If listed on the small and unpopular exchange, they don't have due diligence coin as long they are paid the listing and they keep continue trading what's ever the coin/token have volume or not. They could be delisted the coin/token because of a few reason but most of them could be no volume trading or they already have so many coin listed on their platform so the old coin will no volume, abandoned project will be delisted.
Webitse will be running until the hosting/domain was expired so if they are no re-subcription the website will be no accessible soon, to know the experidation date user "whois" and check their website.
