The price of bitcoin is really volatile and we're not so sure anyone rather if what price of bitcoin could reach this time. If you are decided to invest for long term you can make some investment and also never buy if you cannot afford to lose and cannot take the risks. Just invest on your extra money as we don't know when is the price could continue increase to take profit.

This is just being optimistic when it comes to Bitcoin's development or rather pure speculation, gaining popularity isn't really that straightforward when it comes to the current conditions on what we have now. I'm speaking about the pandemic and how it will change things around it, now people are promoting contactless ways of paying but they aren't promoting new ways like cryptocurrencies but rather the existing ones like credit cards, digital fiat wallets, and tap n go types of fiat based cards but nothing about cryptocurrencies as of now. So if we look at the current price of Bitcoin now and for an eye of an investor I don't think it is an attractive or a smart kind of buy specially when you won't have any kind of margin of safety with the position you will have.

Everyone can do simple math and its base on what he thinks in the coming days because price change is unpredictable, we buy a certain coin today and we don't know what will happen right after we bought it. Technically yes that I agree bitcoin will not fall to below 9k, seem like $11.600 is the strong support right now and just in a few hours ahead the monthly candle will be closed. If you see the monthly candle the buyer is ready to buy bitcoin at the lower price and it means the chance for bitcoin pass the $13.000 barrier at the next month will actually happen.

I also agree with you that bitcoin will eventually surpass the $20k price point at some point in the future but Don't you think that it would have been a good point for them to sell their bitcoins when the price dropped to $16k and then would have brought more amount of bitcoins when the price reached its low of $3k recently. And rhe same is going right now where the future of the bitcoin price is uncertain and anything can happen right now, so the safest option right now is to wait for the price to drop and then buy bitcoins.
