and 10% others. I am planning on having 45% bitcoin and 45% ethereum and 10% others by the end of the year if I feel like I am moving at the right time. You have to make sure bitcoin is high and ethereum is low while you do that so you could get the most ethereum, if you did it at around 390 dollars like me when btc was over 15k, thats great, but if you did it when ETH became 450 or so, that is bad.

When it comes to diversification, my maximum coins in my portfolio is around 3-4 cryptocurrencies so it means that if I have 4 cryptocurrencies already; I will not buy because like what I said it is because of my allocation and it is part of my risk management. For me, your portfolio is good because your bitcoin is around at 60% and look at it now it is doing good but the only bad for me is when you diversify the 10% in those shitcoins.

A small red candle is enough on a BTC chart to destroy 100% altcoin portfolios easily, there is no need to buy blindly all altcoins you believe. Portfolio diversification is necessary to follow the main rules of investing, especially for the investors who put money in the volatile crypto markets. If the single candle can change the outcome of the altcoin markets, the market is deeply correlated. The correlation will stay here until the last mined BTC, IMHO.

Your portfolio is really good atleast better than most of the portfolios i see on forums and social media networks. If you can reduce your btc holdings to 30 to 40% then you can design even better portfolio because i would suggest to add 10% of ethereum atleast with 5% ada, tron, waves and icon to make the portfolio more comprehensive.

Your allocation in bitcoin is good but I do not like the Neo and Link, my suggestion is you should replace it with more potential altcoins like ETH or XRP but it is your decision and you should follow the plan you created. My portfolio consists of 4 coins which are bitcoin, eth, xrp and LTC. All of them are good but I plan to invest more in 3 more potential coins in order for me to catch those opportunities.

Your portfolio looks perfect, I am very happy to see your portfolio list that has Bitcoin reaching 60%, and you have a few other coins worth keeping. But I still wonder, why don't you put ETH into your portfolio?
In my opinion, Ethereum really deserves to be in your portfolio, especially when Eth is on the right track, and Eth has the potential to bring you a much bigger advantage than Kucoin.

I think it's a good combination, don't put your assets into tokens that don't have high potential yet.

I agree with this suggestion, as despite your choice of coins seems reasonably good (at least to me), you're exposure to small cap coins is quite high at around 30%. With 30% in ethereum, this would still be 2x the current market share that it has (10-15%). To put things into perspective, your link risk is 10x as it's market share is only <1%. Sometimes it's not just about having a good list of coins, it's about how you balance your portfollio. Then again, if you believe we're going into another alt cycle, you're certainly well positioned for it.

apart from eth and btc, they are new coins, so the future for them is still very long in creating a bigger community. like Neo maybe one day he will become the strongest competitor of ETH because that has been predicted as China's etherium.

there are many portfolios that I have, HEX, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Algo and RVN,
I have them because I am sure that the altcoin season will make HEX, Algo, RVN and Ethereum able to generate 10x,
and for BItcoin because I believe that Bitcoin can break new All time high.
