Xrp - Spark

Does anyone knows if the distribution of the spark tokens has allready begun or aint there a date yet? I cant seem to find it on there website.
I,ve followed the instructions given by Sietse wind for the xrp-toolkit https://flare.wietse.com/?step=fe0e56b941dcbdd7e330afee777a3432

Im not sure if i did it all right.

1. So ive got my XRP on my hardware ledger wallet.
2. Ive created an ETH adress  as well on my hardware ledger account.
3. Ive connected my XRP adress trough (xrptoolkit.com) which now shows the same balance as on my hardware wallet, so far so good.
4. Ive placed the given Message key into the given destination on the xrp toolkit.


Am i Right that the airdrop for the spark tokens will be received on my ETH adress (see my own step 2) on my hardware ledger wallet, Since i've placed the given Message key within the xrp toolkit which is connected to my Xrp adress/ledger wallet and because of the connection between the xrp adress + message key -> the airdrop will be distributed on my created ETH adress?

Could someone be so kind to tell me if I did it right, If I made myself clear .

There are many means of contacting spark token either through their telegrams group and ask question regarding the distribution of spark token. I found an article about the token distribution don't know if this would be helpful enough.

This is how the Spark airdrop will work for XRP holders
Philion announced that all XRP owners except Ripple Labs and certain former employees of Ripple Labs are eligible to claim the Spark token. Since there are currently approximately 45 billion XRP in circulation that are not held by Ripple Labs or former employees, only 45 billion Spark Tokens will be distributed.

Are there any major exchanges that have announced that they will support this airdrop? I mean could i hold my XRP in Binance or Coinbase for example and get those free tokens that way?

The Airdrop will be done on 12 december 2020 and xrp hodlers will be able to claim those Spark tokens until 6 months after given date.

The ratio will be 1:1
